I want that girl with the brown Spooky Girl hair! Who is she? The King looks good, since he's not quite as blue.
-
Yeah, I'm hopeful now, since pretty much every bad guy is converted to good again, although I might end up missing evil Jestro. That Book is just so perfect and useful for so many evil characters. I'm sorta liking the King of Knighton, especially since he uses the S13 parts!
-
I'd like a "pre-vil" Jestro, but we didn't get young Garmadon either, so it's very unlikely. Although, he could pull a Garmadon and become good again when a new threat appears.
-
The Weeping Angel's evil face is one of the best I've seen. Let's see...Doctor Who, Nexo Knights, DC, Dimensions...I'll be broke before I know it!
-
I'm very happy that she's a princess. Before, every princess was a damsel in distress that served to be rescued by the knights. Here, she's one of the knights and a developed character! About the hat, that's very common in cartoons, where hair or animal ears will react to emotions. It works here, as it makes Jestro seem more supernatural and cartoonish!
-
Totally called it! From the TV Insider site: "Five young knights battle the Jestro, the king's jester" Okay, perhaps it's intuitive that he'd be the king's jester, who else would he be, but still. Interesting that Macy's a princess.

LEGO Collectable Minifigures Series 14 Rumors and Discussion
8BrickMario replied to Robert8's topic in Special LEGO Themes
My point was that the round pot was never used with a handle before Series 14. By allowing it to use a handle when it was made, it means that they were already prepared for it to use one in Series 14. -
If Merlok gets that new staff in his set, I'll be very happy. I like the new beard, too.
-
It's all over his body, so it's probably just a layer of disturbing-looking cloth, like the Vampyre Bride's brain-like dress. The New Elementary is going to have a blast with this theme!
-
Robo-knight is absolutely adorable. Everywhere I look, I see new molds. Look at the doors on Fortrex's towers! The swords, the books, the robot bodies, the armor, the monsters...talk about a big-bang. This theme is so crazy and fun. I love the figures and the overall creativity. Now I just want to see the Ultimates and the two store-exclusives. I like what they did with the armor, by having the insignia printed on the torso and the armor framing it. I really need to shut up now, but I keep noticing new things and I'm too excited.
-
And the budget is dead. I love this theme! The Jestro vehicle looks crazy evil, and the Fortrex is really cool, but not castley enough. I don't know what that Robo-Chef is...but I want it. So many new creature molds! Chef arms, lava monsters, Bull Knight...in just one wave, too! Favorite things so far: New book mold that seems to be ABS and able to be held by a figure, Jestro, small lava dudes (they have tails!), pretty much everything.
-
I NEED THAT BOOK. Also, even though it's a brick-built model, Jestro's staff and torso look nice. But I still hope that maniacal grin from the catalog is in the sets, and not that sheepish expression. EDIT: I must have all of the villains. They look absolutely fantastic. Jestro's face and new? cape look great! Also, new book mold????
-
I'm not surprised by Jestro's hat, but it was unfair for the artist to draw it like that. I hope that's not the face he has in the sets, it's more Bizarro than clown...

ARGH! It's so hard to wait! That Angel does look better from that angle. And the TARDIS...

DC Superheroes 2016 - Rumors and Discussion
8BrickMario replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Licensed
Honestly, I care more about the 'cave than I do about the HQ, so I hope we see it. I want to see if we're getting the eight essential figures, and I really want to see how the villains turned out. EDIT: Merlok in the Nexo Knights theme has a curved staff. If it becomes a physical piece, is it possible that it could be a Riddler cane?- 8,446 replies

Disney Collectible Minifigures Series 1 Discussion
8BrickMario replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Licensed
Oh, boy. Don't get your hopes up. While Jack would definitely place in my favorite CMFs (especially with long limbs), there's a good chance he won't be in this series. While I'd hope for a diverse mix of Mickey & Friends, animated films, and the rest (including Jack), we have almost zero info so far. That should change!- 4,155 replies

It's probably going to be the exact same. An Aeroblade base and the hat "tails" on the staff made of spikes.
-
The zipline handle was used as a zipline handle in Spinlyn's Cavern in Chima. I hope LEGO won't underestimate the DW fanbase. Of course, they could always do a limited first run and "run out" to get more interest in the set before releasing it properly.
-
I think they'd split it up a bit. Series 1 would have a few spots left for more after the thirteen Doctors, after all. But I think the companions, Masters, and monsters would be great. A CMF Angel would be a great way to give it proper wings and to amass a proper group to surround the TARDIS. Cybermen would also be a great choice, and I'm sure the Silence would also appear. Since there's no restrictions here, I think it's possible, but it might not reach three series.

There's a marvelous invention called DVD... Having watched the regeneration scene, I'm impressed by the accuracy. Clara's outfit is spot-on, but her eyes and hair aren't captured too well. The purple coat was hard to see in the scene itself, but I'll assume it's there. I don't really like 11's hair, though. It's not even a close match for the smooth hairstyle Matt Smith wears. Perhaps Larry's hair would be better, but there's no perfect solution. The Daleks look pretty good, and I don't mind the scale discrepancy with the Dimensions one. Over the series, the designs and sizes have altered, so they could simply be from different time periods in the show. As for the red-handled Screwdriver, I'm guessing that was just a test, as the bulb wasn't decorated in any way.

Disney Collectible Minifigures Series 1 Discussion
8BrickMario replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Licensed
If Jack ever gets made, I'd expect a regular minifig head and the collar printed on the torso. However, his long frame means that he'd need to have long arms and legs, which would be very useful for Slender Man customs...- 4,155 replies

The submission model proves that the police box folds up completely, all four sides.
-
Should have thought before opening that can of worms...I'll probably jump around. As you can probably tell, Blink was my gateway episode. I just want to have more context. One thing I can say so far is that the exterior of the TARDIS looks great. Every detail is spot-on. Perhaps it's best the doors don't open, as the Doctor doesn't want any uninvited guests. I'll be having lots of fun whooshing it around like a maniac.

Oh, I know. I'll probably skip to Tennant after Hartnell, but I just had to see how it all started.
