  1. Thanks! :D and I did prepare quite some Chima transparent parts, but it ends up using just a few of them. Those parts are also from Ultra Agents :D
  2. Mr. Freeze is back! And no, this time he is not to freeze anyone, but to free his frozen wife Nora Fries, and let her enjoy the city like normal people. However, he must first freeze the entire Gotham first! His new machine Arctic Core is a hovercraft, and the turret-like equipment is actually a drill! Don't laugh at a non-rotatable turret because it is not really a turret, but a game changer! While it can fire freeze ray to straight-on targets, it can also freeze the ground, turning the ground into ice and letting the air drill crack the ground open. Then, his secret cryogeneration core can then be injected into the ground and let it slowly turn the surrounding into ice! Gradually, the Gotham city will finally become an ice world, where he and his wife can live forever without the cage or suit! Now Batman has to find a way to stop him! (Flickr: https://www.flickr.c...57648641659087/ ) Complete set, with Nora Fries in the cryogenics chamber waiting to be freed. The cockpit, in which Mr. Freeze controls the ship... This is the mobile mode. The two turbines (rotatable) can be flipped up and the ship can move at full speed now. Batman, run! View the ship upfront... From the side, Action Mode vs Mobile Mode The two sides of the ship are hovering devices. Moving on the ice or snow will never be a problem now... Batman this time has to deal with two villains, one of ice and one of fire. How is he going to prepare for the battle? Thank you!
  3. Thank you! :D I believe that some little twists can already make a big difference in terms of architectural design :)
  4. Thanks :D PromocjaLego what do you mean?
  5. Hi everyone! It has been some time since my last creation, and now I am back on track! My first task is to expand my MOC in the superhero realm, and let's do something before the official Lego Justice League sets come in 2015! "Some men just wanna watch the world burn." - Alfred Pennyworth in The Dark Knight (movie) Well, in the DC Comic world, Batman really needs to face a villain who only burns things. Firefly is a crazy man who knows all the pyrotechnics and explosive objects. This time, he comes back with even crazier toys: his new jet pack and the flame tank, Fire Lynx. Guess Batman will have a headache to capture him, as his usual suit is not ready yet for the heat! Firefly and his Fire Lynx Burn baby burn! Firefly and his Fire Lynx The Fire Lynx is a flamethrower tank, and it has four crawlers allowing it to run on different kinds of terrain. This is the overview from the front, showing the cockpit: Firefly and his Fire Lynx And the back overview, where you can see the cooling fan for the compressor area. Firefly and his Fire Lynx I also created the Firefly minifigure, which is slightly based on the game Batman: Arkham Origins. Firefly and his Fire Lynx Firefly and his Fire Lynx Firefly and his Fire Lynx Firefly's flamethrower gun can be clipped to the roof of the tank, while the jetpack can be stored at the back of Fire Lynx, between the two fuel tanks: Firefly and his Fire Lynx Firefly and his Fire Lynx I guess Batman needs to think about some special gadgets to capture Firefly. But more are coming against Batman! Stay tuned!
  6. This is an awesome build! So clean yet quite realistic :D I like the little bumps / drains on the pavement!
  7. Thank you! :) The vertical greenery did take some time to complete, and that made me realize flower arrangement was actually not easy!
  8. Thank you! :D Thanks, saw your creations too, which are beautiful!
  9. Thank you to all of you! :) :D Thanks and good idea! Actually I have the same thought, that maybe I will just allow a very small coffee shop next to it so that the entire building can be visible from that angle. Or maybe an extension for the florist, a little glasshouse, haha... Many of you are intrigued, but it is quite simple. I have two Technic support at the back first, vertically, held by two L-shape pieces for stability for each column. However, it is not strong enough and at the same time, the plant elements can't clip onto the bar. So I added two vertical truss elements a little in front of the two Technic beams, so that the structure is not falling in the front. The other parts are all normal brick build, no special tricks :) I forgot these images to explain the interior a little more. The front slanted elevation can be removed actually, so that you can reach the inside easily! And the sky garden has trans-black glass as sky light. Underneath this window is the flower wall. And the roof is open, no glass, and plants can actually climb through this! Thanks again!
  10. Hi all, I would like to show you my latest creation, the Flower Box. When you hear the florist, what do you think? A shop stuffed with flowers? Since the opening of my studio Box N, they have been working on different projects and finally the first commission for them is completed. I don't explain much as my presentation board will tell you the design story behind the iconic building! Do you enjoy the new modern architecture in my V City? Thanks!
  11. I love how detailed this truck is! Very good! And that Man loader is also beautiful! Good job!
  12. Thank you very much! :) I should also make Dr. Trask too for this!
  13. I believe so! I am working on the new Porsche 919 one and see if it can be done soon! :) Thanks!
  14. Thanks! :D I guess the next MOC thing will be the X-Jet!
  15. Finally I got the parts I need and I made the biggest Sentinel in the X-men series, the Master Mold. Being a giant Sentinel created by Dr. Trask, Master Mold is to control other sentinels and produce even more sentinels to hunt down the mutants, hence the name. In the LEGO 76022 set, the sentinels look like the comic version instead of the movie (the purple ones not the transforming ones). I keep the same style and make a boss version. Instead of being a building-size robot, I just make it a more muscular robot with the same gold touch for its hands and feet. That will probably give the X-Men a headache for now! It is a small MOC, and fits great with my superhero display area. Hope you like it!
  16. Thanks for the comments! :D Also, this piece of creation is finally up on LEGO Ideas, and please help and vote for it. Support me now, thanks!!! https://ideas.lego.com/projects/67217
  17. Thank you! :D I am sure that the cityscape will be changed among the AFOL!
  18. This is an interesting idea! Putting the mini-builds into a modular building, everything fits perfectly! :D I think a museum should be bigger in terms of interior spaces. Usually there is one big space and then some smaller rooms, for different kinds of exhibits. You already did so, but it may be better if you have one double-volume (atrium) and then rooms on one side. But that's minor. It is just a reorganization of space to make the space more useable. One more suggestion, why not try another floor tile color scheme so that it gives a scheme in different exhibition room? May be interesting!
  19. Thank you so much for your compliments, comments and insight, which elaborated what I did and what I unintentionally did. It is great to inspire people around me, and I will keep it up! Just one thing, architecture has little to do with math actually, since it is not a major part during the study. You may probably give it a try again! :P
  20. Thanks for the comments! I will certainly work on the interior a little bit, maybe a carpet or like you said a sculpture would be nice. Such details will not only add a bit of colors, but also add some more "fun" to the internal space. I will see what I can do! Thanks again!
  21. Thanks! :D I will refine some of the details a little bit and make a big street photo!
  22. I love the simplicity of the facade and the details in the rooms inside. Very great work!
  23. I think LEGO bricks can be a good presentation tools for mass / form study, and I am sure the Architecture Studio set will help her a lot on that part ;)
  24. Thanks all of you for the comments and compliments! It's very encouraging and I hope some of you are inspired to do something similar and impact your own city! I know that design has no end. Every moment and then we want to refine our own creations and make it more perfect. I'll continue to work on this for sure! Haha, thanks, and your idea is interesting! I'll definitely make a shot of that! Wow I'm too far from giving an architecture MOC course! But I would no doubt share more ideas and answer questions regarding making better modular buildings! Exactly that's what our city is about! Every city envolves and the new will take over the old ones eventually. That course of history is happening here within the bricks now!
