  1. Very nice interior. I had never considered those part pieces for above the windows. Great job. I look forward to the expedition and hope to join you in exploration.
  2. I like how the town came together. Really good job on these buildings. I look forward to pictures of it from the convention. Looking forward to what is next for Quinnsville.
  3. @The Architect we have had some serious animal forces already, so there can be non-human possibilities.
  4. It honestly can be anywhere. There are no limitations. Building it in your own faction is definitely safest. (Can't be seized in war, etc.) The biggest key is writing it into your story. Though it could also be associated with a secondary character. Or .... whatever you can think up.
  5. I like the building and the story is great as well. The wings, window, door and pillars were all a nice touch to the room.
  6. In regards to ships and MRCA, look at the link "by sea...." in the master index for information and sizes. More importantly look at the ship index (also linked in the master index) for examples of various ship types. Sorry for not linking them here but I'm responding on my phone. Edit: I should add the MRCA is being revised presently so don't worry too much about the specifics of which islands or ports are best
  7. Thank you for the extra 10 dbs! It was a great concept for a mini build and hopefully future years see increased participation.
  8. I love the emphasis on a classic design. We attempt to make realistic builds which I love, but every now and again it is fun to go back to the classic Lego style which you have pulled off wonderfully. The interiors are fabulous. I particularly like the way you did the throne room with the space you had. The surrounding vegetation aids with the atmosphere. Keep up the great work
  9. I like the roof ends (gable?) and the curve you do with them. It helps contain the roof and provides a nice variation. That is a very busy looking warehouse. Though with it that full, he better get to selling those goods before the next ship arrives. I like the roof color. The angles of the base are nice as well. Is the frame and roof removable or did you take interior pictures prior to building? It looked removable but I didn't see any plates helping it get pulled off easily.
  10. I don't think a date has been set for the next MRCA, as right now we aren't on an end of month basis. Also we are still awaiting the results of the last MRCA that sailed out of ports October 15th.
  11. I was for sure I commented on this build already. At least I stayed typing it out. Anyway, my favorite feature of this build is using the windows for the ship hulls. Of course there is so much more to love in this build. The water, land, trees, small houses, and the rock work. Great job!
  12. There is a conflict on whether the won ship is subject to the ship multiplier for 4+ ships.
  13. The amount of action and color you packed into this 12x12 is awesome. The turtles of course aid to make this a vibrant build. Nice usage of the wood textured tiles.
  14. The additional cars are really good especially the hot cocoa car. I was planning on doing anothing additional passenger car but this might inspire me to do a cocoa car or food car of some sort.
  15. I am glad Lego has brought out a new Christmas train. I just finished building mine yesterday and am in agreement with the points made in the review. I did find the color of the caboose roof to be off so I replaced it with green. Though smaller than other trains it is overall aesthetically pleasing and a great addition. I'm planning on setting it up with 9v as I have it already. I may also build another passenger car since it could use some length.
  16. The juggler has upgraded to using fire now. (Original thread received the new pictures.)
  17. Thank you! He has upgraded to juggling fire now.
  18. @Ayrlego Sorry I was slow on confirming my stable, but it appears you got it figured out. At the beginning of the month, my goal was to license 3 builds in Arlinsport, but so far I have just gotten the stable. (One was supposed to be a residence.) If i get the chance I will attempt to do a factory for Arlinsport. Next month I have several builds ready or planned for Elizabethville.
  19. First off, WESTERN!! The story was amazing! The builds are also really good. The building interior has great color and decor. I particularly am found of the chairs. Nice usage of the window lattice. The exterior scene has the amazing path going through it. I'm trying to figure out how you got that cowboy to balance on the broken fence. Look forward to more Western from you.
  20. I'm cheering for the inclusion of the chicken, but I think she needs to go back outside with the monkey. Nice textile mill and background story to the mill. I like the spinning wheels upstairs. I look forward to seeing the whole village come together with time. Thanks for the innkeepers daughter. I'm just glad she wasn't in the other build and I just couldn't find her.
  21. I bet the Corrie will win. I like the inclusion of the the animals. I haven't decided what I think of the friends animals big eyes but the hedgehog is one that does move over easily.
  22. Nice usage of the lifesaver rings! I would had never thought of using them in that way. The bath looks great with the white and gold coloring and accents. I lIke the monkey faces and picked up on them immediately. The story is great also. Naval battles are fun but I'm going to say it might take the octopus a long time to wash all those legs.
  23. I would buy 10 of everything and be happy. Broke but happy. 1. I am guessing a sheep for a new animal. 2. I will guess a reboot of the goat. I know it is improbable to see both but I would love to have one or the other.
