  1. After all this waiting, these sets better be amazing. Sure PF2.0 would be nice, but the set itself is what I care about.
  2. everytime someone posts... im like pictures?!?! then disappointed haha
  3. So I have some pneumatic cylinders now and I have never really messed around with them, so I decided to see what I could do with them today. I thought about using them to extend the gear ack outrigger parts, but it is 2 studs shy of full extension, I wonder why they did not make the cylinder 13L instead of 11L
  4. While this would be extremely nice, I do not think that will happen, not only would the wire need to be 4.8ish in diameter, but the plug itself would need to be completely redesigned as well.
  5. Sorry, I have not read through everyone else's comments, but are you modeling this after a specific crane? Or just a free build? If you are, you could try googling it and finding a color scheme of a crane company you like and model it after that. Even if it isn't the exact crane, this would still work.
  6. I feel like we usually have replicas by now... and we dont even have spy shots
  7. Are you guys serious?!?!? Idc if someone is creating drama and looking for attention, but you don't need to treat them this way... I have been apart of this community for awhile, not super active, but I do post once and awhile. But why would I want to be apart of a community that treats people like that?? Specially knowing that some of the negative comment should are coming from grown adults that know better... this is suppose to be fun, not an area that people want to leave because of the comments being made.
  8. The color is good so far, it depends on what you do for the detail parts of the truck. For example... Big Black box with some chrome looks really good in my opinion.
  9. Has it been decided what you are officially building? I took a look at the old thread about a similar idea, they focused on a modular build, each person had there part and it simply fit together like a puzzle. The best vehicle I can think of for this is a hook lift truck. Sections of the build would be; chassis, rear axles, front axle, cab, hook lift mechanism, the a bunch of different container options.
  10. Just make sure all the builders know that scale... It wouldn't be the coolest thing in the world if it was proportioned correctly.
  11. This has been done in the past, but I do not think a final model was ever made. Very cool idea though!
  12. Correct me if I'm wrong, but 42030 was the set with the most motorized function right out of the box. This set was great, you didn't have to deal with a complicated gear box and was truely RC, which is how I like my sets personally. I agree that it would be nice to have anther package of PF motors, the m motor/switch/lights/battery box is nice, but personally I have m motors laying around and don't use that often. L-motor is king. The servo motor is also a must for vehicles. That being said, it would be nice to have a PF package made for a vehicle build; L-motor,servo,battery box, differential. But I don't think that's gonna happen. On the topic of needing an SBrick, I agree and disagree. I have 2 of them and they are great, much better control. But I don't think you absolutely need it, the LEGO receivers are half decent inside with no interference. Also, not everyone has a smart phone with the app and Bluetooth for the SBrick. Yes, I agree that TLG should look into this type of technology for future PF, but I don't think it will happen anytime soon, hopefully I'm wrong though. :)
  13. 100% a marketing tactic, this contest is not about the fun of building, it's about getting builders to buy a Buwizz for the contest. Either they are trying to promote the newer product, or sales are down and they need to do something about it.
  14. this is quite the build. This is a completely different kind of model in my opinion. We are all used to the clean-cut (lack of a better term) models, but this one is very busy. I really like, different is never a bad thing! I look forward to seeing your next build!
  15. It's absolutely amazing what you are able to do with limited parts building C-models, and this is n exception. Great job of this one! I am glad this isn't another Claas C-model, because now I do not need to take apart your skidder to build this beast. One question, would you do anything differently if it wasn't a c-model?
  16. Unless you were getting the profits of those posters...
  17. A lot of those Mocs are well known enough that you can google them and get some kind of result
  18. I wish I would have saw this sooner! That is looking very good, so much progress in such little time. 42055 is a great c-model set just because of the wide variety of parts that you are given. You are the master c-builder, I am looking forward to progress!
  19. Why is that? You couldn't change the back of the structure a little bit?
  20. I wonder why we haven't seen any pictures from the toy fair yet. It's been what 3 days since it started
  21. I agree with what Myers said, lower the battery box and widen the body to cover the tracks. Another recommendation is to flip the battery box up side down, it will give you a cleaner look. I like it! Nice job!!
  22. I mean just debating on which set(s) I want to buy from you. I do not think you should sell, but if that's what I want, then I want to help you.
