  1. I need this part (4596 Lever Small Base) disconnected from this. In LDD I can only get them connected (like this one), and I don't know if it is possible to seperate them? I need the base part for eyes in a model, so it will look a bit strange if I can't get them seperated. Any help is appreciated!
  2. Thanks for your comments!
  3. Thanks! Yes that is interesting, since I have actually used photos of Swedish food stores. Maybe I had Detroit subconsciously on my mind. :) Thanks a lot!
  4. Thanks for all your comments! It is really nice to read them! Yeah LEGO actually had a similiar size back then, like this little set (608).
  5. Nice looking cars! Great attention to the details! Brilliant! I think my favorite is the "Dodge Charger".
  6. A closed food store, that either has been closed for the day or for good. I wanted in this model to try and build in a scale between minifig scale and micro scale. The "Food store" sign and "open daily" sign are custom made.
  7. Thank you camberry234!
  8. Thanks for your comments! Really appreciate them!
  9. Awesome! It workded! Thanks a lot guys! So I just had to choose View -> New Themes -> LDD Extended to get access to the 99781 part.
  10. I'm a newbie at LDD so sorry if this seems like a stupid question, I'm about to create instructions for a model I have built. But one crucial part that I need does not seem to exist when I search for it - Bracket 1x2 - 1x2, 99781. Then I found a .dat file at ldraw.org/ and they say I should put it in the parts/ directory, or models/ directory, but in my recently updated version of LDD there are no such folders. I tried creating them manually and put the .dat file in there, but they do not show up in LDD what I can see. So does anyone know how to add missing parts to LDD? Any help would be appreciated!
  11. Thanks a lot for your comments!
  12. A backyard TV store, perhaps from the 80s/90s and not in use anymore. There is a building (that used to be a music store) in my hometown that gave me the inspiration to this model.
  13. Those look great! Funny and nice design!
  14. Thanks for all the comments! Hehe correct, in the cartoon from the 80s his face is never shown, but there is actually a toy action figure from 1992 where his face is seen, which is the reference I used for the minifig design. Yeah I agreee, I just come to think of that Doc Brown's hair would fit quite well. The cat in the series has a light grey face and dark grey body with white and black stripes. Perhaps the dark grey here looks too dark though. Yeah I know she has pigtails... but I took some liberties Thanks, but for some reason this project hasn't gained that much support... Anyway I'm glad for the ones that have supported it!
  15. Here is a little LEGO set about the animated TV show Inspector Gadget from the 1983. I have also created a CUUSOO project about it - http://lego.cuusoo.c...deas/view/57177 These are some of the characters from the series. Here Inspector Gadgets van is transformed into a policecar. This is Dr Claws flying ship and Inspector Gadgets van. .
  16. Wonderful! I love the expression of the little one.
  17. Thanks lightningtiger!
  18. Thanks for the comments! :) I do not know exactly, but when I emailed them and asked they said that the IP (Iintellectual property) Final Fantasy did not meet their Acceptable Content Standards within their Guidelines.
  19. This LEGO model is of the motorcycle (the Fenrir) that the main character Cloud Strife uses in the movie Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children from 2005. I tried to build it as detailed as possible, but still keep it in minifig size. I originally created this model for a LEGO CUUSOO project, but unfortunately it was not approved since they do not accept projects based on the franchise Final Fantasy. Here is Cloud and his friend Tifa in front of the Fenrir. The decals on their torsos are custom made to make it look like from the movie. Clouds hair color is painted yellow in Photoshop. Cloud on his bike. Like in the original Fenrir bike, there is an expandable compartment for Clouds' swords on either sides of the tires (though in this LEGO model the swords do not fit). Hope you like it! Comments are welcomed!
  20. Thanks for all the great comments and for the support! Just hoping I will be able to spread the project enough. :) Thanks! Hehe it is sometimes a bit bizarre cartoon, but I think that is also what makes it interesting and fun, and why many adults love it too.
  21. Looks great! Really well designed!
  22. Wow! Really beautiful and great attention to details. One of the best "Architecture" models I have seen.
  23. Thank you! Thanks! That is great to hear!
