  2. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!! :wub_drool: :wub_drool: :wub_drool: :wub_drool: :wub_drool:
  3. The crane's a must have, Monster truck would be nice for the parts, service truck is ok, buggy is ok, Mindstorms EV3 would be great if I had the money...
  4. I personally think that you are a bit of a sore loser Tox Laximus, and what you are planning to do will not solve anything. You can still build the fantastic enforcer, by buying some of your own parts, and why don't you show maturity and congratulate rm8 on winning the contest. I personally ppreferred hrontos quadbike but as I know he has the LDD file available I'm not complaining, the boss is a worthy winner.
  5. I prefer your boat VFracingteam... its beautiful
  6. you could just find the parts using the parts list in the back of the instruction booklets when you want to sell a set...
  7. Hmm I have plenty of bad MOC's which are broken up and not presented, however my worst presented one is probably my first trial truck. It performed great, but it looked ugly. (pictures are on Flickr, link in sig) I couldn't make it look any better due to a few reasons: 1) weight and 2) not enough parts... My first incarnation looked a bit better, but didn't perform as well, and it was horribly front heavy So thats my worst MOC
  8. In 1 year I've probably spent £100-£150
  9. The old aston martin v8 vantage springs to mind...
  10. I am planning to build quite a few big models if you look at the future projects page in my blog
  11. Ok, Ill make it with wheels first, then add the skis and tracks :D
  12. Ok, I built the back end to the letter, but had to design the front end myself, and it doesnt look good or work at all... i might look at your other snowmoblie piterx and copy that as it uses the same sort of pieces as I have, it'll be slower, but a necessary sacrifice. Or should I make a 4WD quadbike or something like that?
  13. As I am starting to make quite a lot of MOC's, I am going to collate them all in one place. This will showcase any WIP's and completed MOC's, starting now with two models I have made alongside each other, an excavator and a dump truck. I originally wanted them to work with each other, but then decided not to. Anyway, on to the models. 9391 Excavator This is my Excavator which is fitted to the 9391 Tracked Crane. It has a moving boom, arm and a rotating superstructure, all via knobs on the back. The bucket tilts via the gear on the arm. Video: Dump Truck This is my Dump Truck which has optional motorisation. It uses the 8292 cherry picker's cab and my own chassis and dump bed. The dump bed tilts via the grey knob on each side. The steering is controlled by the black knob on the top. Pictures: (more available at my flickr account, in my signature below) And a video:
  14. Thanks for that Ill have to adapt it to the motors available but the basic frame and suspension etc should be able to stay the same...
  15. I don't have a L motor... but I think a gear ratio of 20:12 should make an XL motor have around the same performance... am I right?
  16. looks good, I'll have to change the track type however, how hard would that be?
  17. Yep. The sets I have are: 9391, 9392, 2506 (not complete), 5866, 4837, 4995, 7736, 8292, 4958, 4891, 8418, 8641, 8642, 8435, 4094, 8441 and some joblots (which include u-joints and beams mainly...)
  18. unfortunately, no, the only treads I have are the ones from the 9391 tracked crane...
