Sweet build, the section cuts are well done.

I'm starting to wonder if you've really got an moccing machine somewhere.... While all of these builds are excellent, and I really like the decrepit sections of the castle, my favorite of this series is definitely the tent dio. Fantastic work there.

Awesome build man. Nice take on the category, not just with the "traffic jam" but with the feudal Japan location.

This has a tense feeling that pulls you into the subject matter. Love the fungus on the trees. Sweet MOC!

Absolutely gorgeous.

Very, very nice! Though, it looks like that "elder" is a little bit on the 'walking dead' side of 'old' -
Thanks man, nice to see you stopping in from time to time too! Thanks SK!

I was wondering where the GoH Advent calender was! Looking good so far, can't wait to see if a micro pirate ship shows up!

Great series! My favorite is the nobleman, gotta watch out for those daggers! I think you hit them spot on. A sentence or two for each with a bit of humor. If we're supposed to be emulating TLG's minifig lines, I think you nailed it.

Thanks kabel, yes, you do! Thanks all--though I can't claim full credit for the decks, one of my younger brothers had some itchy LEGO fingers over Thanksgiving The dynasty??? I'll bet you're a Yankees/Red Sox/Patriots fan aren't you? Thank you!Thank you! It definitely was! Thanks guys!

tsk, tsk, seen what happens when a Kaliphlinite gets out of his element? Kidding aside, sweet vig! The footsteps are certainly a nice touch.

Great little scene, the spines for branches is something I've not seen before!

Every year in early winter Mitgardians gather to feast, drink, and watch one of their national sports, mountain bobsled racing. For the past 20 years, the Forest Freaks have guided their green machine down the Mitgard Mountain slopes to victory. This year however, the Red Racers have been a bright crimson blur against the snow and may just take down the experienced dynasty. My first build for the CCC this year. This was a lot of fun with the fig posing and the off-the-grid sloping. I'm not sure how that happened so beautifully, there aren't any gaps at the junctions! A couple more shots on Flickr As always, C&C is appreciated.

Fantastic harbor scene Rogue! The ships are awesome, the buildings are great, all the little things going on are sweet details. The cobblestone effect with the combination of round tiles and exposed studs of the substrate is freaking my eyes out though. Though I understood what Rogue was trying to get across, I had exactly the same thought. I wouldn't put it past some of the dwarves to try to float a submarine under the surface though!

You sir, are very good at stacking bricks! I think what really makes this MOC great for me is all the containers. Odd I know, but they really make the dio seem lived in and add a lot of character.

Nice. I never would have thought to use the bushes as grass, and enough of them together work really well.

I can get it in Texas in the bigger liquor stores (Goody Goody, Specs, etc.) but only one or two brands/varieties... so I've really got no idea what is "good" mead vs "bad" mead. But, Arkansas is a bit er, different so who knows what they stock across the boarder -

Now you're talking. That stuff is really hard to find in the states... been thinking about trying to make some myself. Apparently it's easier than beer and I know some guys at work that do beer in their backyards. As for me, I've got a CCC/GoH free build from Turkey Day vacation that I need to find motivation to photograph this weekend, one larger, almost half done, CCC build that needs some motivation to finish, a couple small AoM builds laid out but just barely started, and exactly 2 figs complete for the GoH minifig thing. Then I need to hit the Challenge III MOCs... -

Looks a lot like the styling of the Batman Forever vehicles, and it looks great applied to a VicViper!

Funny to see this "rack" thing some more exposure. Interesting roofing technique too.
