This is a no-brainer: The PR by far. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. The build is enjoyable from the first to the very last brick. Only very few repetitions. The design is absolutely beautiful and the part per price ratio is also top notch.

I don't see the benefit of building two bricks high. I am also building SNOT roads but my sidewalk is only 4 plates + 1 tile high. For the modulars themselves you only need another baseplate where you place a few bricks on and simple put the baseplate of the modular on top of them. They will not be connected but will be perfectly aligned to the street modules. This way you can leave the modulars as they are but are very flexible with your roads. The width of one full baseplates also allows a street which is a little narrower to include a tram for example.

Another amazing build. The overall color scheme is beautiful and again you make it look so easy, but yet so impossibly hard. ;-) I especially like the usage of intertwined cheese slope rows to create a zig-zag-pattern pillar. Great idea!

Fantastic shaping!

Nice layout with alot of great details. I especially like the unique look of your buildings.

Great work! The reduced amount of color works very well here! Your photos are also exceptionally well done.

The worn down look is really cool. Nice details overall and great color usage. I also like your approach on SNOT roads and sidewalks. The sewer entry is reall effective!

Oh wow how come I've never seen this. This is absolutely mindblowing!

Cool build! The front looks very accurate. For the rear I'd consider using the same part for all 4 rear lights (round tile) since this is the most important design aspect of a GTR and in real life the lights are all the same shape as well. :)

That's a nice little house. Looks very good and as other stated before me, reminds me a lot of old creator style houses. BTW: You have a hair in your kitchen. ;-)

In some stores you can still buy boxes (e.g. in Hamburg) when they have enough of them in stock but for the equivalent of 6 large cups, which sums up to more than 100€. For some parts however this may still be better than packing the parts (especially for larger and more bulky parts). It also saves a lot of time, because packing 6 large cups can take a while. ;-)
