Hello Everyone! My new train, the "Alfa Pendular" Build on Stud.io, it took me more than 50 hours, no blueprints, just photos of the real one as reference, almost 6000 parts, 4 L motors, I put some room and flexible liftarms inside to tilt on curves, but this is a virtual model, so I can not tested the tilt function. I don´t know when I can build this 2,80 meters long train with real bricks. (Photo of the real train by João Lourenço on Flickr) I hope you like it!

You start with some huge stuff! The Stud.io doesn't recognize the flex tubes (Hoses 3mm) exported on Lxf files, just delete the tubes and put some from stud.io and then you can bend'em.

KKSTB Klasse 80 0-10-0 "Die Kaiserlokomotive"
Sérgio replied to SteamSewnEmpire's topic in LEGO Train Tech
You build amazing Steam stuff, you could try to render some of your works export the lxf. files to Stud.io :) You can also put some parts that don't even exist in LDD or deactive the colision tool to make more detail, like the rods. -
Sand green suits perfectly!

I try, and have mixed feelings, now the roof looks more an Alco RS... I think it is more thicker than I expected

[moc] Great Northern Private Observation Car "Olympic Sunset"

Love the interiors, great details her you should build a version half cut, only just to see the inside. -
The old trams from Oporto are gorgeous :) In Europe we have some trains build by Fiat, Rolls Royce, Siemens :) Thank you, I always try to avoid using buffer parts and build my own, I like to use some different parts, like old tires and gears and flowers :) Thank you :) That blue one it is the most Prestige/Exclusive train in Portugal, it calls "Presidential Train" Travel on this it costs more or less the same as build it in real bricks. https://www.thepresidentialtrain.com/en/home I was invite to make a 1 hour travel on that just because I build a Lego version (old version, not the render), it was a good experience :) My first version made 6 or 7 years ago

Thank you :) Currently, the Portuguese train fleet is not as diversified, but in the 1970s, there was a lot of North American diesel material, Alco, Whitecomb, General Eletric. The Portuguese and Spanish gauge is different from the Rest of the world, it was a decision taken to prevent invasions during the Second World War, like all the material that came from an outside that had been adapted to circulate here, and then to proceed with electrification, diesel locomotives were pulled over and replaced by more modern electric ones. Some american locomotives (already in Lego version) Alco: Whitcomb: General Electric: Budd:

Hi! A tattoo artist challenge me to build a tattoo machine, this is out of I normally do (Trains or music bands) I use various tattoo machines images as references, this is not an exact replica of anything, just a life size scale. I made also a transclear stand.

I thought that this was what had won

You can try Stud.io, it is a little bit more complex than LDD, have more parts (like that missed brackets), more features and you can render your models to have a better view of them.
