peedeejay replied to AnkTales's topic in LEGO Licensed
Wonderful diorama. And the best part is that there is still so much left which can be build and help to make it even bigger. :)- 10 replies

How long do you keep mocs or sets together?
peedeejay replied to Aventador2004's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Sets: Not very long (2-3 months tops), but I keep the parts together. MOCs: All of my modulars are still assembled on top of my shelf. I'm running out of space however.. -
I'm always baffled how people achieve something like this with LEGO. Amazing build!

Another stunning build from you! The exterior is absolutely flawless and the interior also delivers many great details.
-
Colorful and lovely build which offers somet interesting part and building technique ideas! For example the turned around macaroni brick or the staircase which is one brick deep embedded into the outer wall.

MOC: Elves, Ragana's Shadow Tower
peedeejay replied to Captain Nemo's topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
Looks fantastic. This could very well be the "Ninjago City" set of the elves theme. -
Lovely and interesting exterior but the interior is the real seller here. So many great details to look at!

Oh wow another beauty! The hair/hat design is outstanding.

A very effective build with so few bricks! They look cool.

Incredible collaborative work. So many great things to look at. Wow!

Looks fantastic. The sand green and olive green mixture works very well in combination with the mostly grey roof. Very inspiring!

Cool build! The exterior looks pretty good with the SNOTed tiles but the interior totally steals the show!

Fantastic and absolutely perfect. I think one could not build a better version in this scale!
-
Lovely collection of buildings and some pretty wild color combinations which for some reason all work very well together. :) Probably due to the very strong dividers built in white. I also like that every building is elevated and offers a view of the basement.

Fantastic MOC with lots of clever mini builds!
-
Very nice build! Clever usage of the masonry bricks for this scale.
-
Lovely build and some very clever part usages. Also it looks like the medium dark flesh masonry bricks were made for exactly this purpose. :)

[MOC] Evolution Of Apenakin Skywalker On The Planet Of The Apes.
peedeejay replied to Vincent Q's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Hilarious! :D :D :D -
Before we get another yellow/orange or whatever color (not mentioning the millions shades of blue which no one needs) we need to get sand red back or introduce a sand brown. :)

Nice! There is a lot going on. The semi-worn-down facade and the graffiti walls are very cool. I also like the truck very much!
-
Wonderful build! Being in Japan very often I have to say that you perfectly managed to catch the typical urban/suburban look of a street within a residential area.

[MOD] Modular-ized Ghostbusters Firehouse Headquarters
peedeejay replied to koalayummies's topic in LEGO Town
That looks pretty good! The only thing that looks a bit off to me is the height of the floors, which you mentioned had to be reduced to the amount of bricks provided in the set. Just add a few then! ;-) -
Looks great! Also: Olive green masonry bricks! Mmmh!
