  1. Looking at the real poster (yay for quick delivery) the scene definitely looks Bespin like, but the figure is all black unfortunately. The only thing it's possible to make out is that the hair is the same as the Tatooine Luke, but the face is different. So not conclusive either way...
  2. Ordered the Sandcrawler today. Mixed feelings about it to be honest, not exactly good value for money. Oh well, at least I will get a poster I can put in a drawer and a figure I'm not that interested in.
  3. What's with the pic of the Snowtrooper commander, looks like a Stormtrooper.
  4. Great job! Really like the bridge and the church!
  5. Thanks for the comments guys! As usual I get a little bored with my builds before I'm done so there are some finishing touches missing. Initially I wanted to do a much larger exterior section, but I didn't have the parts for it. There are a couple of places where I would like to get rid of the studs/antistuds but just couldn't do it. The ones in the greebling sections are just laziness though.
  6. Nice entry! I like the angled section of rocks!
  7. Nice build! I like the way you used those round pieces for the stairs and the tower on the side.
  8. Nice work Lobot, great work on the lighting as usual!
  9. Nice, small but effective build!
  10. Nice work Rook! You don't kid around size wise do you?
  11. Nice work Pihlbrick! I like the angling of those walls, and the detention block tunnel.
  12. Great build! I especially like the depth in the second photo with the lava background, nice work!
  13. Wonderful build Kaitan! The inspiration from the cell block in SW IV is easy to see, and with a top notch execution. Figure selection and posing is great, and the shots too!
  14. I know I already commented briefly on this when it was posted, but it deserves a few more words. This is my probably my favourite build this episode, I really love it! The Lava, the platform, that awesome troop carrier, rockworks... all fantastic! And top notch renderings too! I sometimes find LDD builds more difficult to look at, but with renders like these...
  15. Super build Ninja Nin! I really like the way the lava spills onto the floor, the angled weapons rack you are fighting on and the tower thingie which is falling over! Only two minor suggestions (not sure they would be improvements or not but I'll share them anyway ): Maybe a little more yellow in the lava, and maybe a different base since there is already so much lava in the scene.
  16. TWP, our secret Dark Horse! This is a wonderful first SoNE build! The platform with shaping & details, the repulsorlift platforms, the base & lava... most excellent! Are those tiles on the base from the Malevolence? Looks useful, maybe I'll have to grab that set after all (or alternatively the sticker sheet!). Only suggestions I have would be to increase the height of the door and the control room to give the figs a little more room, but I know how it goes with limited time and parts.
  17. Great scene Donnie, really good work! I like the posing and figs, gives the build a dynamic look.
  18. Excellent build rougeang, love it! There is so much to like here, multiple levels, the railings, the lights on the upper levels, weapon racks, computers... all good stuff! The only thing that I might consider changing are the doors which look a bit plain.
  19. Nice build BEAVeR! I like how your build is a totally different approach than the other entries! Kudos for creativity! It would have been nice to see a PovRay render of this.
  20. Excellent build & story LucasLaughing! I really like the shapes & colors on your surface section, and the layered plates around the stream. Excellent minifig posing as well!
  21. Sorry for being so late with my comments... Fantastic build as always MstrOfPppts, as usual I like everything I see in your mocs. The second level doorway and how the area around it comes together is my favourite part, but I also really like the shaping of the wall and the greebling is of course top notch! And thank you for sharing that technique, I've just been out of my dark ages for a little more than a year and have a lot to learn!
  22. In name only, I couldn't find a good name for the friggin' thing!
  23. [HSH] Cat B - Tyrell Space City Many considered it man's crowning achievement in space, Tyrell City. The only place in space except for earth where humans could really feel at home. A marvel of engineering, the huge dome enclosing the city created what felt like a natural sky it's inhabitants - the perfect space to relax for the space weary traveller. Not many could afford their own place in the city, but many came to spend their hard earned money unwinding for a short while. Comments are welcome!
