  1. Thanks so far guys ! That was definily on purpose. I thought your rounded roof structure just matched perfect to my Fondor architecture. You got a great idea with that !
  2. One of my entries to the Episode VII of SoNE, check out the complete story in this thread. Well, the "short trip" to Felucia wasn't really a success. But why should Boba rest here longer than one second ? No chance to meet him. But finding him on Mon Calamari sounds easy, with so many water there couldn't be so much places to hide. Yeeeehaaaa, that speed boat ride is fun ! I am just enjoying the fresh air, that may be good for my health. Want a glass of milk ? Or some vegetables ? Everything for your health... So you know where he has been ? Yes yes, Boba was visiting a bar yesterday. He was having a delicious fish menu, but after dinner he disappeared. At least it is a chance. Yes yes, a good chance to eat the healthy fish menu.
  3. Completed my four builds for this episode No chance for the alliance...
  4. One of my entries to the Episode VII of SoNE, check out the complete story in this thread. But they could not find him on their own in the wide junkyards and wastelands of Ord Mantell. Checking out the next possible location seemed reasonable, beacuse after three days of wandering through Ord Mantell, Boba for sure was not here anymore. But this time they preferred to take their blasters with them, nobody could know what they would meet at Felucia. I stepped on something... uargh... that is slimy... That plant here is even worse... I think it is moving... Is it going to pinch at us ? Let's get outta here ! It's like a foliage nightmare !
  5. One of my entries to the Episode VII of SoNE, check out the complete story in this thread. So they got back to their ship and programmed the coordinates of Ord Mantell into the board system. Puh, do you smell that ? That is really disgusting... but look over there. Looks like on of these bounty hunter hideouts. Get off my lawn !!! Calm down, we are searching for Boba, have you seen him ? No, I can't remember anything. Maybe some credits would help me to think about it. Hmmm, sounds fair, doesn't it ? Don't waste our money on that scum, we are going to find him on our own... stormtrooper-like !
  6. One of my entries to the Episode VII of SoNE, check out the complete story in this thread. Our two protagonists recieved a new objective. They should try to find Boba Fett and give him a notice from Darth Vader, because he wants to thank Boba for his nearly successful work so far. The mission sheet describes Boba's route nearly exact, but will he really be anywhere out there ? How to find somebody, who does not want to be found ? The first planet on the mission sheet was Fondor, so Markus and Paul travelled down there. What a weird planet. Well I like the technical design, but why is everyone bald ? Maybe we should start an hair transplantation enterprise here, if we fail in the army... Greetings imperial soldier, what brings you to our planet ? We are searching for a bounty hunter, wearing green. We heard he may be on Fondor these days ? I heard something about this person. A friend told me, he engaged one of these naughty guys to search for a client with enormous unpaid debts. I think these poor guy is living in the slums of Ord Mantell, if he is not dead already... That's the information we needed, thanks and bye !
  7. You could add our avatars with these two pictures: Markus1984 Disco86 Thank you !
  8. Wow, thanks a lot for your enourmous feedback !

  10. The City of Dale and the Erebor known from the Hobbit movies built in microscale. This was built for my Iron Builder against Pepa Quin. Greets Disco
  11. A heavily armored dinosaur who was knocking down enemies with his tail and crushing their bones. This really have been my toughest build ever, because it was something completly knew for me. Neede several takes to find a perfect technique for the back and the head and the torso and the everything... This was built for my Iron Builder against Pepa Quin. Not really sure if this is the right subforum... but this maybe a dino theme :) Greets Disco
  12. Great to see the results. Congratulations to all imperial members for making this episode a blast. And special congrats to Markus for getting the maximim points ! Cant wait to see the next episode, and to get my freebuilds voted. Thanks for your work, SW-Staff :)
  13. Thanks ! I am using a Nikon 1 V1, it has some neat focus settings. Also using a tripod, infrared trigger and two daylight bulbs.
