  1. Thank you for hosting this again this year, Mike! Been busy lately but going to take the time out to make an LDD entry soon. This raffle is great. I remember my first year on the forums, I entered and won some LOTR figures, and was able to give them to my mother and share my enjoyment of LEGO with her. Thank you for your continual generosity and kindness.
  2. The new Phantom looks phenomenal. I love the design and the figure selection is solid, although I'd rather a S3 Ezra than another Chopper. Excited!
  3. Y-Wing - Love it! The build looks great - lots of nice greebling used to effect to add a lot of texture to the rear section of it. Minifigure selection here is relatively strong too, which is good. Battle on Scarif - Love the minifigures - getting Casian in his more recognisable outfit from the trailers is great, and I like getting two standard Shoretroopers here. Jyn is cool in her disguise, and I like the use of a hairpiece here. That said - the build is very bleh. There are some attempts at detail, but ultimately the structure looks very bland. Imperial Battlepack - Not a fan of the Walker, but the minifigures are good. Rebel Battlepack - Love both builds and the minifigure selection is solid. Definite buy. Microfighters - Never been a fan of these, but might pick some up for the minifigures as per usual. Am I the only one interested in the U-Wing pilot having a unique helmet? Almost as if LEGO included the wrong one deliberately in the main set so people had to buy it... Overall some strong additions to the first wave of Rogue One sets! A location for all the sets is nice, and the Rebel battlepack shines here.
  4. Exactly my concern. Ghost Rider doesn't have to come in the set, so that doesn't matter as much in my opinion, but what does matter is the fact that Coulson, one of the individual elements and also Lola, are both being included in an upcoming set. That suggests to me that LEGO would play it off as AOS being covered by that set.
  5. I really want the Agents of SHIELD set to pass but sadly I have my doubts about LEGO accepting it :(
  6. Agreed with the Army Building. I'd love the following: SHIELD 'Cape Killer' Pack with Sam Wilson Falcon HYDRA Pack with Golden Age Captain America AIM Pack with a variant of Iron Man Etc.
  7. I know it's unlikely considering we got a set rather recently with Ghost Rider, but I'd love this Agents of SHIELD inspired set: Ghost Rider Hive Showdown 1x Ghost Rider (Robbie Reyes) minifigure with flame chain and alternate Robbie Reyes minifigure head/hair. 1x Quake minifigure 1x Hive Minifigure (Special piece used for the face) with some kind of accesory to replicate his abilities. 1x Muscle Car with exposed engine from hood, opening doors, removable roof and flame details, as well as 'Exploding function' where the hood comes off to reveal more flames. 1x Brick Wall with 'Exploding' function 'Hive is on the streets of Los Angeles! Join Ghost Rider and Quake and use the flaming charger to head Hive off before he can cause trouble!' S.H.I.E.L.D Tactical Unit 1x Baron Zemo with Sword and Blaster. 3x SHIELD Agents in Black and White Jumpsuits (Same style as existing minifigure, but with Black jumpsuits instead of blue) with 2 in Helmets and 1 with a hairpiece. All with blasters. 1x HYDRA Motorbike (For Baron Zemo), 1x SHIELD Turret
  8. Got a link for the Wish List, bud? I only posted them here as I couldn't find it :)
  9. I.E. Classic Captain America Vs 3x HYDRA Agents Baron Zemo Vs 3x SHIELD Agents Daredevil Vs 3x SHIELD Registration Drones Iron Man Vs 3x AIM Agents Each with a small gimmicky vehicle or environment.
  10. Reading a lot of the Comics recently (The Death of Captain America, Civil War, The Winter Soldier: Complete Dossier and Captain America: Read Menace), I really hope that battlepacks are something which we might see on the horizon for Marvel. There are loads of different Comic-Book packs they could do - S.H.I.E.L.D Agents, S.H.I.E.L.D Registration Enforcers, A.I.M Agents, MODOC Drones, HYDRA Agents, and so much more. Plus then you have all the MCU properties too. I just think they'd be a fantastic addition to the Marvel lineup.
  11. Great job - looks fantastic! I still say it's a shame we never saw any Jurassic Park themed sets. With Mattel now having the master license, it may be even less likely sadly.
  12. Thanks for giving us lots of info as always, amazingbricks! I am very excited for this set. I don't suppose there's any chance you could get a look at Coulson from your source? I am hoping he'll be identical to the Avengers game model, as then that will give us a pretty accurate figure in terms of current timeline as he has started wearing a suit again in Agents of SHIELD now. This set will be a day one purchase for sure - and Iron Man just sweetens the deal!
  13. I am literally in love with Arkham. I am a fan of both DC and Marvel but due to money I only ever collect Marvel, but Arkham is a set I will be picking up for sure! Most of the villains you could want, Batman, Robin, and some other cool figures too? I love the fact we finally see a Police Cruiser that uses a Red/Blue colour bar as opposed to just Blue - I've been hoping that next years Police theme will be Red/Blue light bars to add variety. I also love that both officers have an emblem of some sort printed on their left shoulders - an extra detail that again, I hope we see in the Police theme, even though we most likely won't. The build itself is a thing of beauty. I love the plethora of detail inside - it feels like a working, lived-in Prison, clearly drawing inspiration from the Prison Island series of sets which is something I love. Definitely different from the most recent Arkham set, but different in a good way. Each section has character and flair and I love that. I cannot wait for this set to hit shelves!
  14. Lola isn't bad to be fair. I reckon that with a few mods she'll be fantastic :)
  15. Thanks for letting me know - that looks awesome
  16. I'm really hopeful that LEGO will start pulling more of the designs from the games, particularly when it comes to vehicles, as there are some incredible designs in them! (Here: http://uk.ign.com/wikis/lego-marvel-avengers/Vehicles) Take, for example, Hawkeye's Skycycle - a small vehicle which could easily be included in a £20 set which followed a similar format to the Ghost Rider set, with the Skycycle taking the glider's place. Or, take for example, the S.H.I.E.L.D vehicles which could be subtly included in sets - like the Helicopter which could be attacking a villain, or the truck which could be carrying a item like the Tesseract when a villain attacks and a hero has to save it. There are a lot of cool existing Marvel LEGO Designs - we just need to see them make their way into physical sets.
  17. I'm excited to see what these new sets have in store for us!
  18. UK Prices 75152 - Hovertank - £29.99 75153 - AT-ST - £39.99 75154 - TIE -£59.99 75155 - U Wing - £69.99 75156 - Krennic's Shuttle - £79.99 With buildable figures at £19.99 Krennic's Shuttle for £79.99? What a steal!!!! Thanks to Fire117 for letting us know Smyths Ireland had the pricing - that let me find the products on Smyths UK. :)
  19. Got the Imperial Shuttle Tydirium today and love it! The build is awesome and the minifigs are ace
  20. To be honest - do you guys think more Marvel D2Cs are likely? Like I felt we should've got a Helicarrier for years and when we did it was fantastic - but I feel like the Helicarrier worked so well because it has appeared in multiple films as opposed to a single one, you know? I feel like a Stark Mansion set (As much as I would snap it up instantly) is far too abstract to be done now as Iron Man 3 was 3 years ago. Avengers Tower I could see - but again, is it perhaps too late to do it well? I hope we see new D2Cs but I feel like the release windows will determine what we get. Hell - I'm still hopeful for the Upstate New York Avengers facility!
