    That was way worse than expected. I think the worst part is the doors. Since when does the P1 have scissor doors? I do like that white version with chrome gold rims though...

    Bricklink auto-finder, mixed new and used, gives me €925 + shipping....

    I do like the black and white... Very cool! Now let’s hope TLG releases those fenders in more colours.

    The only rare parts in white would be 2x 32039, used at the doors. Doesn’t look like they can be replaced. And of course the new parts (from 42096) would be hard to find for a decent price. Usually Bricks and Pieces has them though.

    I must say this year is definitely not bad. Of course I am less interested in the sets, so maybe my opinion may be unique. I love the new parts especially in white and orange.

    Probably not. The rear ones are definitely 12, so it would be more logical to include 4 of the same instead of 2 different ones.

    Not sure how you could show it properly, but the surface has two curvatures

    Not great. The fenders are printed, so you’d still have red and grey on the body going nowhere.

    A brick built alternative would be your only option, until you get lucky if someone offers a cheap one on Bricklink. By the way, orange #3 connectors are coming back very soon, in 2019

    The police car was also there, but he didn’t realise these were part of the new wave so he didn’t take any pictures. We’ll probably see the soon, though.

    Someone just shared a picture on FB, 42092 on the shelves in a store in Canada. Perhaps we’ll get the rest soon too?

    I think something a lot of people get wrong about LEGO Ideas is that LEGO produces a 1:1 copy of the submitted MOC, which has never happened.

    In that case it means there’s less friction at the right one than the left one. That’s how a differential works.

    Wow this looks great. I love the front end The instructions however have a lot of very difficult steps. Now I am all for a challenge, that’s the whole reason why I almost never buy sets, but you have entire assemblies built in one step whereas the other side had actual steps. Would it be a problem for you to send me the .io file? I’d love to have a look at it on my PC, perhaps making some easier-to-use steps.

    There’s multiple ways... One of them is using Stud.io to export it directly to Bricklink. Just log in or create an account, look at the top right of the program, and export the parts list. You can also download the LDD file and create a custom list on Rebrickable. It accepts LDD files, and from Rebrickable you can fix some colour errors a bit easier than Bricklink and then export it to a Bricklink list.

    Looks great! Perhaps I'll build it. It would be a nice change from the expensive 1:8 cars I've been building. Could you send me the LDD file? I'd like to try some colour combinations myself.

    42056 has no stickers on the arches. As far as I know LEGO never puts stickers on parts with round shapes, because they are near impossible to apply unless you have cuts in them.
