The Bull Knight uses a regular minifig head.
-
It just seems odd for this theme to have six heroes at the very start.
-
Makes sense. Maybe he's an evil Forestman!
-
I think their armor gives them their color schemes, not their crests, but it seems like Axel is correct, even if I don't remember hearing the name. But where does that put Robin? Is he a separate party, like a robber, and not one of the knights?
-
Strange. We have Macy (red) Lance (silver/yellow) Clay (blue) Aaron (green) Robin (???) Bull Knight (gunmetal/gold) So who is this guy? He's not one of the team, but he's fighting with them?
-
I think Dorothy (with Toto) would be in a Team Pack with the Scarecrow due to their close friendship, and the Lion and Tin Man would be in their own pack.
-
You mean the human knight with horns on the right? That's Clay, isn't it? Or is the Bull Knight not in the catalog cover?

I'm really liking this new image, since it makes everything look better. I think Jestro is one of the coolest and creepiest villains LEGO's ever made, and his colors look surprisingly good. The small lava monsters look okay, but the face ruined it for me. I'm hoping the magic books are really that detailed, and that the Fortrex looks nice "in the bricks". I can't wait for official set images!
-
The new Batmobile also has one of the pentagon pieces, right in the middle, so there must be some sort of way they made that happen.
-
This new image has me wondering...is Jestro's face clown-white or zombie-grey? I'd prefer the former. I'm confused. Is the Mixel-jointed horned monster in the upper right the Bull Knight, or is it someone else? It certainly doesn't match the description, as it's mostly brick-built.

My guess is that Slimer will have a different face print to make the Dimensions version equally desirable. -

Many are, not most. The animated films focus on humans. I seriously doubt we'll see any of the classic cartoon characters yet, since Mickey, Minnie, Donald, Daisy, and Goofy are the only really iconic ones today, and kids wouldn't care about Pete, Oswald, or the rest. I imagine we'll get a couple of Disney Villains, but Princesses are less likely. I think Pixar will have less representation, and the live-action films might be neglected altogether, although I'd love a Mary Poppins minifigure.- 4,155 replies

Oh, that bull knight's disappointing. It's just a minifig head on a mainly brick-built body! The knights themselves look good, and I like the chainsaw piece used as a mace. The Fortrex is definitely more technological than medieval, but that's not a surprise.

There is a Goosebumps movie this year...still unlikely, though.

I bet this set is classic, and just a loose tie-in to the new film. Perhaps it'll remind people why Ghostbusters shouldn't be needlessly rebooted! It's like Harley and Deadshot being in a set next year with their comic-book Squad designs to tie into the movie next year. -
Those Sonic figures are painfully fake. This is just a speculative video, and there's already been confirmation that there won't be a sequel...for a while. I still really like the idea of Goosebumps joining the ranks, if it means we get Slappy. I've wanted an evil dummy figure for a while now. For a build, though, what could be done? The Monster Blood can? The Haunted Mask? A Horrorland vehicle? GB is almost certainly Ghostbusters, though, since we've got to get the rest of the team.
-
Wait a while, and I bet they'll come. I remember someone saying something that implied that the Wicked Witch wasn't the only Oz character that could unlock the world, but she's the only one available. I can't imagine them skipping the equally iconic heroes of the film. Even Vortech might get a pack, but only be able to be used once you've beaten the story mode.

Disney Collectible Minifigures Series 1 Discussion

Even though Dimensions is a slap in the face to Disney Infinity, and may one day become more popular, I doubt the Disney series will do any harm. Whether or not people want it, the Simpsons series have ended. I personally don't mind, as a good majority of the main characters have been done, and I'm not a huge fan. But it's done for now. Simpsons' inclusion in Dimensions hints that it'll keep going, but not through the CMF theme.- 4,155 replies

I think the real problem is that many traditional Castle fans have stayed here even though it's very clear thisis not a Castle theme like they wanted. I don't think it's fair to generalize the U.S./European mrkets that way.
-
Add me to the list of fans! I love the wacky designs and the bad guys.
-
I seriously doubt this theme will have even the smallest brush with Vikings. This is more Anglo-centric in its Castle elements.
-
It's always been like that, with the exception of the bonus levels and The LEGO Movie universe. Perhaps TT weren't able to render everything in bricks, or it was too distracting?

DC Superheroes 2016 - Rumors and Discussion
8BrickMario replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Licensed
I think I've figured out to rules LEGO has when making this theme: 1. BATMAN MUST RULE. 2. Poison Ivy must never be redesigned. 3. Riddler may not have a cane. 3. Joker's hairpiece shall not change. 3. Only Joker, Riddler Harley, and Penguin may have more than two variations. 4. Wonder Woman cannot star in a set-that might be perceived as equality! 5. Running out of SUPREME LORD BATMAN vehicles? Just redo an older one or make one up! It doesn't need to make sense. I kid, but all of these bother me. For whatever reason, DC always gets the shaft when it comes to the amount of new molds per theme, and the variety in characters and their designs isn't quite there yet. Hopefully, the figs and set designs in the upcoming year knock it out of the park.- 8,446 replies

DC Superheroes 2016 - Rumors and Discussion
8BrickMario replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Licensed
What happened to the rumored Joker racer? I might have been interested in that one, but it seems that it never was... We can finally put a name to the range " Racers " DC Comics and Marvel announce to us that the rumors for several weeks : This will be done in a range of six mini tins sold € 9.99 ( DC Comics Three boxes and three boxes Marvel ), which will be marketed under the appellation Mighty Micros . From what I could see at the moment, the minifigs accompanying vehicles will be well minis complete (head, torso , legs) but it seems that the legs are those usually used by LEGO minifigs on representing children ( or hobbits ) , ie those shorter and without joints. Below is the list of sets provided- 8,446 replies
