  1. About that....I hope you still have those trading cards for me to get signed, Cap
  2. I like the idea very much - it feels like it shares the traits of the Gyrosphere Centre with the kind of wooden yet modern design aesthetic it goes for, so as a Jurassic World piece, this definitely fits right in! I'm interested - what did you opt to put in what was originally the Jail Cell area? I'd probably put in a briefing room or an ACU Armoury, but that's just me as I loved the ACU in the film
  3. Can we throw in a Coulson for the sake of it being Coulson?
  4. So has anybody else seen some speculation about a supposed D2C Avengers Headquarters? I think it was proven to be a fake rumour in the end, but that could actually be quite a cool set, and an opportunity for a few New and Re-Done characters. I'd buy it!
  5. Wow, cheers for all the support with that idea guys! I have a few more based on the new game: Deathlok Destruction (Credit to Quicksilver838 for inspiring this one) "Deathlok is causing chaos down-town and is wrecking havock on the streets! Quick, send Agents Coulson and Daisy to save the day before it is too late!" 1x Highly Authentic Lola Car model with flick-fire side mounted missiles and rotatable wheels to convert into flying mode! 1x Destructible street piece with flying rubble. 1x Agent Coulson Minifigure with buildable destroyer canon, 1x Daisy, 1x Deathlok with Stud-Shooter Mandarin's Maniacal Hideout "Mandarin has captured S.H.I.E.L.D Agent Sitwell in his jail cell, and he has threatened to expose S.H.I.E.L.D's operations unless his demands are met. Can Hawkeye, Daredevil and Iron Man (Mk 40) fight their way past Crossbones and the evil henchman to get to Sitwell before the operation is compromised?" 1x Mandarin Hideout set with flickfire missile defence turret, a breakable wall, and a jail-cell for Agent Sitwell. Interior has a big computer with the ten-rings logo on it as well as some other small details. 1x S.H.I.E.L.D Car (Think from the Avengers game) with exploding feature to send the front portion flying out. 1x Hawkeye's Skycycle 1x Comic Book Hawkeye with Bow, 1x Daredevil with Fighting Sticks, 1x Iron Man Mk 40, 1x Agent Sitwell, 1x Mandarin with Blaster, 1x Crossbones with Blaster, 1x Henchman with Blaster
  6. Iron Monger Ambush "S.H.I.E.L.D are transporting some classified Alien weaponry when they are ambushed by the Iron Monger! Using his advanced technology, he uses his suit to ambush the S.H.I.E.L.D truck. Can Tony Stark don the Mark 5 armour and stop the robbery before it's too late?" Set Includes: 1x Highly-Detailed S.H.I.E.L.D Supply truck with opening doors, rotating wheels and opening crate with removable alien weaponry! 1x Iron Monger big-fig, 1x Iron Man Mark 5 and 1x S.H.I.E.L.D Agent with Blaster £19.99
  7. I swear to god your ideas always get my love dude Battlepacks would be such a cool idea and they would be able to create a lot of different variations within the same pack - i.e. a comic book S.H.I.E.L.D Agent, a male MCU S.H.I.E.L.D Agent and a female MCU S.H.I.E.L.D Agent.
  8. I feel like the new LEGO Marvel: Avengers video game really sets the bar for what I personally enjoy seeing from my Comic Book sets - things which are tailored around the Comic Universe but would be able to function well in an MCU display. Take, for example, our recent Avenjet - it can easily be used in a facility as a prototype that Stark was working on. As such, there are a few vehicles in the new Avengers game which I feel would make great sets: S.H.I.E.L.D Cargo Truck - this is like an updated build of the Indiana Jones Cargo truck seen in the chase set, and a S.H.I.E.L.D stylized cargo truck would be insanely cool, especially if it contained the MCU styled S.H.I.E.L.D Agent now we have the Comic Book variant. Make it a simple £20 set and include the truck as the main build, with a bad guy attempting to rob a weapon or something from the back, and a superhero coming in to save the day. Lola - Coulson is my favourite character, we have a design for his minifig and now a design for his car - need I say more? Avengers VTOL - This was a cool design in the game and something un-expected but definitely something similar to the Avenjet where I feel as though it could fit in as one of Stark's experimental builds. Just something I personally would enjoy having as a Comic transport vehicle. S.H.I.E.L.D Car - Dark blue is a nice colour, okay? ;p Then perhaps HYDRA AND A.I.M agency vehicles too. As a predominantly MCU fan, I personally love sets that bring us agency troops and vehicles so we can amass a greater variety of forces. :)
  9. Fantastic build - I love it :)
  10. I love the Octan Station too - petrol stations are always a fun feature in action dioramas as they add a real 'explosive' element, so I'm excited to purchase it for my city. The new LEGO Wheelchair is really cool - I love the moulding. The whole park set is great for minifigs. Airport wise - Private Jet in white and black with that Limo is a must - can come in handy for some LEGO Secret Service Operations. That hangar is also really tempting from the stunt-show set as the design they used to build that shape is fantastic.