  14. Thanks for your comment Beaver ! Good to hear your positive statement, and I always like how many time you put in writing and looking at the build. I also dont like that plain part under the ramp. But maybe only we to revognized it :) And you got some got points, I especially like that idea about the road. Making it wider in the beginning of the background, would have been cool. Hopefully we can claim some good points for the Empire ! ... and so big, that it takes me 2 weeks to answer
  15. After a long time of building science fiction and Star-Wars I have decided to build a really simple scene from the Hobbit. Maybe there will be some Middleearth-stuff again in the next time. When I recieved my bulk of dark orange leaves I just had to do this scene from the lastest Hobbit movie. The butterflies are digitally added, everything is completly built out of purist lego. Greets
  16. Thanks again for your motivating comments, really love building SoNE-style I hope they are not, but I would be sad if they don't enter at least a couple of builds... You are welcome ! Some good points. In my opinion the holes on top of the bamboo leaves do not look good, so I always try to cover them. Actually it does look weird in mcroscale. And you are right, that there could have been more foliage, but also the trees should have their typicial Endor fliage which is kind of flat.
  17. That's a pretty elegant platform. Like that clean look with the Snot-work. The combination of clean and greebled parts is well done. And I especially like the figures we could see in this pictures. Everytime cool to see Vader in a build and you new figure outfit fits perfectly into this.
  18. Great to have you back at SoNE, we always need goog builders for the Empire. Your build is mslall but it has some cool details in it. That computer with the cable and the natural environment are looking great. And I also like the use of sandtroopers.
  19. That effect with the foliage is well done and we can really feel the explosion before. That Bomber is recognizable and has some cool greebles. And also your story has something special in it. Yet another awesome build for the Empire ! Good luck
  20. Has anybody seen any episode entry for the Alliance so far ?
  21. Thanks for your comments ! I hope the Empire will have a good chance in this episode with our builds Sssshhht, still a secret It destroys the magic, but I will show you a behind the scenes:
  22. Great hangar. Especially these transport ships are so accurate. Tried to copy one in my entry and it was a huge investemtn in parts and time. Love them, with there angles. The hangar itself is shiny like your builds before, these reflection on the black floor are really cool. The microscale in the background is the dot on the "i" (Nobody says that in english )
  23. The story about Markus Montari and Paul Brickstorm at SoNE continues. The story so far: Join the Empire - Markus1984 Recruitment - Disco86 Swearing In - Markus1984 Foreign System - Disco86 Last Firing Exercise - Markus1984 Invasion Preparation - Disco86 The Invasion Begins - Markus1984 Finally the day has come and our two protagonists are on their way to the foreign planets surface. A comerade told them, that the planet was actually Endor. A planet full of trees and little fury Ewoks. Their objectives have been not totally coherent, but at least they know, that they should wipe out the inhabitants down there. Presumably nobody would miss these Ewoks, so it was okay to kill them for an important imperial mission. The Delta-Class DX-9 tranport was landing ruggedly and there was a loud noise of cracking wood, when the hatchway openend. Go, go, go ! Shoot at everything you see movin ! Grrrrrr, where are these little Ewoks ? Over there in the shrubs, I got one. Die, you little ball of fur, die ! Seems to be not really dangerous here. Position clear ! Take a look over here. The Empire may have some serious plans with this planet. That's an enourmos construction site. Looks like they are going to build a huge landing pad. Indeed, just wondering what they are planning to do here ? We should move on and desolate this natural environment, just like these guys in the AT-ATs are doing. Stop talking, keep moving !
  24. Thanks for your positive feedback ! Seems like I have to build Pirates again :) The roof is not anchored, it just holds in place by gravity, but it would be possible to angle it. Just need to enlarge one of the brown plates to the inside, then you can put somthin in there like hinge bricks or a technic construction for holding it in place.
  25. Thanks a lot for this enourmous positive feedback, really appreciate that. Glad you like my model ! Then gert on the road and come to Wiesbaden, going to display it after Tuesday the 10th of June. No problem about criticising the ship, it was build in a hurry and it did not come out perfect. Special thanks for blogging, I am feeling honored I just want to make sure that people under 18 could have a look at it Simple answer, I got a pic Yep, was a mistake to not work on it until it is perfect...
