You should build more detailed floor plates on the bottom left and right of the photo instead of white plates, that would bring a more immersive spaceship feeling. -

I feel that the catwalk in the Star Destroyer is taking up too much space. Would prefer it to have more weapons feature, control station, crew quarters -
I have the midget turtle too ! Big thumbs up for generous CM. I'm fine with the torso, save the stamps for this year's raffle winners !

I agree 100% with you. Rubber tracks and simplistic vehicle cab of the standalone ice crawler set probably broke my interest in it.
-
Does the 100 piececount ice crawler have tracks or wheels ? In the leaked photo it showed a front wheel hub. I have a thing for these small tracked CITY vehicle.

Very good review. I wonder if the clutch power of the stud and blaster will diminish after repeated firings.

What I don't like are the thin technic arms of the monkey set. For that reason it's not suitable as a starter set for children new to this hobby when they are more parts limited. The squirrel alternative build uses the thin arms too. Mouse and Cat set is much better with less technic pieces. -

Very good effort there. Fast and fluid movement, clean external looks. Left right turning capability is a huge plus.

That is a very sleek model with realistic shape. Lego should produce it.

That is one sweet gunship. I would buy a box just to convert into this if it doesn't require any extra part.

Lego needs to not focus on the minifigures!

I agree with the first post. The droid escape set brings us back to 1999-2002 dark ages build quality. -
What're your favorite and least favorite Star Wars sets?
green dewback replied to Loco de Lego's topic in LEGO Star Wars
In my opinion it would be episode 3 "ultimate lightsaber duel" expanded universe " TIE crawler" -
Good to see there are more imperial troops in this set. Are the dual log hammers a hint of a future AT-ST ?

Was this set under some NDA ? I remember this review was on EB frontpage more than a month ago and I commented on it but it vanished the next day.- 16 replies

Modding the 9493 X-Wing to get rid of rubber bands
green dewback replied to bjorn77's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Is it possible to replace the rubberbands with some black or white twist-ties ??? We frequently get them as part of the packaging when buying electronics, used for tying up the power cable. -
Much more accurate than the official design. I like it ! A-wing is one of my top3 favourite starfighter.

green dewback replied to Borex's topic in LEGO Star Wars
Your drawing are very nice ! Very accurate colors. My opinion is the cantina sandtrooper pack will sell disproportionally compared to the cantina band set with 5 identical figurines which children might not like. This would also cause a problem for collectors who lack the last sandtrooper set to complete the diorama and retailers who have offer massive discount to sell the unpopular cantina band.
