Things have changed after our visit to the Magic Islands. The Loreos felt betrayed, because they lost so many man, and they were missing the support from other factions. But actually we ourselfs had a lot of losses and the whole attack against the magicians was a fail. Wasn't it the idea of these snotty Loreos to hit on the magicians ? Because of this diplomatic circumstances the High Lord Triphian started thinking suspiciously about the future of the peace pacts in Roawia. Armoured conflicts are rising up at the horizon. So the High Lord commanded all his faithful fellows to fortify Lenfald ! Paul von Brickenstein recieved this order and sattled his horse instantaneously. There is a small part of land between Ferncroft and Durrough, that needs to be fortified. The former nobleman of this are unfortunately died at the Magic Islands, so it is up to Paul von Brickenstein to fulfill his duty. He first needs to visit the border, getting some information about the landscape. Arriving in the area, he sees a farm right at the border. The position is tatctically important and the building looks solid enough to build a barrack out of it. Handing over the writ to the old farmer, the building was seized. But for sure the farmer, his son and especially his beautiful daughter can settle down in the Lands of Brickenstein. After hiring some workers in the near town the Fortification begins. Paul von Brickenstein and his architect have made great plans. The old farm house needs to be rebuild with stone bricks and a watchtower. The stable looks perfect to shelter horses but it is really rotten. And the street is just a puddle of mud. Some paving is necessary to stand the pressure of marching troops. Finally the barrack was finished in time, now it is time to prepare for battle. The Brickenstein army moved to the border, reinforced by young man from the nearby villages. Paul von Brickenstein puts the troops on standby for new orders. What will be the next step ? Attacking ? Defending ? Or just moving back home...

I always wanted to build a waterfall, and so the idea came up to build this MOC. Also I had some new ideas and inspirations for new building techniques that I wanted to use. And after two month I finished it. It is scene from the book "The Hobbit", when Bilbo, Gandalf and the dwarves arrive at Elronds house: Rivendell I hope you like my creation, I would appreciate if you leave a comment or visit my flickr photostream

Thanks for your comments ! I really appreciate that. The people who dislike my dragon may be right. I am also not so happy with it. But building creatures is not my favourite. And we just had short time period. Also it is hard to get enough dark red parts, especially if you dont want to be ruined by the cost.

Like me, I am new to LCC and GoH. I think Castle is still popular, and these story modes are really cool. Another reason could be the tremendous success of "Game of Thrones"

I have created a little story about the end of the fight and the way back home On the way back to the green lands of Lenfald, Paul von Brickenstein realizes that fighting against the wizards so far north was a bad idea. So many fallen men and a sunken warhsip with the result of nearly nothing. Maybe he should have supported the troops of his Lenfel brothers. Or even helping the guys from Loreos or Garheim could have been a better idea. But there is no time for sorrow. Paul von Brickenstein needs to get back to his homelands... he is feeling the upcoming struggle and we need to reinforce our troops.

I wanted to show you my second entry to the actual Global Contest III at LCC: After a long and hard transit to the far islands of the wizards our Lenfel guys finally arrive there. Paul von Brickenstein's decision was to attack the nothern islands: The residency of the ice mages !But these wizards are harde to beat, than expected. They are really powerful, and have a lot of strong mystic soldiers and orcs. We are loosing a lot of men, and eventually we will fail at our mission...

It indeed is a tough challenge.

You are right about the tree, these are the colours of Lenfald. And that's why it is dark green an yellow totally. The cape-ish things are Ewok glider wings, out of set 8038 Battle of Endor... so it is original stuff.

I want to show you my entry to the first round of the LCC Global Contest III: Paul von Brickenstein is preparing his fleet to beat the wizards living on their islands. The Magic Islands are far away so they probably need a lot of food and rum. And some weapons would be also helpful. But what will happen at the Magic Islands ? Are weapons out of steel and wood powerful enough to beat these mighty wizards ? There will be another MOC about fighting the wizards on their islands in about two weeks to continue the story !
