It really looks like a 60's science fiction! Great job

Future of SW Contest: The Negotiator

Thanks. For me it's not an "old-school" feel, it's a normal feel . Maybe it's because I've brickbuilt nothing since the XB-13 -
LEGO Star Wars 2013 Pictures and Rumors
Bob De Quatre replied to Erdbeereis's topic in LEGO Star Wars
The skiff is 30 or 31 studs long I think, and the barge seems to be 40 or 45 studs long from what I've seen. Edit: According to wookieepedia, Khetanna (Jabba's sail barge) is 30m long, and the Bantha-II cargo skif is 9,5m long. -

That's exactly what I thougth when I saw the first seconds of the animation -
That's really great! All mechs are differents, even if they share the same base. The left rat-hard-suit is awesome And I presume it's a cheese-ship we see through a window?

MOC: Microscale Serenity from 'Firefly'
Bob De Quatre replied to Joff_Draeven's topic in LEGO Sci-Fi
It's not bad! Made me want to build a minifig scale one... -
I'd like some hints on that too. I managed to do a decent job for my SW contest entry, but It was hard and time consuming...

You caught a cold? I know of this cuusoo project, but what I had in mind is to place the mecanism exactly as Oky did.
-
Again very funny ones Oky! It made me want to buy a death star planet and put an actual clock mecanism in it

Future of SW Contest: Yoda's Legacy (expanded 01/28/13)
Bob De Quatre replied to ACPin's topic in Watto's Junkyard
Oh believe me it holded up... To be honest I think it would be better with slightly bigger doors... (Is there a prize for finding a flaw in ACPin's entry?? ) -
Seriously there are so many great entries... It will be very hard to choose on of them...

Hmm... the bluecoat used the Matrix-move to avoid the bullets, the fall won't kill him, and as a bluecoat he is trained to handle wild and dangerous animals... So I think the bluecoat will survive and get brand new crocodile boots

The Ape armor is so great!! It even has opposable thumb!! that's a very good entry!

Future of SW Contest (Main): Ice Field Chase
Bob De Quatre replied to maedhros1980's topic in Watto's Junkyard
Really nice starfighters I think I've seen the jedi's fighter on your flickr some times ago and tought it was really well done. We can clearly see the inspirations for both the jedi's fighter and the sith's one. But they lack flickfire missiles I like the ice asteroids too. Good luck for the contest- 13 replies
