I don't like to post after one of my own posts since I feel like I'm talking with myself lol (just a little joke ) but I made three new Jar Jar comics I'd like to share with you. More Jar Jar misadventures: sometimes I feel compassion for the clumsy creature lol "You will be heroes" It seems everyone hates him "Sneaking around" Wrong address "Paintings" Even artists "declared war" on the clumsy creature I hope those little comics will make you laugh; at least a little bit

I just bought 70910 Goblin King Battle for 85€ (which is less than the original retail price ) Honestly given the current status of the LOTR/The Hobbit themes I didn't think a single second about that. Perhaps there are better sets but I thought it was a nice deal

Wow! Impressive! Most impressive! Do you remember how many pieces did you use? Congratulations! It's an outstanding work

I know in the end I'll buy it I haven't yet because I already have the previous Slave I. Of course it is not as detailed like the current one but I planned to get other sets before getting an improved Slave I

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 13 Rumours and Discussion
BrickSev replied to just2good's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Indeed, beside Minifigures have the right to defend themselves lol The Galaxy Trooper shows the Galaxy Squad log, which resembles both the "Systems Alliance" and "Spectre" logos from Mass Effect. Since most Galaxy Squad armors are indeed very similar to Mass Effect ones, I see them and so even the Galaxy Trooper like a brick version of soldiers from that universe. Since series 13 Galaxy Trooper is a better equipped version we can say he is... "The first Minifigure (brick/Lego etc) Spectre" I set my imagination free -
They are indeed very nice and their transport is very interesting for a Battle Pack-level vehicle. I'll buy more of them, for sure. They also have two different headpieces! I'm very pleased with that set. On my "to buy list" they are classed "to buy at will" lol. You can't have too much of them

It's very nice indeed. You even create scenery for it. Well done

Lucky you Honestly I'm not dying for that Minifigure (I may change my mind once/if I find it) but I'd like to complete the collection. I'm quite pleased when I find duplicates of Alien Trooper and Goblin so I can build a little army. I have 5 Carpenters so I a "Clone Army of workers" lol is being created In my experience, it may vary from case to case of course, I noticed the Carpenter, Disco Diva and Alien Trooper are the most commonly found. I'm pleased with the Alien, much less with the others

I think raiding parties do count as armies for our purposes I have two Goblins from recent Series 13 and I think I'll put them with the few Orcs I have to make an "Orcs and Goblins" raiding party. I think they will stay away from my dragons, though EDIT: I forgot to press the quote button. I'm a little too tired, I guess

The Prototype Advanced Tie is still backorder on Lego shop, so I asked at local store. They said they should get a couple of them so I ordered one. Fingers crossed I can't find it at a reasonable cost. In my country there is no sight of it. I found on Amazon UK but was very overpriced compared to original retail cost. How much did you pay for that set? EDIT: Few corrections. Today I can barely type correctly it seems
-
Right now I can't recall any other. I think any armor can be stressed if an excessive pressure is applied. Btw I got t10 more bags ( local store has a promotion with discounts etc ) The were the last they had there (they said more are coming) and still no trace of the King. I got another Alien Trooper and Goblin, which can be both useful for army building
-
It should be still around (not through Lego shop, though) and if you give a look you should even find it at a reasonable price
-
It's very sad I missed the Mandalorians pack. They are cool Minifigures and can be used in any "age" (Old Republic, Clone Wars, Galactic Civil War)
-
I really should do something like that too. Just to put some order among my collection. How do you keep your Minifigures? I started to put mine into seal bags until I find a way to display them I was planning the next Lego Star Wars purchase ( a local store is offering a 20% discount) and I run into the dilemma: more Minifigures or something that could function as scenario?

I haven't seen yet the Rebel episodes here in Italy but at least DVDs are released few weeks after they appear in USA, most of the times A list is indeed very useful. I plan to do it every time but I always fail
-
It's nice they solved the problem. Lego costumer service has been always very helpful every time I contacted them Let's hope they will fix the sticker typo
-
Indeed. That was my plan All the pieces should be easily to obtain and it appears most of them (a part the two bricks holding the flames) are even available through Lego shop. So we can get those dragons in other colors Green, blue etc

I understand. Consider here in Europe, unless I'm mistaken, they simply don't ship to PO Box. Not even the "standard shipping"
-
This is not a double topic. I'm just sharing my findings inside the bags (I explained it in the original post) mostly to provide statistical info etc. EDIT: There is also a distinct thread about Series 13 review because it's different from the rumors/discussion one. Just my opinion. Btw it's interesting to see that armor, even in a different color, is present in the UA sets
-
A little hope won't hurt The worst thing that could happen is they don't release more sets, which is exactly the current condition. So things can only improve, or stay the same. I know, too much philosophy lol

Thanks for the confirmation on Galaxy Trooper armor. It is indeed an appealing figure. Nice printings and also a "storage" for two blasters. If we want to find a flaw in the Minifigure the only one is the lack of printing on the torso. So if you remove the armor you have a "plain" torso while the Space Miner from Series 12 has printing on the body. I noticed that too regarding the Samurai armor. That's one of the reasons I want to get more packs before everyone starts to carelessly feel bags at the store

Impressive faithfulness to the original art. Congratulations This recalled memories of my school times. Many years ago

Now we have a nice dragon Smaug is still the best dragon ever made but the new creator 31032 Red Creatures set gives us a nice dragon at a very affordable price. A dragon army can be a reality. The question is how many dragons are needed for the group to become an army?

US are much larger so the package has to cover more distance than it does when they ship orders to me. From Belgium it goes to Germany (less than 1 hour) then from Germany hub to Italy I think it takes another hour. Add all the procedures etc and it arrives in less than 24 hours. I think that's the reason. I always choose express delivery to not have problems. I know it costs but at least I don't have to spend whole days talking with costumer services