  11. I am really rather excited for the Bridge set now we've seen pictures - I'll buy one at retail and pick up a second loose to combine them! It looks packed with play features and details, and it is awesome of LEGO to diversify with a bridge rather than just tons of buildings or vehicles. I love it
  12. Fantastic build - very detailed and accurate to your source material
  13. I am not a massive animated Spidey fan but if the Bridge build looks good and detailed as we have heard, I will probably end up picking it up
  14. Pretty excited for the Dr Strange set - I pick up all of the MCU themed sets where possible. :) I am not a big fan of the Spiderman Series but I have the odd sets - the DBC and Doc-Ock Truck Heist, so if these sets look good then I may buy them. I hope the bridge is a full bridge and not just a section of a bridge.
  15. That isn't as bad then although it still strikes me as quite expensive, depending on the scale of the Market. Thank you for clearing that up for me :)
  16. £49.99 for the Luggerbeast????? Either that set has some other features to it or it is seriously oversized and overpriced!
  17. Man am I excited for the Airport theme! This is my first year focussing purely on LEGO (As before I collected MB Game licenses too) so I have a little more money for City sets as well as my usual Marvel/Star Wars stuff. :) The Airport theme appeals to me for the Limo in one set (As I missed out on the Limo/Helicopter set), and just generally the larger planes as I feel as though they will accompany the upcoming Marvel Airport set nicely. :)
  18. I am really excited for this X-Wing. I've still got to purchase Poe's Special Forces one, but I feel like this is equally as iconic, so definitely deserves a spot in TLG's lineup. I feel like the scene could be better, but that's more down to me as I'd rather army-build FO Stormies than the Flametroopers. I really liked the fact that we are getting Jacket Poe, and am excited to purchase this set. :)
  19. Is S.H.I.E.L.D still in play in the latest Spiderman Series going into Web Warriors guys? If so, I'd say Coulson's a possibility for the Bridge showdown potentially. A fan-favorite and fairly high-demanded character could only help that set sell. I for one hope the bridge design is decent - that alone may sway me to buy it, as I now have space to begin building a Marvel-themed City.
  20. I personally am quite excited for the two larger Rebels sets. I feel like the A-Wing/TIE Advanced set has potential to be something cool - think the Home One set but with two Vehicles. LEGO could easily include a small hanger, and a command bridge for Commander Sato. In terms of bad guys, give us one of the Inquisitors, Vader, and a Stormtrooper, then for Rebels, Ahsoka, Sabine, Sato and potentially a Rebel Trooper or two. I feel as though Rex's AT-TE will include the other Inquisitor as the enemy for the set, alongisde a Stormy or some variants of one. I look forward to the minifigures in this set, and I am exited to see the build, as I feel that this is one of the more unique familiar pieces to pop up in the Rebels TV Series. Here's hoping it doesn't disappoint. Still hoping that Turbo Tank includes Cody and not Kashyyyk troopers!
  21. So I picked up the Resistance and First Order Battlepacks today, and I am pretty damn happy! In terms of the Resistance Pack - the new helmet mould is beautiful, and it looks great with the chin-piece removed too, meaning it definitely has the potential for future Sci-Fi and Star Wars applications. The speeder is small but is a nice build, and the figures here are great - you only need a couple of packs to have a decent Resistance team set up. I definitely plan to buy a second pack. The First Order pack is a mixed bag. I personally enjoy the figure mix as I have none of the TFA sets bar the Falcon yet, but I do agree that two troopers would've been a much better decision on LEGO's behalf. The turret is weak but the parts are pretty nice. Happy with this pack too - gonna wait for sales and get 3-5 more.
  22. I have to admit, the new images do make me more reluctant than anything. They could've chosen a better hairpiece for Cap, and many of the figures would've benefited from additional printing. I am a bit more disappointed than I was at now, sadly.
  23. Star Wars Phase II Clone Trooper Battlepack 1x Realistically-Styled Phase II Clone Shock Trooper (Think the CW one from the Police Gunship but with more accurate movie detailing) 1x Realistically-Styled Phase II Clone 501st Trooper (Think the CW one we saw but with a Darker Blue and more accurate movie detailing) 2x Realistically-Styled Phase II Clone Troopers (Repackage from the one with the Turbo Tank Microfighter) 1x BARC Speeder Build in 501st Colourscheme, or a small base-type piece like with the Trooper/Droideka pack
