  3. 7893 - Passenger plane (City / Airport) Download MPD (OMR compliant) Known errors: Missing stickers Done with LDCad 1.6alpha4.
  4. 3326 is the desing number of middle part of universal joint. I guess that it is actually included in http://www.bricklink.com/v2/catalog/catalogitem.page?P=62520c01&idColor=86#T=C&C=86 (3 of them in 42025)
  5. ...use Ctrl+right mouse drag to select area...
  6. Could you please post it on LDraw forum too so that it can be added to OMR?
  7. 42055 - Bucket Wheel Excavator (Technic 2016) Download MPD (OMR compliant) Known errors: Missing stickers. 42054 - Claas Xerion 5000 Trac VC (Technic 2016) Download MPD (OMR compliant) Known errors: Missing stickers. Done with LDCad 1.6 alpha 4
  8. Maybe you'll find answers to your problems here? Seems related...
  9. No, I tried this thing years ago and don't like it at all (don't like laptop pads either!)
  10. OK, now I know the theoretical difference, and I even finally managed to SEE some usage difference. But I really don't FEEL it, both modes work just the same for me (except for the angle limitation in spin mode that I don't like - probably because I mostly create Technic models where you often must work from below). Must be some neural cabling of hand/eye coordination, trained by countless hours of LDView usage
  11. Someday I'll understand why people make such a difference between these two modes... I have the feeling they work exactly the same except that spin mode has an annoying angle limitation that prevents to work conveniently below the model!
  12. Ahem.... 62501c01.dat is in official library!
  13. Mmhhh... interesting idea, but I don't think it would work, at least not as represented. Assembling 3 bricks needs to assemble in 3 different directions, and the studs would block on the tubes.
  14. 42056 - Porsche 911 GT3 RS - Technic Download MPD (OMR compliant) Known errors: Missing stickers. Patterned parts replaced by plain parts (except for wheel arches) Done with LDCad 1.6 alpha x (edit) MPD updated: Corrected unrealistic gear shift paddle position (thanks Blakbird!), and fixed two wrong flex axles on rear.
  15. 18575 was recently added on LDraw parts tracker http://www.ldraw.org/cgi-bin/ptdetail.cgi?s=18575
  16. Sylvain, are you aware of Mattia Zamboni work http://forums.ldraw.org/thread-17387-post-17387.html#pid17387 ?
  17. Maybe you should try LDCad, it's MUCH easier to use than Lsynth for flex part generation !
  18. Done: http://forums.ldraw.org/thread-21596-post-22353.html#pid22353
  19. I faintly remember using this method a while ago. But it is rather hard to debug... Parts using direct color 0x7ffffff have no visible surface but lines are still visible so you have to use something that has no edge line. Using a disc primitive works fine (tested in LDView) eg. 1 0x7ffffff -1000 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 1 4-4disc.dat
  20. 45300 - WeDo 2.0 - Milo with Tilt Sensor Download MPD (OMR compliant) Known errors: Ball sockets use 62712 instead of 92013 Done with LDCad 1.5.
  21. Yes! Is it necessary to close the top of tube?
  22. Well... I participated in an "alien" ball contraption last week, using VEX IQ parts ( ). Just hope mentioning this is not against forum rules ;)
  23. Design was somewhat constrained by the use of a single NXT kit ;) Not sure either that the friction pin in hole as a clutch would hold over a long time period... Akiyuki's model is really neat (as always!)
