  1. Very nice indeed! The only gentle recommendation I have is to try stabilizing your film from time to time to make it less tiring. For example, you can shoot from the tripod and pan gently as it goes by, in some shots. Otherwise very good!
  2. I've already taken it apart. I could post process photos if it helps?
  3. No idea for google+, I'm afraid. Still, a flickr account is free, so it's worth a try. Thanks a lot!
  4. Thanks for the video embed, and yes the yellow parts could have been done better, but I hand;t the necessary parts I built it more like a generic dozer, and only towards the end decided to call it a CAT.
  5. In flickr you can just paste the BBCode they give you, and select the resolution too.
  6. Thanks, it means a lot! By the way, do you know how to embed the youtube video?
  7. Hello everybody, My first MOC to be posted on Eurobricks is the CAT D9 bulldozer. My goal with this MOC was to make it look as good as I could while still working as well as I should like. It has these functions, all controlled by power functions: -blade powered by 1 x M-motor -ripper powered by 1 x M-motor -treads powered by 2 x L-motor, 1 on each side for skid-stearing -two pairs of LED lights with hidden switch Pictures of the model: Here is the link for a video that demonstrates all functions. If someone could tell me how to embed it, I would be very grateful, as I could not figure it out
  8. Allow slope test, I bet it would be amazing!
  9. How can the 42029 red truck be so ugly? It's almost like that was their goal.
  10. That truly is nothing short of magnificent! The detail is especially great. The sils in particular are really cool, as they're finally made of Technic and not just canvas!
  11. The reason LEGO has yet to address the issue is that a full-resolution online copy would take very long to load, longer than most users are willing to wait. The best way to solve this is to have both copies available: the fast-loading low quality, and slow-loading high-quality.
  12. Truly incredible! How did you acheive the cross-shaped holes on the exterior stonework of the castle?
  13. Amazing! I never have seen a more seamless blend of Technic, Bionicle, and Hero factory!
  14. Sounds like a great idea! Technic is already split up in this way, with some sets simple and cheap, other expensive and complex, but they seem to missing the 'universal' genre.
  15. I like it so much that I would have believed you if you said it was made by LEGO! Amazing!
  16. Finally LEGO has started making the red plates again! They're out of stock at LEGO, and Brick link sells them for 15$ apiece.
  17. That is such a cool baja! Do your think that adding another buggy motor would speed it up, or would the added weight outweigh the added speed?
  18. The steering is usually slightly inside the wheel rhim. This helps stop 'bump steering' as Zblj so ably described earlier. It also allows steering in a tighter space. The best peice I know of in LEGO is an inverted 42009 tire with a CV joint. Hope this helps!
  19. Another solution to stop the wobbling in the steering would be to have longer steering arms at the wheel, and the extra mechanical advantage would allow for more precision. It would however become necessary to have the steering rack move more to have as much steering as it does now.
  20. That must be the very best Technic excavator ever! Can't wait for a video!
