    Welcome! Great thing that you find all of your old Lego!

    Lego's Arocs is construction type of truck, it has great ground clearance and long travel suspension. It is not really suited for city garbage truck, or highway long distance hauler.

    There is also important question what version of the big Linear Actuators you are going to use. V1 or V2

    Models look really good, performance wise, they are great too. I just dont like the first two truck. Although they do look very realistic, he imo cheated by making side skirts from paper, That way he achieved perfect realistic lines and perfect angles around mudguards. Also, notice the white non-Lego parts that represents mudguards on Bronco, it seems they are made out of cardboard. And soft top (roof) on Hummer, which seems to be leather. Too bad, and whats the point?

    Maybe you should use some plans to make sure dimensions are ok. Right now, it seems that your cabin is a little bit short. K100 daycab is short, but yours is a bit too much short.

    You must be very proud how this truck turn out! It is really awesome. Crane trucks are my favorite kind of trucks and this - completed - really appeals to me! It seems that you have thought of everything. Two questions: When the video will be done, and how well does the crane works?

    Yes. Or use stronger pump (big pump). Using new pumps and cylinders also help.

    Wow, my 6 year old Moc is in action again! :) Lombardini, sadly, i dont have any pictures of the controller, but it is standard controller with attachment for 2 plane operations. I will find it on net and post it here; Video is again online: Beware, video is 6 years old, long and low res :)

    This truck is not 1:12 scale, it would be more than 25 studs wide in that scale. To determine the scale (For any vehicle) Just look at how wide the truck is - count the studs - to me it looks like it is 17 studs wide, calculated in cm it is 13.6 cm. Then use the real truck width in cm...2.5m - 250cm and divide real truck's width with our model. So...250/13.6 equals 18.38 or roughly 1:18. Scale is 1:18.
