The ultimate Imperial Shuttle Lego MOC: The Sienar T-4a Lambda Class. Two years of meticulous building, design, redesign and re-build - and now she's finally here! 3 different sets of instructions have been prepared for this ship - and every buyer will have access to all 3 models - available on Rebrickable. The Imperial Lambda Class Shuttle, 5420 parts. These elegant transports were the workhorse of the Empire; initially used for transporting Imperial officials and officers around the galaxy - and in later days as these shuttles became more common, they were often used as simple troop transports and even light cargo ships. Lord Vader himself was known to use a Lambda Class Shuttle - and this was also the same design as the famous Shuttle Tydirium, which was stolen by the Rebels and used to transport the Endor strike team in Return of the Jedi. There are various floor-plans out there for this ship, but I chose the official design which makes most sense to me + it was the layout used in the "Incredible Cross Sections" book which featured this ship. It's as close as I could get it whilst using Lego, although you will have to allow me some 'poetic license' here and there :) I've also designed an "empty" display version, with no interior and 4817, perfect just for display or modding with your own interior design! ...and then, there's the Emperor's private shuttle, which I'll be posting separately There's a choice of 2 display stands for showing the ship in flight mode - both are FREE downloads available on my Rebrickable page. Lastly, I’d just like to add that personally, this was always more than just a Lego creation. It's a Lego brick-built replica of what is, to me, the single most elegant and beautiful ship in all of Star Wars. This is something that I've dreamed of making since I was a kid in the 70's - and now it's time to share it with others.

This is my take on a minifig-scale UCS scale Imperial Shuttle from Return of the Jedi. Since I wasn't sure where to start, the worm gear mechanism is loosely based on the official set. However, the rest is a mix of my design with subtle cues taken from Marshal Banana's MOC and 10212. It features gear-driven wings, detachable landing gear, poseable weapons, and an opening canopy with room for 4 minifigs.

A long, long time ago I started working on a micro scale Millennium Falcon. To begin with all I wanted to do was add detail to the Microfighter but I kept tinkering and before I knew it I had a growing collection of micro Star Wars freighters and fighters, and here they are! Instructions for all these little builds are on my Rebrickable page. Since this all started with that Falcon Microfighter the cockpit piece (a light blueish-grey 2x2 truncated cone) became my yardstick for scale. Luckily trans-black 1x1 slope pieces work as fighter cockpits at the same scale so all the ships are, and will continue to be, as close to scale with each other as I can manage, at least based on these pieces and whatever reference images I can gather from Google. My Blockade Runner (April 2021) is the last ship on my micro Star Wars to-do list, although it’s hardly micro! The size and weight were a new challenge for me, I’ve never had to worry about a moc falling apart under its own weight before, but I enjoyed the challenge and managed to make it pretty easy to pick strong. I’ve put together instructions for the Tantive IV as well as the Liberator from Star Wars Rebels, which I couldn’t resist building for myself. Rather than doing new posts for each new ship I’ll edit the very long post below. My model of Lambda-class Imperial Shuttle was created from scratch and it is based on the construction solutions of the 75094 set. First it was created in LDD and later, after ordering the bricks, I made a number of significant adjustments. The biggest challenge was to keep the proportions as decent as possible, which, apart from the limitations resulting from the use of the 75094 skeleton, does not seem to me to be a simple thing on this scale. Among other things, for this reason, I finally gave up the opened interior (on which I did not particularly care about). Wherever possible, I tried to reproduce or refer to the details of the original. You may attach the landing gear but my model will always be presented on the stand. It is very stable and consists of about 1600 parts and therefore roughly over 600 more than the progenitor. I have designed the wings from the beginning in SNOT. The body is two studs longer, and in a large part, is a completely different construction than 75094. The wings are better embedded in it and they are less swaying, which is important because they are heavier. The fin is also proportionally extended by two studs and embedded somewhat differently. I have managed to slim down the cockpit and get a minimal nose down reduction in relation to the bottom, keeping the place for the stressed Han Solo. In this scale in flying mode, it matches the height of the UCS Slave I and it is the optimal scale for this model for me. 10212 UCS in flight position (and this is the only way I imagine presenting it) is monstrously huge - I mainly mean the height. I think that my model next to the UCS would not be too ashamed. Hi all. I haven't added much to my 1:250 fleet of Star Wars fighters, gunships, freighters and one corvette (plus a couple of mini scenes) this year but I have been working on my photography. I've really enjoyed seeing the groups of ships grow and comparing the sizes of the finished products, Slave 1 and the Rogue Shadow turned out surprisingly big, but the biggest surprise was how huge a Blockade Runner is! Hi! I come back to you with a new project! Tydirium Imperial Lambda-class Shuttle T-4a Playscale! Designing in the studio took a month. It was not easy because I had to come up with many mobile connections such as: - foldable wings, - folding landing gears, - opened pilot's cabin, - access to the interior and passengers (retractable roof and fold-out side panels). Just a few pics to show the immense scale of my Imperial Shuttle MOC! Honestly, you don't know how much effort it took to hold up this big beauty with one hand - but I think I managed to hide the struggle lol I'll be posting a full gallery with plenty of interior and exterior pics very soon
