  1. Same here.
  2. We don't know yet one way or the other. I would assume they're coming, but I really don't know.
  3. I just came here to report this, and I see I wasn't quick enough! Here's hoping for some new train parts or cool, useful prints! (there aren't many stickers in the January CITY wave, so it's possible we'll see some nice ones!) Supposedly the tram has 693 parts, according to the CITY thread.
  4. a tram AND a steam train in CITY? I've got to pinch myself, I must be dreaming. ....OUCH... Ok, I'm not dreaming! Here's hoping for new train parts!
  5. Nice work @Eplay, and welcome to Eurobricks!
  6. Thanks, @bogieman and very cool you got to do that! I'm jealous of you getting a instruction manual too. Also, I guess that's why you're called bogieman? I thought you just really liked KC and the Sunshine Band or something! Thanks @idlemarvel, and it's display only. I generally don't power any of my stuff. Also, I used the handrail parts as I had an abundance of them... I also hate having fiddley bits on my trains (such as handrails) as I hated how the BNSF I got for Christmas 2005 did their handrails back. I swore back then I would never have something not firmly attached to any of my future MOCs. Thank you @Feuer Zug!
  7. @danth Audiobooks, The Cursed Child play / book, the upcoming TV show, Fantastic Beasts prequel films prove otherwise. The Wizarding World is still relevant, for better or worse. The MULTIPLE theme parks and studio tours across the globe prove this.... heck, Warner Bros. actually shipped a steam loco of the same class as Olton Hall 5972 to JAPAN to masquerade as Hogwarts Express for the studio tour there on long term loan (4920 Dumbleton Hall, to be exact!) I think the franchise is doing just fine among kids while being "old". Back to topic, here's my unpopular opinion: I'm sick of people dismissing others for no reason beyond their own personal bias or experiences, despite evidence said dismissive people are wrong. This goes beyond being just a LEGO fandom issue and goes into every facet of modern life.
  8. Both Chima & Ninjago take place in the same world now, so kinda yes, even though it says Ninjago on the box @Dolor.
  9. Nice work in updating this classic set!
  10. Your spoilers does not work, and any text within it is missing. Just letting you know @Classic_Spaceman.
  11. Glad I could help with Bertie, and nice work all around with these models! Also, congrats on being featured!
  12. There's an interesting extremely deep-dive article on Brickset today about all the SW advent calendars, just in case anyone hasn't seen it yet. It's a bit long, but well worth a read.
  13. VERY nice work @nimrod6134 with these tankers!
  14. The site was totally unreachable a minute ago. Server 500 errors for every page I could try. Also, just before it went down - the avatar pictures stopped loading again.
  15. Just started today for me. I'll let you know if i get another one!
  16. How about the internal server error (error 500) messages? I just got another one of those, that makes three in five minutes.
  17. Pictures hosted on EB (avatars and such) are not loading at all, and i keep getting Error 500's this morning. just letting you know @aFrInaTi0n! EDIT: and as soon as I post that, it fixes itself. weird!
  18. Patience - if it has shipped, that's not on LEGO but the postal service - and even if it hasn't, they're probably swamped with orders. Also, at least Pick-A-Brick is OPEN - usually they close it in November to reopen in January or February, so be thankful you were able to order it at all @Aachthor! As a side note, we have a general PAB thread already going here. Maybe @Clone OPatra or some other MOD can combine this thread with that thread?
  19. No currently-running modern theme except for CMF's (and maybe Creator?) uses only prints - they don't have anywhere close to the printing capacity for printing EVERYTHING @Dolor.
  20. Those wings are smoke deflectors, and I chose to leave them off my model, and it doesn't match the era I'm modeling. But thanks for the suggestions @LL1982! Thanks for the suggestion on the dome @EWay - I'll consider it! Thanks for the compliment @SD100!
  21. Thanks @LL1982 for your kind compliments and suggestions! The real loco doesn't have many details on it besides boiler stripes that I can't do justice at this scale (You can see the real loco in this picture here.) It would be possible to do these stripes with stickers, but I don't use them. As for your coaches suggestion: the shorter (20-stud long each) coaches are because of my standard-size storage boxes (I like to put every part of a train together in one place if at all possible) and also if I wanted to do double-length ones, it would drastically reduce my coaches for it to pull as well - plus the train is too short in amount of coaches as it is! EDIT: I went ahead and added another coach to the train, and added a picture of the overall consist to the thread.
