  1. Wow that is a stunning build, so many great details. Van is also splendid!
  2. Well I do / did. That is one of the reasons I started ministickers in the first place. Especially printing white on transparent for the 12V trains etc. I always use(d) vinyl that is also used for wrapping cars. But I started a PhD and my machine broke (because it needs to run regularly (solvent / inkjet), otherwise the head gets damaged costing more than three millennium falcons to repair :s. A better way would be a UV printer but e.g. a Roland UV printer / cutter costs 40.000 euro or so so then one needs to run a day job print shop but it would allow to also print directly on bricks.
  3. Welcome @Trainanatic. Looks great indeed! Well that is indeed how I would do it @Murdoch17, and I occasionally use brickshelf for the images.
  4. Very nice! Great set. Nice basis and we can certainly MOC-around it!
  5. Looks really nice. All the details are wonderful!
  6. Really nice! Looks good in 12V setting! I still haven't got time to build mine though.
  7. I removed the other one. Please read the rules. Apart from that: welcome to Eurobricks.
  8. It just peppende on what you want of course. Maybe you could also find separate track in Lugbulk actions and/or bricklink. Don't know how much shipping to the Arctic will be though ;)
  9. Well and leaked pictures are not allowed so don't bother checking for them :) I also hope on good news on the train sets but so far...
  10. Wow I think I need to open the box then finally and count the bags. Haven't had any time yet :s. The diner was fine though, my brother built it some weeks ago.
  11. Again very nice job(s) @DMRR WOLFE. I like all the different schemes. With newer parts and a little width increase a great train becomes fabulous. LEGO is never too clear on how they come up with these things. It was an 'Icon' made for the US market. I got one so they were sometimes sold in the EU but they were hard to find (especially because there were no official LEGO stores back in those days of course). There is even a limited edition and there used to be a register of the people owning the limited version at lugnet. Apart from that, could you please try to keep things together and not flood Train Tech (Thanks!)
  12. Yes we are, but I keep forgetting to bring them as most of the time when I visit a LEGO store there is some other reason that I'm in the neighborhood. Unless it is AFOL Appreciation day of course.
  13. I don't know how it is with you, but I have enough PaB cups to let the entire neighborhood enjoy a beer :)
  14. Nice review @Pchan1983. I think you are totally right, it is all about the figures and virtually one cannot really call it a train.
  15. Interesting. Would be nice to try indeed.
  16. I still need to build my Jazz Club but adding MILS will be the first thing and I might use your work as inspiration :) Most of my LEGO is in storage while waiting on a new to build extension of the house with LEGO basement.
  17. Very nice indeed! Great job.
  18. Wow! Thanks for sharing. Worked out very well!
  19. Really nice @evancelt. You have managed to capture the entire "Thomas" theme very there I think. The backdrop also works out great. Did you use the Duplo face? Was it difficult to remove it from the rest of the Duplo?
  20. @Murdoch17 looks really nice! Now you also need an appropriate driver for her :)
  21. Very nice @AbleChristopher. Thanks for sharing and keep us updated :)
  22. Really nice job @MingBrick. Thanks for sharing. Lots of nice details. I'm very interested in possible other ideas you have, so please share!
  23. Welcome @Lifepath. Really great idea! B.t.w. I took the liberty to change the topic title a little so others might join in your quest more easily.
  24. Very nice @Dr Snotson.
