Jurassic World 2018 - Rumors and Discussion
Tom Jurassic replied to Robert8's topic in LEGO Licensed
I personally am hopeful that the Juniors sets get a couple of existing moulds out the way so we can see new dinosaurs in this line. There are rumours that the Apatosaur returns in JW: FK, alongside the brand-new Carnotaurus and Baryonyx which until now have only been part of Jurassic World through the website, so fingers crossed we see something new other than the rumoured hybrid...- 1,290 replies

76060-Doctor Strange's Sanctum Sanctorum-Should I Buy?
Tom Jurassic replied to brickmasterben11's topic in Community
I like the set. It is very rare for us to get a piece which is situated around a location, and the Doctor Strange set includes a lot of nice mini-builds including the bookcases and the table with the candles on. A few nice stickers here too, and the three minifigures included are super-nice with some cool printed elements included within the set. I'd recommend it. I know we will probably get an updated Doctor Strange for Infinity War, but the Ancient One and Mordo are nice minifigures too. -

Where should the next People at the ____ take place?
Tom Jurassic replied to legoman19892's topic in LEGO Town
I'd actually really like a 'Fun At The Museum' set. Could maybe include a big skeleton of something like an Apatosaur, some other exhibits, and then a few unique minifigures. -
As a addition, I went back and grabbed the set with the halftrack and the small £5 jeep. Jeep - great little build with a cool little side build which contributes nicely to the overall theme. Half-Track - Fantastic build for the halftrack with plenty of room on the rear bed of the vehicle, and a really well thought out track mechanic. The little 'supply' jeep included here is nice also, and the little temple structure is cool if incredibly shallow in it's nature - something I will expand upon. The Panther is a wonderful piece and interestingly - comes packed fully assembled with the same articulation as the newest LEGO horses! Mobile Laboratory - By far my favourite set! The Venus Fly Trap is fantastic, and the little waterfall is a nice aesthetic piece which can be easily expanded upon. The truck itself is beautiful, with quite a few details in the laboratory itself, and the ability to carry all the minifigures! Plus it is nice and robustly detailed - making it really feel like a rugged exploration vehicle! As a bonus - all the sets which include the new Machete include a second one too! Lemme know if anyone wants any photos, etc. As a Jurassic Fan, this series is quite close to that and so appears to my inner child untold amounts!

Marvel Superheroes 2017 - Set Discussion
Tom Jurassic replied to Captain Nemo's topic in LEGO Licensed
I think the Battle for Asgard set is great personally - a few nice components, and some pretty sound minifigures overall. But the Arena is plain disappointing. Barely half of the arena, the spectator's area is underwhelmingly detailed, and the minifigures un-interesting and brand. It's a shame as this had potential. I will still pick them up, but I am upset.- 5,808 replies

(GBW- CP1) Filace - Rumble in the Jungle
Tom Jurassic replied to Captain Genaro's topic in The Great Brick War
This is a fantastic build. Great variety in the minifigures, great vehicle, and well-situated checkpoint which actually feels like a tactically sound position. Nice job!- 6 replies

Hey All, Just wanted to share with everyone a wonderful site which I have been shopping with for the past year or so, as they are a must for people looking for different minfigure parts and accesories! These are the guys whom helped me get the equipment to build the SHIELD tactical teams you can see below, so they are definitely worth a visit. Will also be interested to see if anyone else on the forums has used their site, and if so, your experience with them! https://www.firestartoys.com/ Hope you find it useful!

The Eurobricks Reviewers Academy
Tom Jurassic replied to Bonaparte's topic in Forum Information and Help
Hey Guys - I would be interested in joining the academy. I am always buying sets so can the three reviews be created in my spare time? I am unsure I have the instructions for three sets currently but will do upon my next purchases. -

Does Anyone Know If LEGO Still Has The Jurassic World License?
Tom Jurassic replied to Tom Jurassic's topic in LEGO Licensed
Ideally I'd love one big set with something like Ten Minifigures, A JP Jeep, a JP Explorer, and the Big Gates as well as a T-Rex and two Raptors. Unrealistic, I know, but I think it would be a good way to give us everything we could want from the first film in one D2C set. -
