How Many Minifigs do you own?

Last time I counted, 272. Plus a lot of pieces. I do need to get some more hairs & hats. My girlfriend has probably 50 or so.

    [Prop] PocketRay Raygun

The original plan with the grille tiles were for ventilation of the "energy clip". I did try using a few pieces to create a weapon sight but opted for the megaphone targeting device. That is also a peeve of mine with some sci-fi I've seen (and bottomless pits being the top peeve of mine). I'm sure this could be built with white, but I lack some of the pieces needed to make it white. :( Thanks for the response guys. :)

Spectre 501 (long range recon shuttle)

... WOW... Beautiful MOC... Looks like soooooo much fun, I'd love to see this as a set!

[MOC] Light Armored Squid Attack Fighter

Awesome with the organic appearance. I might have to borrow a few ideas. :)

    [Prop] PocketRay Raygun

Shown below is the latest in compact ray-gun technology, the "PocketRay". This handy little gun can stun targets or be used to permanently subdue perps and can fit into any small space a normal taser can fit. The replaceable rear power cell provides enough power for 16 lethal shots or 45 stun shots. Buy yours today for the low price of 6,500 credits! Disclaimer. Not really for sale... This was just built purely for "fun". Actually, it was going to be a vehicle mounted weapon then I got the idea it would be a cool little ray gun. Enjoy.
  6. Here is the "Defender" mini-mech called the "DefMech". It is a small, lightweight single person mech for various missions. Standing a mere 16 studs high, it is highly compact and is also capable of flight using the thrusters in its feet. Despite its small size it is a highly capable mech for fast hit and run tactics, or light recon. Though it can fly a short range, it is small enough to be placed into an aircraft cargo hold and air dropped near the front lines. Shown below in "Defender Red", with its designer and creator Frank "Defender" Butler. Frank "Defender" Butler with mech Flight Mode - Front view Flight Mode - Rear view Thanks for viewing.

    Lego and "Depression"

I'm the same way... Whenever things just turn to crap, and/or I get extremely stressed out I dump out my Lego bin and start building. I turn into a kid again and get lost in my own Lego world. Even if just for a few hours, it helps me immensely to keep my mind off the events that has occurred or about to occur so when I'm done messing with Lego my mind is clear and relaxed. Lego is a huge stress reducer.

    Classic vs. New Lego airplanes

Wow, now those are some serious planes. Impressive in scale and actual size.

    Classic vs. New Lego airplanes

I only have build the old classic 80s, & 90s planes. The new ones look cool but I have zero experience with them or their parts. Completely missed them in my dark age. Right now I do have 5 large and one small brick-built aircraft and they do take up a lot of space and I have almost nowhere to put them which in my opinion makes them useless for any kind of layout. I would need a ton of bricks to build a suitable sized airport.

    [MOC] Ford E-450 US ambulance

Indeed, probably the best Lego ambulance I've seen. Love all the little details, especially the interior.

    Enhanced Cargo Crane (Set 60052)

Thanks Most definitely need to redo the hook. Its play value is zero and aggravation value is 100%. When moving cargo, I didn't want to have to touch it when I was a kid and it still holds true as an AFOL. Before I repack the depot, I'll redo the hook like yours while I have my technic parts out. ;)
  12. Skip the following 2 paragraphs if you want the relevant build post. Despite all the other SNOT technique built models here on eurobricks, my constructs are primitive compared to everything else I've seen here thus my reluctance to post this plane here. I've only 'recently' (almost a year ago) came out of a mini-dark age that was preceded by a 13 year or so dark age. Me and my girlfriend have definitely enjoyed the few modulars we have assembled. The Mobile Crane was my first big set since my long time 'dark age'. Then I got the Arocs, then 2 days later got the Volvo 350. As much as I love Technic, I still enjoy the playability and 'simplicity' of Town. Despite being 35, I still do the sound effects for cars, boats, planes, spacecraft, etc... :P Previously, I knew exactly what parts I've had in my Lego bin so I knew what I could build - even when I returned from my long time dark age. Me and some friends built a moderate sized collection of simple vehicles and nearly exhausted all my available Lego parts (I built an atmospheric capable spacecraft). Then I entered into another year and a half long dark age. It ended when I bought a Lego lot off ebay, not long after that, I acquired another person's Lego collection. Now I have no idea what parts I have. I ended up building a 2nd plane (cargo plane with loading ramp). After moving I went through my pieces again and, I decided to build a '737' styled passenger plane using the Octan colors, I had a a lot of white bricks. It went through a 'rough build' and was modified several times to achieve the look it has now. It originally only had open spaces for windows, and a lame looking cockpit windscreen which prompted my first ever bricklink build. Ordered all of someone's aircraft window collection and a lot of other windscreens from the same person. The rear needs a little work, but I'm lacking the needed slopes to make it how I want it to look. This is my 2nd largest aircraft (out of 6) and possibly me and my girlfriend's favorite MOC. Maybe some point I'll post the others. The design is highly inspired off a 737 passenger plane. Actual: • Total capacity of 33 minfigs. • 3 passenger capacity • Pilot and a co-pilot. • Small head at rear of plane. • 8 stud width. • 85 stud long. • 72 stud wingspan. • 24 stud height. Fictional ('Legoverse' Specs): • Owner: Octan Airlines, Regional Carrier • 2 medium bypass turbofans. 25,800 hp each • 560 mph top speed (440 max cruise) • 3,400 mile range Octan 737"Gallery" http://mgcjerry.net/forum_images/Lego/?dir=Octan-737

[MOC] Small industrial area 70s era

Definitely loving this industrial area. My favorite detail is the deteriorating tracks, it really adds a great touch!

    MOC: Skip Truck

Nice truck, I like it a lot. Might end up building one of these if I have the parts available. :)

Lego town hospital upgrade to match Modulars

Oh man seeing that original fire station brought back memories... Definitely liking the updated take on the buildings. Did you have to sacrifice the old buildings or are they still together?
