  1. The base car is an "Eleanor" Mustang based on the Rolling Bricks model that I reverse-engineered last year. I modified a lot to a "Mad Max" type with the exposed engine, weathering, and a menacing look. WARNING: this video contains flash images Rolling Bricks Base model:
  2. The correct name is "LB-ER34 Super Silhouette SKYLINE" and its a custom body kit made by Liberty Walk https://libertywalk.co.jp/bodykit/lb-silhouette-works-gt/lb-er34-super-silhouette-skyline/ This body kit was inspired by the R30 Super Silhouette Skyline from the '80s https://www.nissan-global.com/EN/HERITAGE/skyline_super_silhouette.html
  3. Hello! Recently I discovered a Japanese company that stunned some cars called Liberty Walk. I noticed this car with one of my favorite colors, dark purple and I have to try to replicate it in Lego. :)
  4. Welcome to Eurobricks! Thank you so much!
  5. Thank you!!
  6. According to Google translate 真夜中の怪物 = Midnight Monster After I saw the first images of the upcoming Fast and Furious skyline I had mixed feelings, the GT-R34 is my favorite Japanese car, not because of the movie but because of Grand Turismo Videogames. The set had a lot of visible studs on the front, for me, this scale ruins the flow. I reverse-engineered the front because I love the part usage, probably achieved it differently (I don't have the set), and the rest of the car I made on my own. I think that it looks way better without studs. I'm not a fan of the Fast and Furious color scheme, my favorite color on this car is the "Midnight Purple" but due to the lack of parts and the fact that I already had some dark purple cars, I tried to shade with Dark blue and black. For the final touch to be not so dark I put some Dark Azure highlights and used the wet Pirelli tires from the Mercedes F1 to finish the "Tron" Look. The Kanji writing on the doors I made hand made using a Sakura white pen.
  7. Hi! I just finished the last MOC of this year. I made a total of 41 MOCs in 2022. It was a productive year. I wanted to make an Abandoned Theme diorama/layout/Module that matches the quality of the LLMTC folks. It was the first time that I use MILS, it consumes a lot of non-visible parts, but it allowed me to set up this 1x0,75 meters layout in less than 5 minutes. I tried to make it as realistic as possible, it's based on some buildings/rail way in my country Portugal. I have no clue how many parts I use on this :P
  8. After my rusty train, I was wondering if I can give the same treatment to a car. I wanted to build a beetle for so long, but I don't wanna copy other's work, and also wanted to make some weird stuff, it's a kinda trademark that I have :P After Several hours of designing, I came out with this Baja Rat Rod based on a Beetle The suspension and steering are fully articulated and posable, but they won't work as real suspension/steering, considered this more like an action figure that you can do some dynamic poses to take some cool photos. Even though most of the car is gone, I tried to keep the recognizable beetle profile.
  9. You put a lot of details in such a small build, I love stuff like that! This is awesome, thank you for sharing!
  10. Thank you so much! The Movie is not that one Clue: Its an Anime from 1988 Thank you, sad that Lego didn't have tires with white wall anymore Thank you! I'm not a purist, but if if this make you feel better, acrylic paint can be clean with alcool The gold lines are made with a chrome gold vynil tape that I bought from a "party shop" and it just costs 1 Euro. The remaining custom chrome parts are from Chrome Block City
  11. Hi guys. I did this T-bucket just for fun, I also pay homage to one of my favorite movies, can you guess what is? The white tires were hand-painted by me with acrylic paint and a small brush.
  12. well, it wasn't the first time I tried to replicate this model, So instead of building a virtual non-rotten version...
  13. Welcome! You entered with a great model!
  14. I like the 1937 version more and you did a good job! I wondered why they changed from the Cab on the front to some unpractical way to see the tracks like the most common steam locomotives. I also love your commitment to all Octrainbers showing your trial and errors.
  15. Thank you! Since I didn't use train wheels or rods, I tried to use vegetation to hide the lack of train parts :P This is based on a "hidden" train cemetery in the north of Portugal, it has 5 or 6 locomotives like this in a row Thank you! I took some Linkedin Gardener courses :P Thank you! that cheered me up! the Dark side of the force is awake :P From Barcelona do Monserrate (I think you are talking about Lisbon) it's a little bit far, more than 1000Km :P In Monserrate you are able to see this, its actual an Aqueduct it transports and supplies water in Lisbon :) I belive there is a lot of this kind of stuff around the world, here is another one that Inspired my building (It's in Portugal) Thank you so much! Thank you, it was Retrofitted by time :P
  16. Awesome designed, love the casket wagon!
  17. Hi guys! It's not a secret that I like trains , but probably most of you don't know that "Steam" is my least favorite thing related to trains, I'm more into 70's/80's European Electric stuffHowever, I like abandoned stuff so this was more a decorative thing that I build to be part of my first Lego train module (MILS)Lego bricks are glossy, so it was a huge challenge to choose colors and patterns that simulates rust. The locomotive is a 1:45 scale replica of the 2-8-4 CP 180 series, the Portuguese railway company CP Comboios de Portugal has one model preserved and running on the seasonal "Historico do Douro"
  18. Oh, thank you so much! apreciated it!
  19. Can some Admin delete this post please?
  20. Thank you for your feedback, yes I had to compromise some details in order to archive others that I felt were more relevant, like that little slope trans-black on the doors for example. Regarding the rims, they were made by a french fellow, that I found first on Instagram, I contact him and ask him if he could make the rims for me, so the silver rims were made on purpose for me, the white ones he already has (they are for the Audi Quattro) Here are the links to his Instagram and Facebook: https://www.instagram.com/xtr.crea.cars/ https://www.facebook.com/XTR.LEGO.CARS
  21. She knows!! She is always "helping" when I'm building something.
  22. NEZ Cassé LEGO Replica of the former CP1903, 1903 is the only Locomotive on the Medway fleet with this "Pikachu" color, that is what makes her unique. I called Her because it was baptized with the female name "Eva" The 1900 class locomotives were built by Sorefame in Portugal under license from the French company Alsthom and are visually similar to SNCF Class CC 72000 Motorized with Power functions and 3rd party Bluetooth Battery compatible with PF elements.
  23. I did a New improved version with new pictures
  24. Great clean looking, I Love to see studless builds, and you achieved the shape without using the GTO overpriced mudguard. Nice job!
  25. Hello! My second version of this Climbing monster has improvements: Enough room for a minifig custom stickers to mimic the exact look Now it has an engine inside custom 3D printed rims that are exact replicas of the original car (printed by XTR Lego Cars ) There is also an alternative set of wheels do mimic the old Gran Turismo Look of this car (Also custom 3D printed)
