Just checked my local TRU, no new sets yet, but the manager (who is really nice and very helpful) said they're getting a cool new display with them when they do come in and all of last year's sets were going to go on clearance. He said to check back in the next week or two.

I don't know, but if I do end up doing that I'll happily share files. We've only got a couple of weeks left until official availability. I bet these sets start surfacing this week.

Nice review, thanks for posting it! I am seriously considering scanning the sticker sheet and recoloring or printing them on clear water slide decal paper so I can make different colors.

The rogue sounds like a winner for sure. I'm hoping the snow queen is cool too. Fresh pirates are always good. Really looking forward to this series.

It sounds like there will be a medieval/D&D style rogue in series 16. I like the sound of that one.

I encountered this limit for the first time today at TRU. They were behind the service counter. I ended up having a good time talking with the lady working the register. She was cool. Said that the limit was supposed to be 2 but she'd up it to 4. She also said that they're doing it this way because they only got one box and that they'd be easier about it in a couple of weeks when they get more. I was able to get 3 knights and a Jewel thief for my daughter. I think they ran into production issues with this series. Hitting the European market first and in limited quantities (initially) here in the states.

This is great. The column and ruined architecture looks good and the circular base really works too. I had no idea this one had gotten so expensive. Makes me glad that I picked her up when the series hit stores.

I hope it isn't. I want to mod it and the bright light orange is hard to come by. It was a chore to mod the McLaren. Edit: comparing it to the minifig face in the same pic, I'm optimistic that it's regular yellow.

2013 was... Uninspired. It's also not offensive. I'll admit to being hard on that theme because I felt spoiled by the high quality of kingdoms/middle earth. I'm choosing to adopt a positive attitude and wait. In the mean time we seem to be getting really nice CMF minifigs and who knows what else might pop up. Maybe the sequel to the Lego movie will spend more time in Middle Zealand and provide some cool new stuff.

Reeeeeaaaalllllyyyy... Do tell more! That's super exciting. Considerably medieval... A prince maybe? Or a herald. Wheel right or fletcher? Plague Doctor (might be a little dark). Scribe? Squire? The squire seems more likely than most. Please do correct me if I'm wrong.

Awesome! Can't wait, but if I have to, 1 month is better than 2. I worked a little last night based on photos we've seen on an 8-stud wide version of the Mustang. It's working out pretty well, but with all the slopes, parts availability is a challenge. My first run at it is red, black and blue with white wheel arches lol.

Lame. I think it's odd that the entire theme is exclusive to a single store. It'd be nice if this second wave got full distribution.

I know it's been said, but I would love it if that "coexistence" came in the form of City modular style castle builds. Even if it was one amazing set each year, that would be really cool.

I'm sure the tail lights are stickers. Everything else is. I managed to find the McLaren at my dumpy TRU last night. That one originally sold out fast and I hadn't seen it in months. It was a really fun build and fired me up even more for this new wave.

Nice pics. I'm happy to see the rear of the Mustang. I can't wait to pick these up! Hopefully the April 1 date sticks. Maybe find them in late March, though that's a tough one for me. The closest TRU is pretty crappy.
