Such a little, lovely build! Though the stairs seem a little steep, that's the only hting I can remark. Stonework, rockwork, snow-work,... Worked out pretty well! Just because I'm a curious guy: can we expect a bigger build from you any time soon?

Some cool figs you've got, Souinotlim, with my favoured being the Goh-Orc War Master, though the Goh-Orc Lich is nice as well -

The Vengeful Ranger Ch. 1 - Ruins of Erendir
TitusV replied to Merc4Hire's topic in Guilds of Historica
A very nice fig, and the build is nice as well. I'm especially loving the colour scheme, with the dark red and oranges Good to see you're back to building for the Guilds! -
Thank oyu Mesabi! The stern may have turned out nice, it defenitely was a pain-in-the-megablocks to build! It's the same colour-scheme as my TÃre Village MOC, of which I am a great fan And you're completely right, these sails should be waaaaay bigger. My plan? Eh, well, there isn't really a plan. the ship is for MAESTRO, as a kind of goodbye-present Glad you like it so much (though many of the details you mentioned are borrowed from @Sebeus I). And you're defenitely right on these sails... Thanks Garm! Thank you for commenting! Thanks Kai, glad you like it. The prow's been done by Sebeus, but the stern is all mine! The sails could be a bit larger, but you do have a point: it makes "swooshing" the ship through the living room while calling "BANG-BANG" much easier Thanks Bodi! Glad you like them, thanks! Thanks Capt! the colour actually is dark orange, though I admit that it's hard to see with the terrific lighting... Good to see you like the colours, bd! The sails are indeed a big point to work on, but I'm glad you noticed the lines. I will do my best, thank you sir!

[WIP] Myzec Throne Room - WIP/Build Log
TitusV replied to Ayrlego's topic in Brethren of the Brick Seas
I have to second Kai: compared to the floor, the stairs look very smoot. Though I like both style, I would suggest going one way or the other Still, that image is great and it seems you're doing a great job converting it into bricks, with the nice pillars and amazing throne! Maybe a bit technically, but wouldn't it be better to extend the greeneey section somewhat around the corner? I'd imagine that would make taking all-lego images easier... -

No pirate or buccaneer can hope to enter the L.M. Diaz, probably the fastest ship in the whole nation of Eslandola. Still, she carries a treasure far more powerful than gold: news. As a Legislative Mailship, the letters in her hold can win wars, overthrow governments or change worlds. Time itself is her main enemy, a brilliant foe that must be fought day and night. A pity it's so dark on this image, because that way you can't make out the bell properly: I got inspired by one of CGH's ships and added a little clapper, which is probably my favoured detail of the whole ship! --------- For the CBC - Naval Warfare category. I had hoped to enter at least one more build, but considering the fact that this entry had to be finished during nights spent awake, a second MOC was'nt realistic. Hence also the very dark images! -------- Wow, glad this is done. Rigging is such a pain-in-the-megablocks! Special thanks go to @Sebeus I, without whom I would never have started on this ship and who was an incredible help during the building proces. A lot of techniques/designs also come from him, like the skylight. Thanks, to you but also to all others who aided me! -------- At the bow of her precious ship, Elysabeth leaves the Eslandolan port, heading for the sunrise. Only time will tell what the future brings... -------- Maybe also the perfect moment to say thank-you to a few people, e.g. @Maxim I (who not only got me into BoBS, but also to my first convention, which is something I'll never forget). Thanks Maxim! Another one is @Bregir. Though our relation has been a bit quite as of late, he's the one who helped me out with all my questions upon joining GoH, or during BoBS, and I think we became friends on the way. Thanks Christian!

It wasn't me, it wasn't me! At least this time, it wasn't me! The second statement is completely true however! -
O my, this looks like such an amazing feature! Great job, gamemasters
-
Neat scene indeed! The differently coloured 2x2 round plates in the pillars make for a nice break-up of the tan, and though the furniture is, as you said yourself, rather ordinary, there's nothing wrong with it. Also, the third image is just lovely! The minifig posing, together with the blue flames and the use of that... thing around his head make for such an amazing image

In that case, I must have missed them too! no, any news about the results?

I wonder why you joined Avalonia, because this must be an all-out Nocturnian build! The ramshackle tower and ruined walls create a dark but lovely atmosphere, perfectly suited to the Darklands. Both the irregular, dark tan base and the dark red roof deserve a thumbup too Also, just because I can't comment on one of your builds without remarking that there's too much texture in there: there's too much texture in there to my liking!

I think I enjoy watching your dwarven builds as much as you enjoy building them! The (obligated) interior is very nice (lovely floor pattern, with the turned 1x1 tile!), and though I find the tan roofing a bit too light for the build (dark tan or even browns would fit better, IMHO), the tower is really cool! Also, some fantastic rockworking to top things off
