  1. I just took the liberty to promote it a bit on my blog, let`s see if we get some more on board "Andromeda's Gates, the new build-driven rpg on Eurobricks, special. If you`re intrested in joining, the link is in the blogpost. http://tomsche69.blogspot.be/2015/06/inspirational-lego-22-andromedas-gates.html"
  2. That is one mighty beacon, great work

  4. That`s a very nice hauler, love the magnet use!
  5. Nice build, I really believe your `experment` turned out very well
  6. Very nice vignette
  7. An Ice planet near our homeworld, and my sigfig being based on the Ice Planet 2002 theme, it is in a way no wonder I wanted to be the first to set foot on the icy rock. *** Start Log *** Junali 9th, AD 3815 Survey Probe ICE-001 mission report Thesseus B. Von Geekington All things are going as scheduled. Drawing on our experience as an iceminer, the survey probe ICE-001 has succesfully been delivered to our yet unexplored neighbour of Marden, located on the grid at C10. Initial scans showed a big iced over planet, so we send the orbital lander Mitgard to set down on the planet and deploy the probes to have a look around before we are moving in and start extracting the grounds riches for our purposes. Being the true pioneers to this world, we can already report that no alien life is showing up on the initial surveys, and that the temperatures are so cold that the water is actually crystallised. ICE-001 has deployed it`s plasma saw to take samples of this phenomena, and will continue to look where the biomass readings are originating from. *** End Log *** Well, I`m apparently indeed the very first soul to have taken an intrest in this ball of ice neighbouring our homeplanet of Orinshi, and my GoH icy experience might help a bit in building for this planet. The goal, to become the Emperor of Marden of course ;-)

  13. *** Start Log *** Junali 4th, AD 3815 Thesseus B. Von Geekington, freighter captain of the Aian Sai reporting. Today, my trusty freighter of the `Liberty Rhino` class finally came out of drydock. Having signed up for the Kawashita Corporation, my first mission is to travel to the planet Greater Direstan, located at grid B08 on the NavSat system. My job there seems to be one of logistical support, doing what I do best. That being, hauling the minerals the corporation can dig up from the soils of this large dispository of a mineral called Awesomnium. So far, the journey has been tranquil, and I`ll be touching down any moment now. *** End Log *** Well, the build itself is a bit of a novelty for myself, as I never build spaceships in Microscale before. Quite a fun experience. I based the freighter Aian Sai (meaning `Iron Rhino` in Japanese) on a spaceship I spend a LOT of time with years ago... the Liberty Rhino Freighter from the Freelancer videogame. Hope you like it! (And I hope I did this right for posting)
  14. To be honest, I had to cheat with the base. The old knees are giving up and I've spend more time then I wanted in hospitals and scanners the past months, that this is actually the base I was preparing for my Weathertop display 'pre dress up'
  15. The village of Merak answers your call!
  16. Varton sat in his small wooden shack, gazing at the horizon. He had heard stories of a big civil war far down in the south, where a certain Desert King was taking over the rule of Kaliphlim, but that was not of any concern to the North these days. The Algus had been assaulting his homelands for months now, and only recently did they learn the name of the foe... Then, his mouth fell open... He gazed into the distance. It was true, it is true, it will come to pass. He jumped up, grabbed his oily torch and ran onto the top of the hill. Uridius Keep! The Beacon of Uridius Keep is lit! The North awakens! He lighted up his own torch and set the Beacon of Merak ablaze. Flames roared upwards in the big bonfire, and the word would continue to travel!
  17. Yes yes, the eye and the autopilot are aiming in the direction of the planet Marden... ... after I get my hunk-o-junk out of drydock that is
