  1. Well: From the rules: Bodywork of an Enforcer needs to be Black & White (optional) as supporting color (grey as supporting color is allowed). Bodywork of a Bandit needs to be Red, Yellow, Green, Blue, ... (any color, or a mix of colors), as long as it's not Black or White (grey as supporting color is allowed). I, too was under impression that you can use a bit of black together with other colors for the bandits. But then i saw this: So it looks like you can use black and white only as a stripes. Thin line on this moc is it used just for the stripes, or those panel can pass as a stripes? But then, where is the limit?
  2. Considering this is somewhat transforming contest, and entries could be manually transformed, 10 or even more photos would indeed be needed. Especially if you want to show few or more steps of the transforming process (apart from the video), and few more photos from different angles of vehicle in normal, and in transformed battle mode. Maybe to limit number of pictures up to12-15. Entry topic may be cluttered, but everyone should try to keep it precise, with as few photos as possible, and to show all the process in them.
  3. This car looks even better than your white one from TC6, lines are flowing wonderfully and the whole car is very mean looking and shaped very organic. However, Jim beat me to it, but it looks like it need more transformation, It may be a great base for further, more radical, modifications. Like from the series, turning it into the flying machine, proper rocket launcher device, or lowering the boat-hull/curved plate and propellers underneath to become a car/jet-boat hybrid. Also it would not hurt adding some paint imperfections, some different colored pieces, just to fit better to the whole wasteland/battle theme. Right now it looks too shiny and too perfect for the theme :)
  4. Panels are not meant to perfectly cover gaps, so with this door combo you achieved near perfect solution. At a price of a thicker door, but it looks gorgeous.
  5. Nice. Compact, too. And it did not brake under stress.
  6. I have to ask again the same question from couple of pages back; Green screen allowed? Not for making fancy effects on the vehicle, just to (attempt) to make proper background.
  7. Size is not the main problem, as I see it, the width is. It looks like too wide for it tire size and for its length, especially the front section. I guess folding mechanism takes up a lot of space.
  8. Do you have other colors at disposal? I know you are lbg guy, though... For the chains, I love them! You could use lego belts, but this gives much tougher and rugger look.
  9. Nice chains. I dont know how long would they work properly so exposed in the dust of the Wasteland, but it sure looks good :) You are keeping red/dbg paintjob? Hope it will have proper modelteam body.
  10. Wow...if he is going to participate, every bit of info concerns him.
  11. Great and unique. Lots of thoughts went into this, I am sure.
  12. He was in a conflict with staff regarding few issues, but this should not be discussed here I will send you a pm with a link.
  13. I am not sure what exactly you want. But if the problem is that you want precise X length of the tracks, and your sprockets are making too long/short base, then, as suggested, use shock absorber. It works great, even for heavy vehicles. Example for front self adjustable sprockets.
  14. How about just PRO's put PRO in the title, non-pros put nothing? But to make sure that everybody doesn't forget to put proper title, i guess A and B is better. What about my greenscreen question from few post back?
  15. Then we will be enemies! :)
  16. Why didn't you use this for TC7. It looks really good. Just hide weapons or something in there...
  17. Front wheels are not powered, right? I cant see is that mini LA or driveshafts,
  18. I have just realized that I have a green screen at disposal. So, can it be used to create wasteland background in the video and photos? I dont know much about it, so results wont be special, but it could give a nice touch.
  19. I would imagine a way around. Enforces are in towns and local trading posts, protecting what is left of the normal-wealthier citizens. Bandits are everywhere else. And mainly they are on hunt. And there is no battle zone. Battle is wherever they meet and recognize as a treat.
  20. Why not both? I would imagine it (ok, some movie influence) as a mostly dry, dirt covered, mainly flat land, with some hills around. Clear sky. Few trading/scrapyard posts and maybe two or three small towns, where Enforcers have their bases, and outside the towns Bandits rules. Roads are not paved, nor are highways. Outside of the town, everyone is on its own. Vehicles are your means of transportation, shelter, your tool and your best friends. Everyone uses what is available, so motorcycles, cars, trucks, planes or choppers (and boats?) are maybe rusty, use old parts, or parts that are unusual for these kind of vehicle. Bandits needs materials and equipment also, so they need to come to the towns and acquire it, so their vehicles has to be "normal" looking and not drawn attention. But there are regular conflicts between Enforcers and Bandits. There is still lots of working technology, so vehicles do get very cool, and everyone has its own ideas how to take advantage over the other side, while in the "battle" mode. Of course, I tried to imagine the wasteland that would fit to the Jim's idea of contest.
  21. His user name is probably good hint from the beggining Btw, don't post that you are underage, you might get banned, Just behave and post maturely. Also, try to post with proper manner. Use capital letters, interpunction...and best of all, read everything from Jim;s signature. Just some friendly advices...
  22. Problem with this, or with any other concept that includes some fixed rules about posting/behaving, will not be possible, since lots of new members, or even not so new members does not read rules.
