I'm noticing on some newer city sets, on identical parts from the same set, the Lego Logo on the studs is sometimes rotated 90 degrees, No I'm not holding brick a different way to the other one.....

Yes, basically the same size, maybe a tad smaller -
From memory they were both hard tops. The clearance on the top deck of the car transporter is about 6 bricks high

OK, one of the sets had a minifig with a mermaid tail in it (but a regular freinds style upper body and head) if I recall. Can't tell you much more because it was only a quick glance.

Almost identical to set 7639 but with a canoe instead of a surfboard

The trailer is brick built, there is no big mould, it uses lego ladders http://www.bricklink.com/search.asp?colorID=86&itemID=830 mounted horizontal for the car decks. The parts to raise and lower are technic axles with this part on the end http://www.bricklink.com/search.asp?colorID=3&itemID=522 of the axles. The ramps on the back of the car transporter and trailer are two of this part: http://www.bricklink.com/search.asp?colorID=9&itemID=398 yes, upper deck on the transporter and trailer.

yes, only 6 wheels in total on the set, 4 on the truck, 2 on the trailer. I guess the pictures are still the prototype ones, so they might change before the final set is released.

New Technic Part

The best use I've found for 8 of these little ones is in Barman's container crane http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=63729&hl=%2Bcontainer+%2Bcrane until then, I had no idea how best to use them -
It's too early for pictures, I'm sure a retailers catalogue will eventually leak online, but at the moment these confidential ones are the only thing that is likely to leak online over the coming weeks, they will be taken down just as quickly as they go up. Pop to your local independent Lego toy retailer and ask if you can see his 2014 catalogue.

We have Disney pricess sets coming next year, with the minifigs being the same design and size of the friends minifigs.

paul_delahaye replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Licensed
There is some Disney princess products coming next year, they use the same body sizes as the Freinds characters. Could this be what your thinking of? -
Yes, 4, but potential for MOC is 6, 2 on the main truck and 4 on the trailer if it was extended

yes, I think it was brick built, I just used the burps as an indication of height, maybe 15 bricks high total now I think about it. -
The LEGO Movie Sets News and Discussion
paul_delahaye replied to Itaria No Shintaku's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Likely I miscounted, could have been 12 in the catalogue, plus there will always be polybags/promo and limited edition sets which they omit from the general retailers catalogues.- 2,626 replies

Not wanting to start a new thread for this limited piece of information, but the retailers catalogue 1st half, 2014 shows collectable minifigs continuing for series 12 and 13
