May hear some initial leaks from London.

We won't see Summer sets for a while yet - just Winter sets so far I believe. Summer sets usually get revealed around Nuremberg toyfair I think.

Aye I agree mate. Something more detailed would be nice, but I want to fit it in my city. This was on IG - will get on it my friend. -

Always love your stuff my friend. Sent you a DM on my personal a while back - not sure if you had the chance to see it! Does anyone think the Sanctum Sanctorum could be done in the Avengers Tower style? That would be a really nice way to release an iconic Marvel building which can be included in city displays. -
Really like it. A nice assortment of coloured pieces used here to make areas pop out. Feels very festive.

Marvel Superheroes 2017 - Set Discussion

The figures for BP look a little too on the lower-end detail wise for my tastes. I'm hoping this means we have better stuff in the works for Infinity War - IW really should be the definitive character releases, afterall.- 5,808 replies

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
Tom Jurassic replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
I think it's nice to transition from classic faces to city faces. Whilst the classic faces were nice, they definitely stood out when compared to city figures in a setup. I really like this - can work in a modern city nicely. -
EB Xmas Raffle 2017 - Your ideal Christmas tree entry thread
Tom Jurassic replied to CopMike's topic in LEGO Town
Thanks for the headsup. Not much competition, but here is my entry: A red and white tree would be so ideal for me. The contrasting colours would be so appealing for me personally. -

Thank you for running another competition Mike - really enjoyed last year! I always loved the concept of White Trees, so here we go: https://www.flickr.com/photos/147972040@N04/26474565429/in/dateposted/ (Let me know if the link isn't acceptable) -
Ack. I am interested in the Police uniform this time around - airs kinda on the casual side.
-
What kind of structure do we think the Police Station will be? I think we may be getting it on a Mountain/part of a Mountain.
-
No qualms about the AFOL nature - sorry if it came across that way I am interested to see if we get more Hospital stuff in the future - we've had a Helicopter and a Plane now, and LEGO know we want it!
-
It's not AFOListic - it's a statement that I think most people would agree with. When I was a kid, I would've hated having Police Vehicles with Net Launchers as they don't make sense. A child who loves Cops and Robbers is likely to feel the same - they will want fast vehicles to chase the crooks and then handcuff them. I have nothing against play features - I always sit and play with sets I build to test them out, but it just feels like it is crossing too much of an extreme.
-
WHY DO ALL THE POLICE SETS SEEM TO HAVE NET LAUNCHERS. I understand playability, but it seems like LEGO are just adding too much playability.

Agreed! If pricing is same for less compared to the JW sets, I will be angry.- 1,290 replies

Indeed, but with some minor differences. I am convinced that one of these dinosaurs described as a Raptor is something else which I will not say to avoid a spoiler.- 1,290 replies

I hope these are inaccurate as I want more than pre-existing moulds. http://jurassicoutpost.com/lego-jurassic-world-fallen-kingdom-set-descriptions-possible-spoilers/- 1,290 replies

Atleast we are getting leg printing this time! I remember my biggest gripe which stopped me buying all the last set of Police stuff for my city was the fact that none of the characters had leg printing - making Chase, for example, look far less interesting than the previous version. Printing on officers with duty belts is a dream.

I have a feeling we may only see one or two new moulds, one of which will be a Hybrid.- 1,290 replies

New Merchandise is pushing Blue, Rexy and the Trike - so I imagine those three will appear. Maybe Rexy will be done in a more-accurate colour.- 1,290 replies

Jurassic World 2018 - Rumors and Discussion
Tom Jurassic replied to Robert8's topic in LEGO Licensed
In terms of the concerns of Raptors, it should be noted that there seems to be ONE Raptor in this film, in addition to a hybrid known as the Indo-Raptor. In terms of animals, I am thinking we will see Blue, Rexy, A Triceratops, possibly the Dilophosaur again, a Pteradon, and that then leaves roof for potentially one or more new moulds - hopefully a Stego or an Apatosaur, as both have been seen on set. I truly feel as if this line has potential for new moulds. JW was an incredibly successful film - and I would imagine LEGO were kicking themselves that they didn't produce more sets. As such, I have some faith we will see some new Dino goodies.- 1,290 replies

Jurassic World 2018 - Rumors and Discussion
Tom Jurassic replied to Robert8's topic in LEGO Licensed
From the sources I have, he was only involved in a brief amount of filming. I know bits and pieces on some of his role in the film which I'd share over PM if you are interested. A figure is possible, but I am not sure how likely. That said, a JP 25th Anniversary Set is possible I feel as it is a franchise which constantly has Ideas projects. The Indominus Paddock and Raptor Pen were really nice structure-based sets, so I am hopeful we will see some structural elements although a lot of large vehicles have been seen on set, one of which I imagine we will see in a set.- 1,290 replies

Tom Jurassic replied to Robert8's topic in LEGO Licensed
For anyone who wants a JP set, there is this really nice project on Ideas: https://ideas.lego.com/projects/143b0c86-2e12-4e6a-a4ea-6e7747e481c8 I hope I am allowed to post this. Jurassic Outpost have already shared it and they are big guys in our Jurassic community, so hopefully if we keep telling LEGO we want it, eventually we will get it!- 1,290 replies

Jurassic World 2018 - Rumors and Discussion
Tom Jurassic replied to Robert8's topic in LEGO Licensed
That's probably the logic with this - why not tie a 'Normal Dinosaur' kind of line into a Triple AAA title which has those qualities in it.- 1,290 replies
