  1. Wow! That's enormous. The texture of the tan thing in the middle, whatever it is, is very subtle. The presentation with giant bamboo chopsticks, wasabi and ginger is great as well.
  2. I love 60s and 70s American cars, and this MOC does a great job of looking like the rolling behemoths they often were. I think, however, that the grille, lights and chrome at the front end might be perhaps a plate too far forwards. Also, though the Impala has 4 headlights, it also has a really wide grille. As the model is now, the lights take up too much space at the front, so perhaps you could make a grille out of 2 1x2 grille tiles and only make two headlights. I love the half-pressed-down tiles that give the car its curves!
  3. Lovely house and gas station! The pump looks very old-timey, which well suits the Victorian nature of the building. The car you built is nice, too; good job for your first one.
  4. Brilliant! It's so wonderfully presented, and the slope bricks and dark tan are great.
  5. Wonderful mech! The use of modified tiles to create the gorilla's face is beautiful and highly evocative of the real thing. I also like the judicious use of technic hoes and the undersides of slope bricks.
  6. The facade looks very domestic, as though this might work as a detached house as well as a modular. That you included a greenhouse on the back of the house is something new and clever. The use of a the 4 die-face as a hob is clever as well! Good job all round, daisy!
  7. This mod looks like it's much sturdier and more serious than the official Batcave, whilst retaining all the playability of the original. Great job, polyphonic!
  8. Very nicely built all round! The mound of snow is very convincing, and the border to the scene made from crates is really good as well.
  9. These are all great cars, L@go! The vintage truck is very sweet, and I really like the super square. The grey stripe going all the way down the body through the sand blue is gorgeous. Perhaps it looks chunkier in real life than it does in the angled photo? I look forward to seeing the other cars you make.
  10. Lovely photographs, Plissken! The story sounds interesting, and I'm sure it will get even more so when developed (or shown to us) further. Good luck with your writing!
  11. Gorgeous! I echo the recommendation of black fenders, but the rest of the Batmobile looks wonderful. It's great that you can stick a Batman minifig inside for playability.
  12. Well done, Missing Brick! This cinema looks much more regal and ostentatious than what is in the official set. I'm sure this room will look good in its final home, once the Palace Cinema is released.
  13. Stunning car, built and photographed very well! The headlights are built cleverly, and the rear end looks exactly like a Porsche's. It looks perfect in so many different ways - best minifig-scale car I've ever seen!
  14. The touches of pearl gold are really splendid. It's going to be great when it's complete!
  15. The monastery looks very majestic like that; very tall! All the variation in shape and colour on the walls is splendid. I was very happy to see the interior, including an oubliette (!) and lots of other little details. There's so much to look at here - the front door is artfully done, and I also love the scattering of studs on the roof. Great monastery, Reejoc!
  16. Beautiful! The winter village contest seems to have brought out some really great MOCs. The upstairs office has so many details - I love the microscope. Do you have a shot of the building with the light brick activated? Great work, sonicstarlight!
  17. Very funny! It's as if Chima got boosted to the next century!
  18. Beautiful shape, and the cargo containers give it some great colour. Great SHIP, Lego Junkie, and good luck in the contest.
  19. Wonderfully built, and the gold boiler (?) and greebles at the back make it interesting. The armour plating at the front is great, as well. Well done, TooMuchCaffeine!
  20. Lovely! The way you shaped it using cheese slopes is great. Good work, Legopard!
  21. Looks great all round. The fins are wonderful, as are the white-wall tyres. It really captures what I imagine in a 50s car. Nicely done, ER0L!
  22. I get a great sci-fi vibe from this little thing, even though it could be in the middle of America. Perhaps it's the wheel buildings that are too big for silos. The oil-rig-looking things are good as well, and I like the use of grated cheese slopes to give the ground texture. Good work, ridgekitten!
  23. Nice building, Redhead1982. The tree and roof on the porch look great. The outhouse gives your MOC an excellent old-timey feeling.
  24. Beautiful all over! That you made the essential elements of the lodge in separate pieces (house, fountain, post boxes) is great, as are the smoke and the use of a sextant in the fountain. The interior is well done as well. I should love to live in a mountain lodge like this one! Great work, Priovit70!
  25. Gorgeous, all over. The brick texture at the bottom of the lighthouse is beautiful, and the fact you motorized the light is fantastic. Great work, Readhead1982!
