  1. I love all of the sets and will most likely pick them all up! Thank you once again Sci for coming to the rescue. Love you dude!
  2. So I am planning on ordering another S.H.I.E.L.D Quinjet from Bricklink without the figures and I am wondering - what is the likelihood of the set being complete as stated? I've never used the service and don't know how it works compared to Ebay.
  3. That looks fantastic! Ack - I would've done that too if I'd know, but I thought people wanted to see the new hair. My bad.
  4. Sorry for the phone-quality, but I remembered that Kraven uses the hairpiece everyone wanted to see on Strange, so here you go.
  5. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/gubi/lola/legomarvelavengers_dx11_2016-03-01_16-43-21-25.bmp Gonna guess that's a no then Sci? Ah well - if the design is the focus of the set, I am sure it will be great. LEGO know this car means a lot to fans of the show - I doubt they'd mess it up!
  6. In regards to the member asking for the image of Doctor Strange with the Superman hair - I'd love to be able to fulfil your request but unfortunately I don't have the hairpiece in Black! However, the printing on the figure is fantastic and I can see the face working well with that hair.
  7. Well that makes two of us at least! I am excited for this - I am a massive fan of the show. I own six of the Agents LEGO released in the Miles set, have three suited Agents, a bunch of scientists and technical staff as well as a custom-made four man S.T.R.I.K.E unit using Brickarms.
  8. Hmmm, so the set will have a little more to it. Thanks for the info, bud! Do you know how faithful Lola is to the game representation? I know fans have already recreated that particular model in real bricks.
  9. Awesome - thanks Justin! Any idea of what price bracket the set will fit in? Sounds like it could be our £20, similar to the Venom set with Fury and Car
  10. So we know the Coulson minifigure is confirmed, but I'm interested - is the Lola actually confirmed as well? I haven't seen any of our official sources comment on the car as far as I am aware. I am incredibly excited for this. I imagine his appearance will be exactly as seen in the game (My profile picture), but it will still be brilliant to have an official Coulson and a suit with a SHIELD Badge. I hope he includes The Destroyer
  11. Sorry Sir Gareth - only noticed after I posted. Will swap to there now. :)
  12. Thanks Sci! Coulson's my favourite MCU character so it'll be good to finally get him. Is Lola confirmed as well?
  13. Justin....we're....we're getting him at last? You aren't pulling my leg? Do you know if the set will be Agents of SHIELD themed?
  14. Really nice MOC buddy! Could work well as an FBI or CIA vehicle too :)
  15. Picked up the Sanctum set at London Film and Comic Con on Saturday and I have to admit - I love it! The build is very weak until the end when you finish it off - something which can be frustrating as I was building it sat on my bed, but I definitely recommend a table for this one. The attention to detail is nice and the creature from the wall has an incredibly nice three dimensional effect. All of the trinkets and letters and other pieces in the set add some nice flair, and really help to make the set feel much more grounded in the magical realm that the film aims to bring to the MCU. The figures are fantastic and one thing I couldn't see in any of the Promo pictures - Doctor Strange has leg printing! This made me incredibly happy as it was unclear in my mind up until this point. A great and relatively accurate set going by the trailers. I paid £5 above retail - so £35, and still feel it was fully worth it!
  16. Love all the attention to detail, the different tasks the minifigures are carrying out really bring this build to life as a functioning station! Awesome job.
  17. This looks awesome - great review as always! The only thing that throws me off is the lack of leg printing on Kevin - he looks out of place compared to the girls, who are all super-detailed! Definitely considering buying this and the original Ecto-1
  18. So for anyone who doesn't know, I'm a massive SHIELD fan...
  19. Bought the Web Warriors Bridge Battle set for £90 as I wanted to get the Creator Fountain, and figured go big or go home and man I need to buy a second set to connect the two! This set is honestly awesome. The structural design and the amount of features packed in is insane! Everything from exploding features, to Kraven's hidden layer and a nice nod to Peter Parker in the form of a hidden camera! So much awesome attention to detail, and so many cool references in the stickers. The set itself is beautiful, creating a proud piece of LEGO architecture which wouldn't look out of place in a more sophisticated line. I loved the build experience and all the little surprises here and there, and considering I am not a fan of the show, I cannot praise this set enough! Kudos to LEGO - Marvel set design this year has been phenomenal in every way!
  20. I really like this set! It has a nice aesthetic feel to it and looks pretty cool with all the various trinkets, books, letters and pieces on the shelves and on the floor. The minifigures look good for the most part - not really a fan of Strange as I don't feel like he looks as close to Benedict Cumberbatch as he could, but that said, being a Comic Version I can let it off. Should be a very cool set.
  21. Sorry for the late reply - log in details weren't to hand at College! But yep, it retails for £89.99
  22. All three new sets are available at Smyths in the UK for the UK fans here! Bridge battle looks epic! My Smyths had all the LEGO Summer stuff so I was eyeing up the Passenger Terminal to go with the Airport set!
