I agree with the doors. -
Nexo Knights 2016
ilikeboomerang1 replied to BrickJagger's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
While I'm not that big a Castle fan (I'm more into City and Town stuff), I saw the prototypes for KK2, and I think it would be great if Nexo Knights were like them. -
Definitely the Demolition Site.
-
I also agree with Hobbythom, especially on the ambulance part. It doesn't have the normal ambulance stuff, like the doors. And the roof is too blocky.
-
Oh, well then, I'll just imagine the photos.

Even though I'm not that much a Castle fan, I also want PMs! -
Hi, sorry for bumping the thread, but I can't see this review's photos and your other ones in Chrome. The photos don't appear.

BlockLogo- What I suggest is this: If there's a sale during Black Friday/the Christmas shopping season, buy all of them or most of them. Then, when you have more money, buy the one you didn't buy. If you bought all of them, skip this last step.

Introducing Co-Go modular supermarket (MOC)
ilikeboomerang1 replied to MrGeographicus's topic in LEGO Town
The Kwik-E-Mart has a lot of items that could be used for food. Also, in the 1x1 bricks in LDD you can find the milk brick. You can also go and buy in Brickbuilderspro. They have some custom stickers you can use. Also, I think that instead of using those doors that open by swinging, you can use the build for sliding ones as shown in the Creator Family Home. -
Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
ilikeboomerang1 replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
Re: Mall/Shopping Arcade. I think if they would do a mall, instead of already having the stores there, they would do something like the Playmobil Dollhouses (the Large Grand Mansion and the Modern Luxury Mansion) where they would have the largest set be the mall, and then some sets be the music store, the electronics store, the department store, the food court, a skating rink, the women's clothing store, the men's clothing store, the toy store, the Hot Topic-esque store, the home store, the bed and bath store, the jewelry store, and more. -
The only thing I don't like is that the tanker doesn't have a hose.

Thanks, I think now that the CNC is better because of the figures.

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion

I would like to have a Market Street. And maybe another CC so I could use the one I have for MOCs. -
Can someone answer my question?

Modularised 6332 Command Post Central [MOC LDD]
ilikeboomerang1 replied to Thetford's topic in LEGO Town
I love it! I think we're the only people here in EB that actually LIKE a Town Jr. set. My favorite is 6600 Highway Construction. But I also like CPC because of the colors, which have never been used in a City or World City police set since then. But I think you could at least try to make a billboard using the one from GE, but with police stuff. -
What are good sets for building a town/city?
ilikeboomerang1 replied to ilikeboomerang1's topic in LEGO Town
Yes, I'm also going to put some Friends sets, but I'll have to change some colors to more neutral ones like tan. -

Yes a hospital too. But maybe I might use either the old ETC (Emergency Treatment Center) or the Helicopter Rescue Center with some extra baseplate for the garage so the GV Ambulance can fit there. Also, the 60008 museum is a good museum but what I wonder is, what am I going to do with the police cars? There's another set that is good for a city, and that's 3661 Bank and Money Transfer but the question's there too. -
LEGO Architecture 2015 News & Discussion
ilikeboomerang1 replied to tafkatb's topic in Special LEGO Themes
This is what says after translation with Google: The hotel currently receives until September 6, works of LEGO® Certified Professional Builder Belgian Dirk Denoyelle and this set is a smaller scale version of one of his many creations on display for the occasion. To offer this beautiful box will miss perhaps a day to your collection if you do not do this, you must write to the following email address: parisopera.info@hilton.com. If you like LEGO Architecture line but you just sets the "official", know that the Louvre 21024 set will be available from 1 September at 59.99 and that costs € 2016 for us at least four new standards that will make us travel Italy (21026 Venice), Germany (21027 Berlin), USA (21028 New York City) and Dubai (Burj Khalifa 21031). -

Thanks, I actually might do that. Maybe in the actual city center, I could put a park similar to Central Park. Thanks for giving me ideas! Also, I'll use the road plates for streets. Really? Well then, maybe I might buy it. But I won't try to hypnotize people into recruiting themselves to the Air Force! They will decide. -

Oh yeah, I forgot about the trains, probably they would be 60051 High-Speed Passenger Train. Ferris Wheel and the Mixer too. Our airplane would probably be the 7893. Even though it's a bit larged-up, it has 18 seats! I think. Either 18 or 16. I might (but it's a very small chance) of buying the Haunted House for an amusement park during halloween. I don't want to buy the BPJ because I fear it's not minifig-scales (that's why I didn't put the Factory sets, they're not for minifigs. I have sort of an obsession with minifig-scale in LEGO-related stuff. But maybe I'll use the new Eiffel Tower for like a little children's place, where they could go under it or climb it.) I also don't want it because my LEGO City won't be fighting in war. The closest thing they have to war are crimes. -
Thanks for answering my comment, but I said that because that means you can use the new 6-wide cars and trucks.

Hello again Euromembers (does that sound good?), and my question is simpler than slicing already-sliced white bread: What are good sets for building a town or city? I already have some ideas, but if there's some more, you can tell me! Here are the ones I have: All the Modulars that don't cost more than a thousand dollars (that means, no MS or GG, I already have CC, but it's on my kid's room. They have it in their brick box. I might make something from it. I don't know.) 10159 City Airport (I don't want to pay lots of money for Century Skyway, so it's better to buy the rerelease) 10041 Main Street (the same reason as above) 60097 City Square 60026 Town Square 7641 City Corner 8404 Public Transport (this and the four sets above this one and the modulars make an excellent city center) 31026 Bike Shop and Cafe 31036 Toy and Grocery Shop 60050 Train Station 7744 or 7035 Police Headquarters/Police HQ 4207 City Garage 3438 McDonald's Restaurant (even though a drive-thru, every city MUST have a McDonald's, if not, they're not a city) 7848 Toys R' Us Truck (it's a good set for downtown) 41058 Heartlake Shopping Mall (I just have to change the colors to tan.) 31012 Family House (we're moving on to the suburbs...) 560 Town House 1484 Houses (some apartments) 4996 Beach House 5776 Hillside House 1854 House with Roof-Windows (our soon-to-be city will be a very modern city, and roof-windows are modern, in an 90's kind of way) 31009 Small Cottage 31025 Mountain Hut (it's one of those things for kids to climb on, that's why it isn't that tall) 6411 Sand Dollar Cafe 6409 Island Arcade 6547 Fun Fair 6472 Gas N' Wash Express 3180 Tank Truck 1252 Shell Tanker 1254 Shell Convenience Store 1255 Shell Car Wash 1256 Shell Service Station 4432 Garbage Truck 4206-2 Recycling Truck So guys, please comment on this, and also add your sets for a city!
