  1. You might also get some inspiration from this video (Look from minute 5:25):
  2. For me you should make a body similar to the russian Ural trucks, like this one:
  3. 42055 - Bucket Wheel Excavator [A Model] - Theme: Technic Image LXF file (LDD 4.3.9) Errors: - 6145856 (Bucket, x8) - 6151167 (Curved gear rack, x14) 42055 - Mobile Aggregate Processing Plant [b Model] - Theme: Technic Image LXF file (LDD 4.3.9) (this is my very first contribution to this topic, if you have any suggestion for future post they are welcome)
  4. It looks very good Effe, maybe you could change the gray angled connector with a black one, so it would match the mudguard perfectly.
  5. The truck looks very good, the rear axle has a lot of travel, and about the image hosting service (if the case is for resize images) i use bricksafe.
  6. I)t looks very good, maybe you should consider to put the axle with the paddles 1 stud higher (at the same size of the clutches), so the engaging would be more accurate, but it is still a very nice creation.
  7. That looks really good Effe, what about to put the mudguards one stud further from the chassis?
  8. Looks good, i hope that your LDD come back to life, is great to see that it is working.
  9. if someone could make a micro scaled grille like that (and also if you cover the gaps in chute and the conveyor belts) you could have a model capable to separate small materials, like sand from small stones, that would be really cool.
  10. There is no need to be upset, it was completely expected to have some problems with such small model; by the way, i took the model and made some small modifications, i first reinforced the rear suspension, and also i changed the steering system, now it works with a gear rack: http://bricksafe.com/files/imanol/other-models/LXF%20chassis%20with%20(maybe%20no%20so%20great)%20modifications..lxf But i am not sure if they will properly work (i am only like 50% sure that it will work), that is the problem with building digital models, not everything works as expected, but so far the model is looking very good.
  11. What an amazing model, is really impressive how you have achieved so much functions in a model of that size, and still keep space for a fake engine and space inside the cab, the crane is really amazing too, the system to extend of the boom is very clever, and the outriggers design seems very robust; i would love to see it as a set, this truck would be the perfect partner for the 42053.
  12. That is a pretty interesting arm design, it looks very good.
  13. Very nice model, it looks and work fantastic, and is also pretty fast, nice work.
  14. That is a lot of progress, it looks very nice.
  15. I wish you a lot of luck, even making a large scale unimog with all the functions is yet difficult, at that scale it will be a very big challenge, but it looks good so far, the whole drive train design seems enough robust, i also like how you put those train wheels as rim covers, they look fantastic, i am looking forward for more updates.
  16. It looks like a Baja vehicle.
  17. That cabin looks very realistic and has a so smooth design and with so many details, is really impressive.
  18. Hi, does anyone know if there are cheap tires with this same pattern?: http://store.rc4wd.com/MIL-SPEC-ZXL-19-Tires_p_1957.html ; i am looking for tires that look like the Michelin XZL tires.
  19. It looks good to me, i don´t like too much the grapple, but it is okay if you consider this model was made from a limited number of pieces, the functions don´t look bad, i don´t doubt of its strength for lifting with those pneumatic cylinders, and about the details, they are pretty good, i also like how they put the pneumatic pump as an exhaust pipe, is a nice touch, and again, nice review Sariel.
  20. It seems works pretty well, also, it would be cool to see a large size aircraft carrier model for display, with a similar system that could launch air planes (maybe paper ones), it would be really cool.
  21. A very detailed and functional model, and is very impressive at such small scale, nice work.
  22. Hey Cumulonimbus, that Unimog looks amazing with those tires, i wish i had the Xerion tires, also, these tires fit in planetary rims too, right? (the rims made with 2 turntables, like the ones of Efferman)
  23. That is a very small car, but still a very nice creation, the details are amazing, and it moves smoothly and fast, nice work.
  24. It looks amazing with those tires, and also, i would love to see them in the Unimog, i think they will look awesome.
