After our unsuccessfull search for Boba Fett on Ord Mantell we got the order to continue our search on Felucia. The day we arrived there I thought this was the most beautiful place in the universe far and wide only psychedelic plants most of us have never see before. But after three days of planless searching in the endless and humid jungle of Felucia with all it's alien plants and all kinds of giant alien mushrooms we found nothing but a long time deserted Republic outpost. A relict of the days of the Clone Wars taken back by mother nature. After another quite unsuccessfull search for the Mandalorian bounty hunter Boba Fett we left Felucia and headed back to the ISD Avenger. To be continued...

Good to see another Imperial entry and even better that it's taking place on Bothawui because there aren't many Imperial entries yet. That little building looks quite good, I really like the antennas on the roof because they add some great details to the building. But I am not so sure about using the Chima lion head (?) for a Bothan, I prefer the Master Splinter head from TMNT but this one also works as a compromise. Good work here!

Same here! I would love to see this SoNE entry, maybe you could post the photos again?

Oh I loved this set. I don't know why but I guess because it was one of my first SW sets and also one of the first, if not the first Imperial army builder set. You are truly luck!

May I ask if I can get that tag? I am active in the SW and the History subforums so I don't know if I qualify for this tag.

[SoNE Episode VI] Fondor Search
Wat Tambor replied to Jakorin Swiftsword's topic in Nar Eurbrikka Archive
Welcome to SoNE rebel scum Great to have you here, I hope your SW builds are as good as your Castle builds. Nice entry, I really like the door, that's a great technique. Keep it up! -
After the successful mission on Endor I got promoted to the Imperial Survey Corps. With my promotion I got the commadership over two regular stormtroopers. Our first mission in the Survey Corps was to find Boba Fett to thank him for capturing the smuggler Han Solo. Our Imperial Dropship Transport dropped us at the outskirts of Worlport, the capital of Ord Mantel, a truly inhospitable place, a planet that is just one big junkyard. We asked all the retainers at the market if they have seen Boba Fett's Slave landing on the planet. A Rodian junkdealer claimed that he has seen Fett in his cousin's spaceport cantina but that was two nights ago, so we have missed him. I gave him some credits for his cooperativeness and then ordered the Dropship to pick us up and bring us back to our shuttle. We are heading back to the ISD Avenger now to wait for further commands. To be continued...

[SoNE Episode VI] Searching on Ord Mantell - prehistory
Wat Tambor replied to markus1984's topic in Nar Eurbrikka Archive
Nice creation! This one really reminds me of a junkyard. What I really like about this vignette is the murky green water and the sinking crate. It totally reminds me of Raxus Prime from the video game "The Force Unleashed". -
[SoNE Episode VI] Searching on Fondor
Wat Tambor replied to Disco86's topic in Nar Eurbrikka Archive
Nice build Disco! I really like the choice of colors and somehow it reminds me a bit of the movie "TRON: Legacy". -
[SoNE Episode VI] Searching on Ord Mantell

Another nice entry Disco! As some others mentioned before the ramshakle looks of the hut is great and works perfectly for a poor hut in the slums of a SciFi city. -
[SoNE Episode VI] Searching on Felucia
Wat Tambor replied to Disco86's topic in Nar Eurbrikka Archive
Wow, what a perfect Felucia vignette! That is what a LEGO Felucia should look like, please build a bigger one now. Great use of the IB seed part and the transparent foliage is also very well done and looks fantastic here. In my opinion this one is your best SoNE entry for this episode. -
[SoNE Episode VI] Searching on Mon Calamari
Wat Tambor replied to Disco86's topic in Nar Eurbrikka Archive
Nice entry! Really love the greebles of the Mon Calamari speeder! Is that one from a Star Wars scene (book/movie/video game) or just "fictional"? -
[SoNE Episode VI] Searching on Fondor - prehistory

Nice Fondor entry and it perfectly matches with the one of Disco. Great to see that more and more people are doing SNOT work instead of studs on top. -
[SoNE Episode VI] Searching on Felucia - prehistory
Wat Tambor replied to markus1984's topic in Nar Eurbrikka Archive
Another great entry from you markus! The nature looks great here, I didn't know these Friends parts before I have seen them in this vignette but they look great and now I also want some of this parts. The remains of the Clone Wars era on felucia are also a nice detail, I really like that rusty old AT-TE foot and the old Phase I armor here - quite nice details. -
[SoNE Episode VI] Searching on Mon Calamari - prehistory
Wat Tambor replied to markus1984's topic in Nar Eurbrikka Archive
Quite a simple but very effective creation, it looks really good! Normaly I don't like that water technique you have used there because nowadays you can see it in nearly every MOC that includes water but here it really works and it's quite fitting for a rough water planet like Mon Calamari. -
[SoNE Ep. VI] Afraid of Mantellians
Wat Tambor replied to MontyPython's topic in Nar Eurbrikka Archive
Finally another rebel entry, the Empire needs some more competition. The ground textures are nicely done, I like the mix of greebles and dirty tan colors. That works really well for a junk planet like Ord Mantell. Keep it up!- 11 replies

Fantastic build MstrOfPppts! Your SoNE entries are always a pleasure to have a look at them and this one is no exception. I really like the fact that your character is only as a hologram in the build and not as a minifig what makes completely sense because you are a high officer. The alien plants are so well constructed, really nice part usage of these orange Power Miners drills for building flowers. That has to be my favorite detail in this MOC.

[SoNE Ep VI] (2nd build) Ticket to Ride
Wat Tambor replied to LucasLaughing's topic in Nar Eurbrikka Archive
I can only agree with the others, this MOC is a great representation of the junkyards of Ord Mantell. My favorite detail here has to be the Mixel eye, it reminds me of this monster/creature in the Death Star in Episode IV. Great Imperial entry here!- 10 replies

Wow! Your skills with the LDD always impress me. This is a stunning build! I really like that hill made out of plates and the mining facility is also well constructed. Great work!

[SoNE Ep. 6] Searching in the logs... but it's gone...
Wat Tambor replied to Wedge09's topic in Nar Eurbrikka Archive
Great idea to build a 16x16 vignette without a ground plate. The mixing of old and new grey parts for the construction looks better than I would have thought. The story is great too! -
[SoNE Episode VI - The Hunter becomes the Hunted (Part 2)
Wat Tambor replied to Pointblank's topic in Nar Eurbrikka Archive
Nice little MOC for the Empire! Your character's jetpack reminds me of the battle between the clones and the droids in the Clone Wars cartoon movie on Mon Calamari. Keep it up! -
Nice little creation! I really like the idea of splitting the MOC in two seperate scenes, one in minifig scale and the other scene in micro scale. Especially your SoNE minifig looks so cool, may I ask where that head is from? Is it from a SW set?
-
Finally a Rebel entry and quite a good looking one for your first SoNE build. The vegetation looks good so far but which planet is this, is it Felucia or Bothawui? If it is meant to be Felucia mybe you should replace the wooden trees with more strange and alien looking plants. Nice entry!

[SoNE ep. VI] The Sweet Smell of Flowers
Wat Tambor replied to Lord Tyrus's topic in Nar Eurbrikka Archive
Nice build, you managed to represent the vegetation of Felucia pretty well with this build. I really like the use of all these colorful trans parts for alien plants.
