Is your member number a set number?

Ha - I always wanted to reply to this brilliant thread, but somehow I lost track of the topic.

Anyway, here we go:

1094-1.jpg

Johnny Thunder :sweet:

A classical impulse set from 1999. Quasi the father of Indiana Jones (lego-wise).

I like that this particular set was a limited release. Makes me rare (if MISB ).

#3633 Motorboat with Walter Walrus (from 1986 (a year before I was born), part of the Lego Fabuland collection)

(I can see the resemblance to Sinner's sig fig, can you see it?)

Thanks for reviving this thread. I would never have known about one if you didn't. :classic:

Unfortunately, my member number is the set number for some small service pack of arches ("Assorted Arches") that was released in 1989. :hmpf_bad:

But the cool thing about my member number is that it's the number of pieces in 10179 Ultimate Collector's Series Millenium Falcon! That's right, the UCS Falcon has 5195 pieces, making it the second largest set LEGO ever produced (first being 10189 Taj Mahal)! :classic: :classic: :classic:

EDIT: Whoops, I thought my member number was 5195...

So, it looks like my member number is the set number for a different service pack. 5159 Straight Runways to be specific.

5159-1.jpg

It looks like Gizmodo messed up the number of pieces that the UCS MF has... that was why I thought that my member number was the number of pieces in the UCS MF.

Hmm... lets see... set #5774..... seems to be....

LEGO ISLAND II for the PC.... HA.. How many of you can say that youre electronic instead of mere plastic?

On a darker note, I'm probably only worth 2.99 in the bargain bin, while you lot just get riper with age.
