That Pirate Juniors set was basically an extension of the Pirates theme, even if the flag was a little cartoony, in much the same way that the Castle Juniors set was an extension of Castle 2013. I'd expect the same extension concept to apply here. I'd rather have a Castle themed set than cyber-castle themed set, since either one will likely have giant prefab wall panels as a Juniors set. Or that, of course.

I do, too. It adds a lot of character that the big rectangle needs. But the actual back, with the tan and brown, that's pretty ugly.

I feel the same way. It's far more likely we'll see animated characters. Hopefully the molded heads will be kept to a minimum so that they still look like and can work interchangeably with LEGO.

Wow, that's fantastic! I love the variety in the homes, especially the ones to the east. The waterfall looks brilliant. There is so much plant life, it looks very much alive. I also love the size of the scene. I can always appreciate something this large. Just a guess, but I'll assume the houses do not have interiors? Very nice work!

I don't really think the color matters, to be honest. But if we're throwing out theories, I'll take a shot in the dark and say taupe.

These Brick Sets were shown in a .pdf file that shouldn't be too hard to find. I haven't seen the newer images yet, though. I hope when I do find them, that they are higher resolution.

That used to irk me, but it's become such an iconic aspect of the series I'd be disappointed if they changed it.

I disagree. While this set, the car, and the Dimensions sets are all cool and give a fairly complete vision of the movies, the Vigo photos are a poor substitution for a minifigure. And sure, one could say that he was barely anything more than a painting to begin with, but that's beside the point. He was a major character, and vital to the story. I'd like at least a polybag with him. Also, a Peter with the full printing and no slime would be nice to have. I'd also like to say that the fact the car barely fits inside is kind of lame. It wouldn't make me any less apt to buy the set, but it is lame.

Can somone point me to information on the Thundercats that was supposed to happen? I'd like to know more details. Also, there are a lot of assumptions here. Just because Zelda has failed a number of times does not mean it will always fail. However, that could indeed be the case. We don't know anything for certain. I wish we could get better answers for rejections, but they are always deliberately vague. I think the Beatles set would be a fantastic set, and would sell very well. I know several adults who were KFOLs that are not currently into LEGO, but would jump on the chance to build their own Yellow Submarine. The Beatles are the biggest rock group of all time, I'm sure there's an audience. I hope the licensing wouldn't be too hard to obtain, but that's the only real snag I can think of. I'd much prefer to see Adventure Time done in minifigure scale, and it can be done well, but would certainly require some new parts. I hope they end up developing this independently from Ideas, as it has so much more potential than a single set.

2 Stormtroopers, 2 Flametroopers. What I'd like to see is another smaller set with Phasma.

An original Mad Hatter would be cool, too. I don't really like the Queen, either version. But animated Alice, definitely.

Photographs, but yes, there are indeed. And by the looks of him in those photos, I'd be really happy with the Vigo minifigure, should they release one.

This is beautiful. So many little details in a nice big build. I love the variety of plant life, and the rock texture looks great. I also like the structures, they fit right in the scene perfectly. Great work!

I love this build! A simple scene of daily like in the medieval era. Wonderful character and charm. The rocks look great, and the trees are very nice, too. Great job!
