  1. @6129c04 Well just about all when it comes to enjoying the ideas and designs but I don't really buy them. If you look at my link I am mainly into MOCS and enjoy designing my own ideas. I guess space is up there for me as well as trains although they are few of them.
  2. Nice work and yes...well, bricklink is no longer the friend of the serious builder. Every part seems to be of a collectable status nowadays and postage often more than the bricks... I go elsewhere's.
  3. Very nice indeed and after seeing a couple of other builds I think you have come up with better solutions for some of the complicated ares.
  4. Beautiful is what it is...
  5. I'll post this here for now just for comment. I'm in the process of creating various elements for my eventual train layout based on eighties rural Australia. I think I mentioned it before but when I get around to starting the layout I will just post snippets in appropriate places then I'll start a follow post in Trains and just keep adding to it. First up a small excavator which I may well end up putting on a transport carriage of a train and second an old tractor somewhat discoloured in a mock up of a junky situation that will end up in the layout.
  6. @6129c04 Greetings Romania, welcome aboard. Whats your favorite lego theme?
  7. nice work, glad you got the issue solved.
  8. What a great build this is, thanks for sharing.
  9. nice little model, I hope you get to make it in bricks and get it around a track.
  10. This is very nice...thanks for sharing.
  11. Probably should have posted these earlier...
  12. @Feuer Zug Thanks buddy
  13. I think I'll have to revisit this one...
  14. AWWWESOMMMEW!!!
  15. Excellent work here and glad to hear you are enjoying yourself. RR was probably in my darker times but I still remember keeping abreast of TLGs new design directions and this theme stood out.
  16. I remember fondly this theme, it really got my building excited and opened up many possibilities. Space underwater...
  17. It harkens back to the early scale TLG took and gives room for scale difference with things like trucks and earth movers for example...Oi Oi, Oi. OOF! like the tile suggests...
  18. What a good read, For my pennys worth I think they did something very sneaky with the red brown space goer when it was released. Personally what I saw concept wise was not brown at all but that it is an aged 'RED' spacesuit ,so discoloured and the baby it carries reflects that AND that they are female suggesting that there were always females in lego space. Quite tricky...
  19. This is the scale I like to work with for general vehicles for my lego scenario, My Subaru Brumby is a similar 4.5 studs shall we say. Popping the wheels out a bit helps a lot. And since you managed a towbar in there how about a trailer for this baby.
  20. Wonderful work, love the safety net feature.
  21. Lovely piece of work
  22. Grats on the front page and a worthy build indeed. This has everything Star Warsy going for it so I guess the designers got it right and your rendition is perfect. I can feel its heft from the pics alone.
