  1. Beautiful work. Classic facade/open reverse side stuff here. What a great and clean building in general. Very Meditarranean.
  2. Yes! Haha, it's a terrifying sigil. Anyway, really like these guys. I think I'll start incorporating some of them in a few of my builds if anything comes of their proposal.
  3. Haha awesome and kinda cute too.
  4. Sure. Check your PMs in a bit (from when I post this haha) and I'll see what I can do.
  5. What a great ship. I also really like the technique of doing a separate interior. Often, vehicle interiors are way too difficult to photograph effectively for a proper scene and this is a great way to sidestep that problem. I also really like those crash seats. The way you did the harness on them is clever. I have just finished a bulky dropship that is nowhere near as sleek and cool looking as The Wasp. It's a build for a different forum, but you'll be able to see it on Flickr in a few days. Koro is super glad to have some help with the Demons. He'll be reading Raven's reports carefully and pitching in when he can...
  6. Love that second shot. The use of pistols and binoculars on the vehicle gives it a great look.
  7. Very cool. Has a sort of Mass Effect vibe. There's a section of Virmire with metallic causeways and platforms (though over jungle, not water) that this reminds me of!
  8. Very neat ship. I like the scary robot hand coming out of it!
  9. Really like the brick-built logo designs. Lots of fun details in the lab too. Great Lego sphere also!
  10. The figs and SW robot definitely give it that late 70's, early 80's scifi feel.
  11. Tire worms! FTW! I really like those mushrooms. I wish I could think up neat alien flora and fauna as easily as some of the others do. I need to trawl deviantart more for inspiration!
  12. You do the industrial-meets-clean look that Star Wars is famous for so well, Aeralure.
  13. Very nice looking vehicle.
  14. This is one of maybe the top 5 Lego castles MOCs I've ever seen. Easily. There's not greater accolade than that, when EB's castle-building community is full of such titans.
  15. Meiji Belt The Fascini Cluster - 3185 Luckily for Koro, the mobile Logistics Station, Goshi Junction, happened to be in transit a relatively short distance from Arium Major. Even though it was a peaceful station, the privateer ships tasked to it for protection might be taken the wrong way if any other Company had people in the area. After recovering the data and getting too much of himself ripped off in the process, he could only hope that The Mechanic was on the station like she was supposed to be. Famous around Kawashita's Operators, The Mechanic was who you went to when any of your cybernetic prosthetics needed an upgrade, a retrofit, or a page one rewrite. Unlike most, Koro's body was mostly machine and that made The Mechanic his best pal. Well, he liked to think so anyway. He just hoped he was getting her on a good day... So he walked into her workshop, holding his old broken arm in his good hand and trying to look cheerful. He was not getting her on a good day. "What the quasar have you done to yourself?" Koro tried to focus on the soothing mechanical whir of the robot arm that held his... robot arm. Unfortunately, his eyes slid back to the whatever-it-was that The Mechanic was holding and pointing at him. It looked almost like a welding torch. He really hoped it wasn't that. Anything but that. "Hey, there's no need to use that kind of language. Besides, it wasn't my fault this time." "I suppose some giant creature from a wild planet just happened to come across your path." "Yes! That! How did you know!?" "Give me a break, Koro. Now hold still while I apply some of this softly glowing yellow fluid to that sorry excuse for a chassis." "You're not going to do any... any welding, are you?" "It would serve you right! But no. You might have noticed those yellowish tendons that came flying out of your body when your arm got ripped off? Well, that's conductive fluid. This is more conductive fluid." "So you're saying my blood is... yellow?" "Sigh... did you even read the manual I gave you? Your blood isn't quasaring yellow, you ninny. You don't even have blood. I swear, if I weren't around you'd come back just a sad little head one day." "I could survive being decapitated? Whoooooaaaa..." "What? No. What!? Uggggh. Let's get on with it. This won't hurt. Probably."
  16. You're getting so terrific at these whimsical environments, LJ. Your creatures are the best. So delightful and cute.
  17. Awesome build. I like the use of the Chrome Stormtrooper figs with the diving gear. Looks good.
  18. I'd throw links to previous ones, then. MKJoshA does that a lot with his Wyndor Saga, making a long story easy to follow. I'd also say that if you're going to throw a low-effort build up and tell people not to worry about it because story, then do you need to accompany the low-effort build with better-effort story than this. I don't mean any offence, because the writing isn't bad or anything. It simply lacks context and is fairly short for us to take this as a "mostly story build". That's just my opinion, though. Whatever keeps you building and improving in GoH is what's important, so if you gotta knock out stuff like this now and then to get the juices flowing then I don't blame you.
  19. Great beacon! Like that it's got a fortress around it, unlike most of the others. Sets it apart nicely.
  20. Awesome base on that. Good story too!
  21. Great story and build. I love when people use the Emmet face this way. It's one of the best expressions in Lego.
  22. Great photography, especially when you see your set up without the nice angles. Love that lander and that little world you made!
  23. I actually like the trees. Not sure what effect you were going for, but this works. Again, the orange background really adds something different and interesting to this build.
  24. You're going all out with the Enderverse thing, eh? When will Peter show up!?
