    Wow!!!! These are great, really clever, nice looking builds!! They all seen to have a great sense of character about them. I like them all, but that tiny bird thing has to be one of the best!! It just looks so perfect!!

    Looks like a nice promo! And it certainly is better done than most, although it's a shame about the leg/torso issue you mentioned. Still, white legs aren't all that rare so we'll just have to swap them out for a 'proper' pair from our own collections. i don't actually have any of the original Classic Space figures or sets. But I have a couple of the figures from 1987 and a few others that were given to me not long ago in a random bag of lego. Well, it is meant to based off the 1978 figures, and the space men didn't have visors until '87, so they were just being accurate I s'pose..

    When you say dark skinned do the Comanche figures from the Lone Ranger Sets count?? They might not be perfect for pirates but they do have the darker than normal heads. Sorry about the large size of the images!! I have no clue how to shrink them!!!

    Wow, I'll have to get this!! It looks great! I'm not overjoyed about the green, but I could well like it when I have the figures in the plastic. It's nice though.

    As many have said, it depends. I keep MOCs until they get 'dull' and I start to think of nice uses for the parts. Sometimes I think of something even better than a good MOC I've already got built so smash that MOC, that I otherwise I'd have kept, to get the parts. So it's mainly part orientated. If you like a MOC and you've got a design in there that you're proud of or something, then take photos of it and of any special building technique you've used in it, before scrapping it. I do a fair amount of that.

    Nice! :thumbup: I'm not sure what the old brick will be. Is it on the figure or the gearstick he's holding? You can't get the red and yellow ones now, right? Out of interest, why don't you like building in red??

    The dark side is the quick and cheaper path, but being an AFOL is loads more fun! Come back to the brick(s)!

    Wow, great stuff! It must have cost a bomb to get all those figs! Especially the British soldier's white gear, the flesh heads and all of those PotC cannibal figs!! In fact, everything must have cost a bomb about those figs!! Incredible work!

    The photography in that first picture is absolutely first class!! it looks great with the blue and the fig posing is good too!! I also really like that rocky island. Can we have a closer up shot of the eagle? Or will that come later?? It looks great!

    Wow, very nice fauna. Lovely tree! Could we have separate images of the tree and Caudamarella? Cuad. looks cute and the tree looks clever! Hey, I've had an idea. If you were to build a larger Cuad, or use a few of them in a chariot or something could you enter it with a fig, into the latest mini challenge, as a mount??
