    I think I know what you can do to be unique but still mod it: Make the bank larger, but leave the laundromat to the side like in the official build! I think no one has done that, which is weird.

    That Toys R' Us store in the Oxford website looks good. I hope that that set has instructions and no Oxford-specific pieces so I could try to build it in LDD.

    There's actually an easy way to make tram tracks. Just tile the train tracks, and ta-da! You've got tram tracks!

    The Ford Raptor looks like it has suspension. Although I don't think it'll have, I hope it does have.

    Wow! THAT'S GRRRRRREAT!!!!!! Seriously, a playground and rescue sets in one wave! He was right! We do have rescue sets! And I was a bit right, too, because I guessed after he said rescue sets that it would be mountain rescue, and it turns out we get volcanic rescue, which is even better! Besides, 10 MINIFIGS! That's great too! I like it a lot that now LEGO seems to include even more minifigs in sets! This will be an awesome summer wave! (calms down) Sorry, I just got a little excited.

    I think that it's a one-off. In 2014 it was Arctic, 2015 Deep Sea Explorers, and it seems 2016 will be Mountain RES-Q.

    Oh yes. The Heavy Haul Train. For some reason now LEGO wants to do one train after the normal train releases. In 2011 it was the Red Cargo Train, and now it's the Heavy Haul Train.

    Maybe, but I remember that I read that the 60112 Fire Engine (or as I like to call it Hook and Ladder Truck) and the 60131 Crooks Island were the retail exclusives.

    Don't do that. Everything will be OK. I'm sure will be able to find someone else. I also think another way for you to feel better would be to find hobbies. You already have LEGO, I'm sure you can find something else that you'd like, like a sport, or a game, or vehicles or something. But just calm down. Maybe you can do some meditation. Hmmm. That's a bigger problem. Have you tried working at a restaurant? Maybe you can find a job there. Or, do you have any degree on something? Maybe someone might hire you because you have a degree on what they need. Or, make your own job. Sell some stuff. Help people. And, I know this might sound a bit weird, but resell LEGO.

    Don't worry. Just save your money and you will finally buy them. Maybe you can find them in the future at a price that's lower than the MSRP at eBay!

    I think the City idea would be the best. Not only can you build that spaceport, but you can also integrate your amusement park idea into the city. You can also buy the other Creator Expert sets, some City sets, and also TOWN sets to complement your town.

    I also think it's good. Having many themes means people can buy what they like. However, if we get more themes, it might turn like in the late 90s/early 2000s, and we all know how it was back then.

    That is great! Though I wonder if a regular minifigure would be bullied by minidolls. I don't think so.
