Another question: Can we post our builds and story in one thread or do we have to open a new thread for every build for the episode?

[SoNE Ep. VI] 1 - When did the killer become the hero?
Wat Tambor replied to BEAVeR's topic in Nar Eurbrikka Archive
Well that's one clever technique to creat a scene with a forced perspective on a base that is limited to 16x16 studs. I like the buildings in the background and they remind me a bit of the buildings on Kamino. Do you have any images from the architecture on Dac, the home planet of the Mon Calamari? Because I have found non yet.- 20 replies

Still no Rebel entries? Well that's fine that makes it lot easier to get that Boba Fett tag. Your new outfit is quite funny and a nice contrast to the one of Garindan, the Imperial spy in Episode IV.

Nice little buildig! Maybe you could have added a barkeeper and some bottles and glasses inside the building if you show us a photo of the interior.

This looks fantastic! I thought grill bricks don't work that well for medieval builds but this creation totally assured me that I am completely wrong. The tower with the wooden palisade and the angled wall on the ground looks really great, I really like that technique. Of course the house looks also great, that color contrast between red and grey looks great and I also appreciate the fact that the house is fully furnished. Maybe I will also have a try on the AoM wall challenge some time.

[SoNE Ep.6]Boba Fett said "Thank You" too
Wat Tambor replied to KevFett2011's topic in Nar Eurbrikka Archive
Nice creation though a "Thank You" from Boba Fett is probably quite unlikely. That building in the background looks good, I think you perfectly managed to recreate the architectural style of Bothawui. Maybe some greebles would have added some more details. -
Another nice 16x16 entry for the Imperials! The mini Slave 1 looks really good. It must have taken some time to find all the parts and build a micro ship that's so good looking. But I am not that a big fan of that water technique. You see that too often in the last time, maybe you should try some trans tiles the next time.

It's always great to see Imperial entries! Nice use of the Indiana Jones cloth part hiere.

[SoNE Ep VI] Sunrise on Felucia
Wat Tambor replied to LucasLaughing's topic in Nar Eurbrikka Archive
Nice entry! I like all that alien plants from Felucia and all that trans pieces work great for creating some. The minifig accessoires are also well chosen, the navigation system can be quite useful on a planet like Felucia and the axe is a nice Easter egg. -
Great episode! I think this one is the best one yet. It sais that the entries are limited to 16x16. Is there a one stud border allowed or not?
-
Great idea! This looks great, finally we have all the SoNE members sig-figs united in one creation.

Book II - Mitgardia: Guild sign-up and Discussion
Wat Tambor replied to Ecclesiastes's topic in Guilds of Historica
Great to see you back building for Mitgardia Gunman. Your latest builds are quite impressive, especially that war elephant or what ever it is called. -
Thanks for the great feedback guys! It's always great to hear such positive words. It's a simple 1x1 trans green tile -> http://www.bricklink.com/search.asp?itemID=9081&colorID=20

Nice build Gunman! It's great to see someone thinking outside the box and building a horsemill that produces wine instead of flour.

The house with the red door in Braavos
Wat Tambor replied to Wat Tambor's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Thanks a lot for all the nice words and the great feedback! That really encourages me to build more and try to improve my building skills. The tree basicly consists of leaves, small rubber bands and these parts here. -
That's truly a lovely creation Simon! I really love the use of colors here, you don't see lime-green, yellow/orange and purple very often when it comes to castle builds. These colors are also a nice contrast. Oh and the "stonework" at the house is also very creative, I have never seen it before that someone has used armor and helmets for building a house.
-
I can only agree with the others, this looks good for your first SoNE build. The use of these dark tan Sarlacc mouth parts (I don't know the official name) is great.
-
Great creation, the outcome of mixing Star Wars and steampunk looks fantastic! I love all those little details, especially the castle helmets work really well there. I wish you good luck at the contest, because I want to see some more epic steampunk crossovers from you.

Shadows of Nar Eurbrikka — Introduction and Discussion
Wat Tambor replied to Brickdoctor's topic in Nar Eurbrikka Archive
Welcome to SoNE! You may have chosen the wrong side but like markus said the rebellion needs more builders, I hope the next episode is more competitive. -
Like the others said before me this creation is very well done and looks totally awesome! It always surprises me how creative you are when it comes to LEGO, there are so many nice building techniques in this creation. The choice of colors is also great, I love those dark "dirty" colors, it looks so much like from the age of industrial revolution.

Guilds of Historica New Member Guide
Wat Tambor replied to SkaForHire's topic in Guilds of Historica
I am not an entirely new member of GoH but I have a question and I guess this is the common question and answer thread. Some people here have a shield tag with the colors of their guild. What do you have to do to get such a tag? -
Book II - Mitgardia: Guild sign-up and Discussion
Wat Tambor replied to Ecclesiastes's topic in Guilds of Historica
Hmm, a civil war sounds interesting, way more interesting than this fighting the plague in Avalonia stuff. This plot could easily motivate me to build something for GoH again. -
Yes, finally the Empire has won a challenge! I think 7 points are fine for my first real SW build for ages. Oh and may I ask for that cool looking tag?

Contest Turtle Contest - Discussion Thread
Wat Tambor replied to Rufus's topic in Special LEGO Themes
Just wondering if the turtle has to be sci-fi themed like the one that comes with the Exo-Suit?
