Nice! So that'll be in the interior section behind the TARDIS facade. It looks close to the original, so that's definitely a plus. That printed 2x2 round tile will be useful for mad science labs...

The problem is that they're angels in appearance, so I wouldn't want to use the batlike/demonic Gargoyle wings. I'd really like new ABS wings, but it'll likely be a plastic sheet or the Eagle wings from Chima, since Ideas sets are not allowed to have new molds made for them. Perhaps future Doctor Who sets will include proper Angel wings, though.

The TARDIS looks great. Clever use of window parts for the doors. The CGI implies that the Police Box sign is two printed tiles, as it lacks the visible edge of stickers. Perhaps that's just wishful thinking. After watching the Dimensions level, I'm so glad this supposedly includes a Weeping Angel. So creepy! It needs to have a double-sided face (normal and demonic). I'm very worried that the wings will be Hawkman-styled, though. I just can't see an Ideas set suddenly allowing a new mold for ABS wings, and the Chima wings don't match very well.

Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
8BrickMario replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
I'd like to see at least one vault room on the bottom floor for robbers to target. A fancy executive office could be on the next floor. And don't forget the obligatory skylight. Hopefully the new scroll bricks will feature, too. -
Modular Building Sets - Rumours and Discussion
8BrickMario replied to The Jersey Brick Guy's topic in LEGO Town
The more I think about it, the better a modular bank sounds. It could be a really grand old building, and it's yet another building that would lend itself well to the DC universe. -
I was beginning to think there wouldn't be an Ideas set at this rate. But if it includes a WA, it gets ALL my money!

Disney Collectible Minifigures Series 1 Discussion
8BrickMario replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Licensed
If this theme of the CMFs does well enough, there will likely be some sets afterward. But Lion King characters are very unlikely to ever be made, due to the limited poseablility of animal characters, and the fact that minifigures are expected from sets.- 4,155 replies

It has sets. physical minifigures, and bricks, so yes, it is a theme. It's just the first LEGO game to have multiple products associated with it.

Watched the Weeping Angels level. I'm impressed by its execution, and I now desperately want a Weeping Angel minifigure!

I think this series will respect scale a little bit. To me, a Remy accessory makes more sense than a minifigure, since it would look more accurate. Animal characters, unless they're totally anthropomorphic like Mickey and co., will not be minifigures. Jiminy Cricket's more likely as a full figure, but he'd also make sense as an accessory to Pinocchio.- 4,155 replies

It's extremely unlikely and a ridiculous idea to make a car into a minifigure. It's pretty much guaranteed that everyone will be a regular humanoid minifigure, and animals will be accessories.- 4,155 replies

I finally saw DImensions in stores today. As usual, TRU is trying to sell everything for more than the suggested price. The Toy Pad/Starter Pack is smaller than I thought it would be. I'm not sure if that's good or bad.

We'd need a Penguin Suit for a DC henchman. -

I heard that it was. Zombie Skateboarder's considered to be a part of it. -
As you can probably tell, I love witches, and I love what you've done here. The lantern may be my favorite part, though!

Lego Minifigures Series 15 Guessing Game

Yeah, he doesn't know everything. Not everythin he says is news, okay? As for a Banana Suit, it'd be Cool Yellow like the Diner Waitress's outfit. -
Since the're the same structure as SpongeBob, yeah. The horns/ears are the existing spike piece, so they can be adjusted, though.

A lot of those are good ideas, but several seem unlikely. Who knows? I'm dying for an official list. -
DC Superheroes 2016 - Rumors and Discussion
8BrickMario replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Licensed
Ugh. It's too stereotypically "girly", even if superheroes are the main characters. A high school? Really? I'd actually like some of the designs in minifigure form, but if they're minidolls, I won't spend time on it.- 8,446 replies

If Harry Potter is happening, I think we'll get Dumbledore. Why? I never thought we'd get him again when I had the idea, but the Vitruvius beard would be perfect, as it's tied up in the same way!
-
We've only seen him from the shoulders up, but he's golden from head to toe (like Lloyd's golden form) and he uses the classic hat and potentially a new beard. Speaking of the beard, I hope it's Vitruvius'!

It's a plume, not a ponytail. So it'll likely be standard connection to the visor. The bull knight's torso+arms seem to be one piece, with maybe the armor being separate. The arms don't look compatible with anything previous, since they don't use Mixel joints or any existing parts. Whether or not they'll be articulated with ball joints is yet to be seen.

I'm fine with getting Pluto, I just wouldn't want him to take up his own slot in the series, when there are characters I'd infinitely prefer.- 4,155 replies

I don't think Axel has differently-jointed arms. That would be cool, but I wouldn't get your hopes up.

That's a bit biased, but there's no way Pluto is going to be sold as a separate figure. He'll either be a smaller mold and paired with Mickey, or not be included at all.- 4,155 replies
