  1. Cool ratrod. Great engine details. Not sure if it would be better on the streets or the dunes.
  2. This is a jaw dropping, incredible scene. Everything is well detailed, from the steam locomotives, to the trackside structures, to the buildings and the train shed. What a way to show up in the forums. I'd love to see more of everything. The locomotives (nice work powering them), the rolling stock, the signals, the buildings, and more. My favorite picture is the fireman oiling the rods trackside, followed by the ground level foggy picture with the locomotive between the signal masts. BTW, do the signals work?
  3. Wow! This is a great start for a modular port city. As mentioned by @Sebeus I, some NPU on the walls. Those old angular corner pieces with the cannons work well. The yellowed bricks do help the realism.
  4. Amazing build. It reminds me of the buildings in the Grand Place in Brussels. All the little greebling details really make it shine. Brick on!
  5. Looks good so far. If it's not slipping, you might have a solid solution.
  6. My orders have all come through just fine. My standard order shipped 6 days after I placed it this month.
  7. Nice idyllic place to get away and relax. Lots of details, including the float.
  8. Swooshable SPACESHIP! SPACESHIP! SPACESHIP!
  9. Excellent build and thought provoking topic. Sometimes evil people do good, other times good people do evil. The ability to change is there in all. The internal conflict can be hard for those who are too far in. Great work with the subtle detail changes between the two sides.
  10. Great job putting so much detail in a small aircraft. Well done.
  11. The design is superbly detailed and well thought out. Seeing the brick construction starting is a good sign.
  12. Quite the ship. Lots of details and a good mix of real lines for the rigging, and the LEGO piece. The colors work well together. I see cannon poking out. Does it have a detailed gun deck or cabin?
  13. Oooh, that's a beauty. And if you build a full interior as well, kudos. Can't wait to see the expanded set of pictures.
  14. As much as I agree, the mecha craze is here for now. Their only saving grace is the small sized Star Wars and certain superhero mecha do give us some options for minifig characters that often aren't in small/cheap sets.
  15. Well done all 1 ABrickDreamer 2 Oky 11 Kritch (BTW, I resent this entry. I was contemplating doing virtually the same thing with Indiana Jones, but saw yours and decided I shan't be a copycat.)
  16. Excellent model. It is a fitting tribute. I don't see any zombies though? Sure we've read the same book? Just kidding.
  17. Nicely done. It meshes with my memories of Tallinn.
  18. Colorful build. NPU with the windscreens for rocks. Great details on the door and postbox. I also like the lack of a defined base, with the pathway being laid out on the bare ground.
  19. You would have to ask Deutsche Bahn what Laekks means. I lived in Deutschland for 5 years and went trainspotting often. I learned some of the classes, but never did quite figure out the meanings. American autoracks are boring and often covered in graffiti. Unless the artwork is good, it's often endless strings of them. Besides, you can hardly tell if they are full or empty, and if so, with what.
  20. That's a good looking Laekks style autotransportwagen.
  21. Wicked rat rod. NPU with the front suspension.
  22. Nice haunted mansion. Small, but it has the right feel for the late 1800s. The fence is neat, but maybe in too perfect of condition. I really like the mixture of minifig pieces to create the deceased Dr. Pepper. I would think the cracked parts would add to the ambiance of the haunted house.
  23. Outstanding work on the models and the history of the Beaufighter. The attention to each change is amazing.
  24. Good looking Christmas train. The white scheme is nice, but might blend with the snow. The red and green highlights work well on it.
