    The very first thing I BL'ed after emerging from the Dark Ages was Green Grocer, and not as a complete set. Don't sell yourself short. Very much this. I have boxes hidden everywhere from complete sets, completed models stashed in random places and throw away the big yellow bags in trash cans outside the house... You'd think I was doing something illegal, the way I sneak about.

    No clue, I don't know if it's ever been nailed down, but probably not much more than the backing cost was to get one... It wasn't in USD, so I really don't remember exactly what I paid. :)

    Latest Kickstarter update included pictures of sample/final casings, and they claim that they will hit their target of shipping in November... So, any day now! (I just hope they don't ship flesh-colored bricks! )

    That would describe how to waterproof a motor, Tommy. :) It is generally the motor's output that poses the most difficulty. Typically, on ships (at least the Navy ships I was on), some leakage is expected and designed for with pumps removing water that penetrates the stern tube(s). Why not place the motor above the waterline, and use shafting to bring power below? With enough buoyancy, and proper weight balance, they motors don't need to be waterproof.

    I'm not up to date on the current status, but they have a project underway in Nagoya that sounds like it is somewhere between a Lego Discovery Center and a Legoland. Nagoya by bullet train is an easy day trip from Tokyo, I did it several times when I lived in Yokosuka.

    With today's trip to the store, I now have the entire 2H2014 wave. (With $80 in VIP points, the Volvo wasn't so painful on the wallet.)

    I forget which one, but that piece was spotted in at least one other set from this wave, and one of this year's Ultra Agents sets. Sariel, when you add the videos, can you put them all in the first post so we don't have to page through all over the place to find them? Thanks in advance!
